when did it become the responsibility of the fg to construct schools .dont they have schools. what are their various state governors doing,who are the parents of thes almajiris.they are getting everything wrong.my suggestion is for us to have policy on births in this country.u  cant leave things like this open .people that dont hv the means to take care of their children should hv the number they can train or else they will be punished .unlike general opinion i want to state categorically that nigeria is a poor country,we are just trying to build  our economy we need to be as judicious as possible.at the heat of the niger delta crises amnesty was given to the militants,giving them different trainings to calm their nerves .now boko haram and they feel tthey can calm their nerves by buiding schools 4 them another group will come up and it continues .we cant continue like this.

please south east needs more states.as smone earlier said it should be equal among all zones.if we are to hv 6states in each zones let it be uniform. the way our country is going everything is shared using federal character. lets take for example the new universities that were introduced .it was based o those states that dont have federal universities.more universities, more possibility of indigenes to get access to education,, more jobs. more money from ETF which into billions and subsequently more development and better quality of life.another example is in having representatives,at the national, ministers and so on.until nigeria stops sharing money in abuja to states,but reverses it this rancour will continue.my 2 kobo

abia state govt conducted test into its civil service in 2009 and 2010 but uptil now , none of them has resumed work after the the interview. imo employed not less than 2000 last year, and likewise other states .pls ther should be a way to accomodate abians that want this civil service  jobs as non indegenes should not prevent abians from working in their state. i suggest having  a quota system tto accomodate indigenes and non indigenes .what do u think?
