Just open another account, once installments are paid, lodge it into that account... Sign an agreement on length of installment, and what happens to already paid funds (incase of defaults)

The most important aspect of this type of installment deal is that, vehicle is not released, until final payment is made..... QED

I paid 75k to someone in Lagos for a part for another vehicle. The part arrived, not the same by any measure, do you know for money to be refunded became an issue?
He started paying 5k, next week 2k, and it continued for 3 months with serious quarreled and pleas thus effectively making the lump sum useless.

I have a friend who imports cars, he had a client who was in need of an Avalon, the client paid 2m up front, my friend searched for various Avalon and showed him, he picked his preferred car and my friend imported and of course used his money for everything. Only for time to pay and collect his car, the client said he doesn't like the car cos of its colour isn't very shiny bright and other flimsy excuses so as to evade payment.

Bro stories plenty, I no want that kind stories.

I do 180km/h with my RX330 most times and never tumbled. Na when you want enter corner you need to slow down very well. Any SUV that you use for high speed turns will litter you terribly bad.

RX330 from personal experience is a more rugged vehicle. The ES is more modern.
