The actual price of a ps5 is 500 dollars( digital only version is even cheaper) which is about 250k if we use 500 naira per dollar (which is even lower depending where you get your dollars from) as the bench mark. So if the guy says 100-120% profit then that's correct.

The only excuse you can give right now is due to the scarcity of the console, people that have it are selling in outrageous prices.

I'll advice anyone buying in naija to wait till middle of next year for prices to normalise and bugs fixed.
