When you calculate the bills a maid or cleaner has to pay, her salary is a pittance, and barely enough to eat. She can barely pay to live in a small room. Forget flat or apartment.

These are the sort of lies that have led to Nigerians working as slaves in Libya and Lebanon, leading them to go on Youtube to appeal to Nigerian government to rescue them.

I was specific in the countries Nigerians should travel to.and live a better life .
Stop discouraging people from attaining better life.nigeria limits you.

Yes a cleaner in America may not have a big apartment but has constant light.
A doctor lives in a flat without little or no light.except he provides for himself.
You use bad roads that give you discomfort even in your SUV.is that life

Now compare a doctor in uk to a doctor in nigeria.are they not world apart.
A doctor in Nigeria federal hospital earns about 800thousand naira.a consultant.
Whereas a doctor in America earns 20000 dollars minimum.
That is about 20 million and you are telling them not to travel.
Does it make sense.

A maid in uk earns more than a doctor in Nigeria.

A man that works in fast-food joint in Australia earns more than a banker in Nigeria.

I just saw a new bank named signature bank or so .they covered it's name.but I peeped. I also saw globus bank last year.
So you approve new banks then after one year starts talk about recapitalization.
Same thing happened to microfinance banks .
Also fintechs
Why can't we be consistent.these are what scares investors.

I just got a job offer in New Zealand, I am to earn 30 New Zealand dollars per hour.

I have been pursuing a career in academics and I currently run a PhD program in a federal University. I am currently in the field gathering my data.

Should i move to New Zealand or should I turn down the job to complete my PhD? Or is there a way to continue and finish my PhD program via video conferencing since I just have to present my research work.
Please help me. Tell me what may work in this situation.

I am also in the same boat with you as I am doing my PhD too.
I will first travel and weigh my options.
Either get a scholarship and start afresh .or after a year come back and round off depending on various factors.

Anybody thinking the suffering is temporary is in self delusion.

Emefiele dealt with Nigerians but kept saying things will get better.even after seeing things were getting worse and people dying.

For me to believe you Mr tinubu do the following first .
A) reduce by 70percent allowance and salary of all legislative and executive politicians.

B(Buy car worth not more than 10 million naira for them.( I heard they gave them cars worth 130 million ) 98percent of Nigerians drive cars that are less than 5millon naira
C) Reduce by 70percent plenary days use zoom for most meetings.
D)Reduce by 70 percent foreign and local travels.( If you are privy to amount spent on travels by govt officials on logistics you will marvel.)
E)Show Nigerians the details of income and expenditure of Nigeria . monthly. This will guide us in giving appropriate suggestions on how to make Nigeria work.( In any serious organization,firm or company shareholders go through the companies income and expenditure and make suggestions, review practices and ideas to see how it can improve)

If Nigerians are stakeholders in project Nigeria this should be done.

They send people on mission impossible!! To be selling drugs in capsules that can cure virtually everything at a very exorbitant price . with the promise of paying you a very high commission that will make you richer than dangote in few years.
Train people to convince people to buy these drugs thatl in my opinion are just supplements and vitamins.well packaged and sealed.
Mostly unemployed or underemployed are the rate of unemployment in Nigeria is high are victims as they don't really tell them the truth when advertising.

Integrated Science classes deceived us about beans, but it still has proteins sha.
But high protein diets that I know and which we have here, are meat, fish, diary products (yogurt esp greek yogurt)

I have also been reading that palm oil is good. Like olive oil, and that seed oils are bad. After years of “knowing” the opposite.
My tayad is tayad and I am too busy to read/research this

On one breath you assure no more increase and then say it is deregulated.
Ok.
Do you really understand words you speak.

Dollars cannot be fluctuating as it is and you say importers won't increase price or increase in oil in the international market and they should buy at a loss

Rather intensify efforts to build more refineries,more modular refineries and then see what can be done to refurbish and start producing in the existing ones.
If they can't be fixed,lease or sell to investors.i would prefer foreign investors to pump in funds to the economy
