How can our God die for the sins of the people He created? How can this make sense to any human being?

As a Loving Father, can you die for your kids if you are sure your death will mean the best life for them?

I'm sure your answer will be an EMPHATIC YES!

God is a Spirit (lives eternally) and humans are also spirits (encased in a body for now, are) to live forever (after putting off their bodies).

If they leave this world under the power of sin, they won't be able to spend eternity with their Loving Holy Just God!

The other place is the lake of fire reserved for the devil and his angels (which a Loving Father won't want for You or His Kids)

So in His mercy, He made a way out for all humans in Christ Jesus!
