I contacted this user to purchase this stated Africard funds and engaged the service of Macfortune as escrow. After sending naira equivalent to the escrow, this user disappeared and came up with the excuse that the owner of the fund is not available to send it.

This scammer initially forgot he made mention to me that he is the direct sender and no third party involved

Please don't be asking this kind of question. If you are planning to study in the UK, i'll advise you make 'google' your friend.
A simple search on google would have given you a clue as to how much flight is from Naija to the Uk. There are a number of ways to check for flights, expedia.com, Skyscanner, cheapflights.com and a good number of sites. Even Ba.com will give you the answer.

Please don't take this piece as an insult but rather something you should try to improve on. It is not everything you ask on Nairaland.

I got conditional admission into derby, Coventry and Aberystwyth for now because more admission are still comming. Have done research about the three university and I decided to rule out Coventry university because the conditional stuff is too long. I prefer derby because of the free bus transport for student in the city but the problem is I have send them all the documents there ask for to make my admission unconditional but have not gotten reply. Am thinking of sending my documents to Aberystwyth university not to put my egg in one basket but Aberystwyth is in wales and people keep telling me that england is far better than wales. People in wales pls tell me how good is that place?

I'll advice you to call any University you send an email to and you don't get response within a week or at most two weeks. Most of these Universities are overwhelmed with too many applications and it is also possible for some of the staff not to be fully back to work, thereby leaving much work for only a few hands (just my opinion), so i think calling to speak to a member of staff directly as a way of hastening the process. You may want to try that. Goodluck!

Others can give their opinion but personally, i would go with Salford.
1) Cost of living in Manchester is lower than in Hertfordshire which is in outer London.
2) Manchester is a big city with more opportunities compared to Hatfield where Hertfordshire is located (a friend schooled here and struggled with student job around Hertfordshire)
3)UWE (Bristol) is almost same in terms of job and cost of living as Manchester, but their fees is slightly higher than Salford, so i would go for Salford.

I will advice you just wait till April ending before going there again to check. I did my capturing on 17th Feb, went there two weeks after and I was told it wasn't ready, I left them till last week Wednesday and I realized it had been ready since March 25th.

my final thoughts, keep busy while waiting. Don't put your life on hold, keep moving. I have changed jobs and moved cities in the course of this process, I know it is easier said than done for most people. Also be straight forward, keep your application simple. This thread is a goldmine and I tell people that if I direct them to this thread to DIY and they still require my assistance, they will have to pay for such services. This remains one of the most straight forward immigrant processes i have seen so far.
