you should do a drain and fill now. Just make sure you have a competent mechanic. Do not cheap out when it comes to transmission! Drain and fill every 30k miles

The Audi...probably similar suspension setup to the regular A4, which I don't expect to be that rare in Abj. The engine was used in the A6 too.

we go see na, make money complete. But for now its Q60 redsport, M56S, and any bmw with the B58 engine i have on my mind. M56S will be very hard to find

BTW, allow me to make two recommendations.

2012 Jaguar XFR.
510 HP and 461 lb-ft. 4.4s to 60, 12.7 at 114mph quarter mile stock.
Same engine on cars on the Range Rovers and Jaguar F-Type, and you can get it to 550 HP+ easily.

2012 Audi S4 or S5 depending on whether you want a coupe or sedan.
333 HP, 325 lb-ft. 4.4s to 60 and 13.0 at 105mph quarter mile. You can get to 420 HP with just a tune, and keep up with C63s.

if i buy any of those, na you go fix am? grin

I dey get pinging some times for the VQ. I've simply learnt to live with it.

You should get a tune, though. If not, your exhaust and intake won't yield any noticeable gains.

What catback are you running?

. I might risk a tune but i will have to be running octane booster. The main purpose of my mods is not really for power gains, its just to refresh my love for the car, because i’m already thinking about another car and all my options are still on the high side.

Invidia Gemini exhaust, BC racing coilovers, Invidia test pipes, aFe Takeda intakes

And yeah, the M278 is ridiculous. Weistec's stage 1 tune gives ridiculous numbers. 540 HP and 715 lb-ft. Plus the M278 sounds ridiculous with a simple resonator delete.

But yeah, I was just trying to avoid turbos.

You no dey update us with these mods again. I'm still not sold on even a muffler replacement yet, since I need as much weight over the rear wheels as I can get, for traction purposes when I finally get tuned.

. I think you made the right choice, all your other options would have kept you up at night. I used to be against forced induction too, but after seeing how easily turbo engines can get tuned i had to give in. I’m sure the M278 will push 500hp easily with just a tune, but M273 will certainly be more reliable because at the end of the day, a turbocharger remains a maintenance part. I always enjoy how you document everything grin

. Now come down to abuja lets race, i just installed test pipes grin

@King406, after replacing the Cats with a long pipe,what happens to the error lights ( check engine) and VSC lights on your dash board. How will you treat the 3 or 4 sensors to ensure they function optimally as regards fuel consumption.

there are spacers sold to mount the o2 sensors farther away from the pipe, which should fix the check engine light. This isnt a 100% solution but it works for some. Either way, i can live with the check engine light on. Fuel consumption will not increase by much as long as the o2 sensors are connected

Not sure about your sienna, but for my infiniti i’m planning on removing the catalyst and replace it with test pipes (which are basically just ordinary pipes but with o2 sensors). Doing this will make my car faster and louder

Go with C350. Those generation benz are not as expensive to repair or as problematic as people make it seem, neither are they fuel guzzlers. Every car needs to be maintained no matter what. The only thing you should look at is the quality of roads in your area, the benz does not like bad roads.

Another option you can look at is dodge charger, go for at least R/T trim or SRT if your pocket permits.

As for rim size, my former 06 M35 came with factory 19’s. I was assuming newer babies like the Gs will be wrapped in taller wheels?

mine came with 18s cos its awd. I should’ve gone with 20s actually. I live in abuja, no portholes here.
