Really, Fuel consumption in vehicles are relatively term, what you may consider as fuel guzzler, another may consider as efficient.

G500, Armada, LX470, Land cruiser, range rover. Land Rover discovery 2 and 3, Lincoln navigator, Ford expedition, etc. The list are endless.

They're big full sized SUVs with Big V8 engines

Please what's your opinion on a 2004 or 2006 Volvo S60 as a daily driver which will see lots of road works as I tend to travel around a lot (2/3 hr trips) between Rivers and other nearby states

Its a durable mid-sized sedan, it's balanced and very safe, it's good for long distance drives, avoid the I would had adviced you to avoid the turbo models but you're a DIY person, go for the choice you're comfy with.

Hello guys, I just stumbled on this post. My Lexus 300 was jerking when it's about to enter gear 2, and wasn't climbing beyond gear 3 so I serviced d gear box... Now it seizes just before it climbs into gear two but can get up to gear 5 smoothly ... The mechanic said it is the brain box. Pls I need advice.

Same thing. No difference apart from model year. The difference is from 97-2000, 2001-2003.

Gd day Gurus. I saw a tokunbo Toyota Avensis car with a mileage of 233,000 miles . The car looks very neat and water is still coming out from d exhaust pot in the morning. Does this show that the engine is still in good condition despite the high mileage.

Thanks man. But I thought the 2004 is 1.8 ltr engine while the 2012 is 2.0 ltr engine. Any relationship between the engine capacity and furl consumption?

The 2012 model has 1.6l, 1.8l, 2.4l engine capacity

The 2012 corolla is slightly more fuel economical (sic)

Broken windscreen was replaced but I didn't take pictures of the replacement as I had to be careful handling glass.

Damaged suspension components, body panels, ABS wheel speed sensor replaced. Notice no airbag deployed; this Is because the crash sensor was narrowly missed and so was the chassis/crumple zone.

2005 Lexus ES330 Front crash impact repair.

Now, this vehicle was handed to a supposedly reputable wheel alignment and balancing company by me, but I had to go back to my duty and left the car hoping when they're done, I'd be contacted only for the staff of the company to take the car and drive like a maniac and crashed the car.

Front left suspension damaged, front left ABS wheel speed sensor damaged, front left side marker lamp destroyed, front left fender damaged, front bumper damaged, left headlamp damaged, left front door misaligned, windscreen cracked, splash shield destroyed, rear right bumper took a light impact, dashboard and A pillar trim misaligned.

Respray job began on the car.

The result was good, and I am pleased with it.
Next is clay sanding, grinding, buffing, waxing and polishing to recreate a mirror like paint finish devoid of the Orange peel effects wink

Front seats replaced and taken to upholstery guys to fix the cracks on the front seat bolster.

First result was a huge total disaster damn shocked

I almost developed a heart attack on seeing it. And had to go else where to redo the front seats again

Owner complained of water leaking into carpet, we discovered the windshield was replaced and the seal wasn't applied properly hence water ingress. We stripped the A pillar trim piece and sealed the leak with some silicone glue.
