The United Kingdom Government will not end the project with them providing the education loan, they go as far as providing them grants to augment the loan, they make sure the students are profitably employed after graduation. Our government is not looking into these possibilities, they only see it as a way of increasing school fees to the tune the UK students pay, so they can divert the subvention funds to their personal purses.
This idea will only destroy our education, it is not for the masses, you can only have access to the loan as a student, so how do an average Nigerian parent pay the admission fee, acceptance fee, and the first year school which may cost hundreds of thousandths before they begin to have access to the student loan.
I really hope the Government will not have to be forcefully withdrawing every kobo that enter people's account to reimburse the students loan eventually.
