the same way chief is promising you APL, it's the same way another chief is promising another candidate with probably a better score APL.

this is a battle with many players ( grin

don't mind me, I can be dramatic) and in your small mind you're ahead of the game (smh)

it is nt issue of knowing book some de that score 40 and am assuring that when it comes to interview if invited can beat someone with 70 hands down.

only if majority of the panel are stupid (which I doubt)

anyone that performed high in those previous test without cheating is straight up Good. because those test measured your logical, psychological and emotional depths.

besides, most interviews are about what's written on your CV, details about the company and the Job description in regards to how you'll fit in.

as long as you can comfortably defend your CV you're good to go.

the hardest part was passing those tests.

At this point ,most of the oga oga candidates score below 50,they are debating whether to select some and send mail if mail no come any moment from now for upload of third batch definitely we expect another thing which is nt revealed to me .

I agree with you.

it is less risky when you blend with the crowd.

the fastest way to downfall is to be showing yourself unnecessarily.

trying to impress sometimes rub off people the wrong way. it is a 50/50 situation. you may succeed very well or your may fail superbly.

overall, one should focus more on looking humble and staying in the good graces of the employer rather than than trying to impress.

wether we want to accept it or not in most cases the Nigerian job market is shitty. its as if the employee needs the employer more than the employer needs the employee (because in many roles most people are easily replaced)

the best time to show yourself or do oversabi is when they are looking for a technical/physical hands-on skill.

if you want to impress first give them a small dose of your brilliance and if they show positive reactions you can just continue.
