i want him to understand that there’s no benz vs benz beef here, though he seems to have a personal beef with you. As a fellow benz owner i dont want him to go and get embarrassed by cars he thinks he’s faster than when he isn’t. His car is built for top end speed not low end speed, is350, 335i, g35/37, even c350 with M276 engine will all make him sweat on the low end. And honestly i’m not so sure he can take 335i whether low end or high end

C219 550 is not beating W212 550 stock vs stock. With full bolt ons, i.e catalyst delete, full exhaust, intake, thats when you will be head to head with a stock w212. Full bolt ons is nothing without a tune, you will get 15-20hp more without a tune which will get you w212 level of performance. When you get tuned thats when you’ll benefit most from your bolt ons. If a w212 does the same mods as you, you’re not touching him.

the fix isn’t that hard, just time consuming and the engine is fine. My E350 is due for a replacement so i am considering selling both and get a redsport or 340i.

its about power to weight ratio. 06-07 is listed to do 0-60mph in about 5.8secs while 08-12 is around 6.2secs. The latter will most likely catch up at higher speeds due to more hp and torque.

true bro,that 06/07 Accord de run o, even the 4 plugs is not a push over in the hands of a pro fast and furious kind of a driver,let alone the V6,honestly sometimes it moves as if it has higher HP than what it was claimed it has.

i believe 06-07 V6 accord is faster than 08-12 accord V6

Get the v6. If you get the 2.4 it will feel severely underpowered compared to your lexus

yes it was said only 2012 and under have this issue. I am now reading somewhere that all VQ’s are prone to this problem.

I think the E90 is the better car by far. I'm not sure how maintenance costs stack, though.

I get 14mpg combined on a 5.5L version of that engine , so the 2.5L V6 variant should give solid gas mileage all things considered.

I'm not a fan of the rest of the car, though. I find the W203s to be quite shoddily built. Facelift models less so, admittedly.

I dont know what any of these codes mean. But something you should check is the strainer and fuel filter. Due to poor fuel quality these filters clog up, i’ve had 2 mercedes cars that had that issue.
