Prison will do nothing for Portable, the guy clearly has serious emotional and psychological issues. Someone like that needs a combination of counselling, therapy and maybe psychotherapy drugs...but he first has to realize there's something wrong

This is just it, until he realizes and accepts that something is terribly wrong then there's nothing anybody can do to help him. Acceptance and self realization is the first step to recovery
