For my view, Buhari did nothing to be thanked in that election, what changes the scenario is because of USA and UK involvement of sanctioning most of evil politicians. Buhari is afraid of committing electoral plunder so as to exonerate himself. He said what is expected from president of a country. So no big deal about it.
