ES330 is more modern it's also a further improvement upon the already very good ES300. The ES330 is more powerful, faster, more economical, has 5speed gear over the ES300 4speed gear, the 2005/6 ES330 has heated and cooled/ventilated seats but the 02-04 ES has only heated seats. The Es330 is more premium.
