BlueRayDick: Thank you doc 🙏
We have managers of companies that don’t make half of what some of these private hospitals make taking home far far above N10m annually , but someone thinks the CMD of a private hospital who doubles as CEO/COO doesn’t take home N10m.
Smh 🤦♂️ Are there not private hospitals that cater strictly to oil and gas workers with heli ambulance 🚁 services? The bread ti poju my guy no allow anybody whine you |

Roland17: From my experience, medical doctors make horrible administrators. They also struggle to actually lead multidisciplinary teams; I think that struggle comes from how they trained in medical school.
Clinical expertise doesn’t necessary mean or translate into efficient management of daily operations
Recently, many clinical settings are now separating roles with CMDs focused primarily on clinical outcomes while COO focuses on the daily operations of the clinical/ hospital setting. Many private hospitals have been using this CMD/COO method e.g Redington Healthcare group who even recently advertised for the COO position, but not a lot of Federal Hospitals have adopted this most of them still go with the traditional four man board; CMD, Director of Administration, Chairman and Vice-Chairman Medical advisory committee. The Director of administration oversees the daily operations but he/she is still answerable to the CMD. As for the bolded, getting the CMDs to agree to this arrangement will be as easy as getting National assembly members to reject new vehicles, only a forceful implementation can guarantee this. |

BlueRayDick: I specifically referred to CMD of a private hospital and not public hospital .
Do u honestly believe the CMD of a standard private hospital in Lagos earns less than N10m as gross annual income ?
You will notice he used the data of public institution and not that of a private owned hospital
Your opinion as a practicing doctor will be highly appreciated That's why I said you're both right, in most private hospitals the owner/Founder doubles as the CMD so how on earth will he pay his staff those huge wages and then pocket something paltry for himself, when no be Jesus the Nazarene the only major difference is the CMD of the Federal Hospital has more budget money to play around with alongside revenue while the private ones rely strictly on their revenue, their salaries are miles apart |

akwesenana: I'm just curious egbon. Does a CMD earn up to 10m a year? The CMDs of most Nigerian Federal hospitals earn less than 10m a year in basic salaries, this excludes their allowances though. However, that same CMD presents an annual budget and receives billions which he uses to develop the hospitals and judging from the hospital development we've seen in recent years it's safe to say the CMDs have been doing a fantastic job. Blueray and distroy were both right in their own way but I like as nobody wan gree for anybody |

But, bro, your songwriting skills are good. The highlighted seems like a song off a James Arthur or Passenger EP. If the lyrics are not yours but a produced song, I want the artiste's name, please. Eminem's lose yourself and James Blunt's You're beautiful |

diggz: Both songs have the potential to do well in the market, but that ultimately depends on a few key factors — the artist’s personality, their delivery, the target audience, and how commercial or mainstream they want the song to be.
But then there’s someone like Disstroy — a prepackaged, morally bankrupt character who’ll say or do anything to score a cheap point. Whether it’s sleeping with his own people’s girlfriends or grasping at any excuse to distance himself from the Iya joints and gutters he once crawled through with his crew, he’ll do whatever it takes to rebrand himself as something he’s not — a man of class. Una matter worse pass Holyfield and Tyson abeg you dug up an 11 yr old post omo |

Disstroy say I drop two songs 1. With slow violin and a classic piano sample 'when I was 14 I saw your face I thought I was going through a phase you know puberty, made my palms sweaty and my arms heavy, I was fascinated by every detail even when I was frail, I never got to see you again and it's my loss I remember everything even the color of your lip gloss' OR 2. With our hot naija beat 'Omoge spread am for me oya yodi! Yodi! Yodi for me baby fun mi ni idi e fun mi ni idi e! Akalalalalalalalalalalala oya o oya kotokototototototo ahhhhh!! Baby joko sit don pon it oya doko I love your spit' Which one you feel say go do well for our market? the artistes and the producers know what the people need and they serve them as such |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by KingTom(m): 2:23pm On May 18, 2025 |
DissTroy: Save for a few, they are all producer-aided. The subpar quality is laid bare when they have to do live performances.
Take away the beats and you'd realize the lyrics might as well be mouthed off by a bunch of crackheads straddling the tipping line of getting high and overdosing.
Producers should be on stage getting all the Headies. Isn't this the case for most Nigerian albums nowadays? Burna that a lot of guys here had hopes on just dropped a snippet about tatatatatatata each cowboy with his dustercoat abeg. Nigerians want an album with songs they can dance to and that's what the big artistes are giving them 🤷🏾♂️ |
