She even had the effontery to send you that long text and tell you how that she would not remove money from her account to pay you back. That's a slap on the face, she is truly unrepentant and you need to take drastic measures against her.

She even threw it to your face that she makes no refund only not thinking through on what happens when the goods are not delivered within the stipulated agreeed time. That's a breach of contract and whatsoever crap she has in her terms holds no water.

Get a lawyer, get the police involved and get justice.
