As much as I'd had love to assist, I am tied down lately with lots of activities and projects which has/is occupied(ing) a major part of my time this year. Like this year alone, I've travelled more than I can count for family and personal reasons.
Rebuilding an engine requires genuine OEM or better quality parts, you'd have of order from Abroad since Nigeria don't have those parts sourced locally, it requires time and patience which I dont have now due to my current activities.
If you're in Abuja, you could ask for other competent auto technicians to assist you with this task.

This is totally false and un true. Pls over filling of engine oil is a major culprit in damaging catalytic converters, also, Running Rich on Fuel could deposit soot on cat which would block the filterates, then mechanical damage such as impacts could crack or break the catalytic converter.
Do a proper research pls before posting online.

Replacing cat wont give u that significant appreciable fuel gain that might expect .Look for a professional auto diagnostics centre that have the necessary analytic skills to check vehicle power train using scan tool live data to see through any other issue that might be responsible. Using DTC code is not sufficient enough for comprehensive diagnosis

A P0420 or P0430 is a cat code, assuming he HD done live scan and inspected the cat and manifold area for leakage and found none, you'd expect him to waste more money to carry out needless proof when already he has found concrete proofs of inefficiency in cat?

That camry 2.2 with back wiper glass is extremely loaded i saw the GL badge on it. It came factory fitted with DVD screen and reverse camera (factory fitted not OEM)

toyota camry in germany will be rear to find and expensive to import compared to finding one in US
