It's sad that the reason for the consensus is mundane. Can our military top brass unite to dislodge agents responsible for the insecurity in the country? |

It's sad that we encourage lawlessness in this country & expect the country to progress. Soldiers should concentrate on their duties of defending the country from external aggression instead of interrupting pubic officers from during their jobs. |

"Eku ijo meta" is ideal!! Sometimes it's difficult to maintain a good relationship with in-laws especially when they have low emotional intelligence, relatively poor with an entitlement mentality. The lady is immature mentally & the relatives even though older, can't correct her because she contributes to their financial sustainability. And dragging a family issue publicly confirms they've no reputation to lose but are out to embarrass the Senator. The Senator to me is not wise. As an elderly man, he doesn't need to marry teenagers to feel cool. They're a lot of matured ladies that can make him enjoy his wealth in a quite & peaceful atmosphere. This is a lesson to other men. |

Trump did not threaten Nigeria, He threatened TERRORISTS and the supporters and sponsors, If you're angry about that, Then you're definitely one of them. Probably! The quality of politicians representing us in NASS in appalling. They lack the cerebral capacity to initiate & drive progress. Dear Shi'a Movement, don't start what you can't finish, if President Donald Trump gets to know that you're a Shi'a movement in Nigeria and that doing these protests against him is going to be hell for you, don't forget El-rufai and Buhari, I do not want this to repeat itself again, and avoid further destruction of your lives.

We have professors who are Fulanis.
We have at least 100 Igbo women married to Fulanis in Nigeria.
Don't argue if you haven't taken time to study the Fulanis who are currently citizens of at least 8 West African countries.
Peace ✌️ The problem is not the Fulanis but the political elites who want to relocate alien nomadic Fulanis to occupy ancestral lands in Nigeria for political dominance & to encourage religious fanaticism. The other issue is lack of a sustainable economic development plan. In this modern era, people shouldn't be migrating with cattle. The migration is related to communal crises, kidnapping etc. Why do we need to import aliens to migrate with cattles for us, when we can establish ranches for animal husbandry. Why're we still primitive when they're enabling technologies to enable us live better lives. The problem is poor leadership & governance, promotion of mediocrity & incompetence through various means including ethno-religious sentiments, corruption, nepotism etc. |

It is essential to ensure that more counterfeited female condoms do not swamp genuine ones. We should also guard against Nigeria being used as a guinea-pig for all sorts of invention and innovation by capitalist nations. At the last count, the United Kingdom has the highest teenage pregnancy in Europe despite the free availability of all forms of contraceptive devices under their national health service. Nigeria should think of its own brand of sex education rather than copying everything the west does or constituting a laboratory for all sorts of experiment. Yea, the developed world including the US, UK has reasonable number of teenage pregnancies including unwanted pregnancies. The difference is in the morbidities & mortalities associated with unsafe abortions & miscreants resulting from bearing kids without having the capacity to train & cater for them. The Igbos are interested in true federalism & not in secession through a separatist movement. The FG should be faulted for the protests. Lack of rule of law & delays in administration of criminal justice is what's causing the protests. Unlike the trial of Simon Ekpa in Finland, the trial of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is unnecessarily prolonged. Justice delayed, is justice denied. Mazi is being tried for terrorism but negotiations are ongoing with more dangerous terrorists in some parts of the country. If you like, mark this comment. It is going to end badly for Wike. Politically though. Peter Obi won River state. Wike sold his people's' vote for crumbs that fall from a table. Avedonn: The majority of the killings and kidnappings are carried out by Fulani herdsmen and a few jobless criminals. This crisis has become difficult to control because the perpetrators have grown accustomed to the easy money from ransom payments, and the victims have little faith in the effectiveness of the security agencies. They often prefer to pay the criminals to secure the release of their loved ones, rather than depend on the inept authorities.
The only viable solution to the rampant kidnapping and banditry plaguing the country is to reintroduce public execution for convicted criminals, which prove to be effective in the 1980s and early 1990s. But those that should sign the death warrants are cowards & want to be politically correct. They're more concerned with collecting security votes than tackling security problems. |

A certain hospital rejecting an emergency case doesn't necessarily show incompetence or lack of empathy, they may not have the necessary facilities to handle the case. You can't, for example, take a dental issue to an ENT clinic, they don't match, they won'tentertain that.
I am using this example of these specialist hospitals to show that some hospitals may not have the necessary facilities to attend to some special cases.
It saddens my heart when I heard or see cases like this. Someone, somebody's daughter, sleeping peacefully at her home, where she believed there is a maximum security, will just wake to the horrible noise of armed robbery. It is so so sad.
May her soul rest in perfect peace once again, I pray that God console her loved ones she left behind. Apart from that, the initial story was that the Police refused to convey her to the hospital because there wasn't enough fuel in their vehicle. Time was wasted in arranging another vehicle which later took her to the hospital. And by the time she got there, she couldn't make it. The story seems to be changing. But presently we've the National Emergency & Ambulance Services. What's its role in a situation like this. Are there designated hospitals to manage emergency trauma cases? |

But you contradicted yourself again by stating that cancer does not kill but the treatment does. The truth is that all cancers will eventually kill without treatment. The mechanism of death depends on the type of cancer, stage of the disease & the histological type of the cancer.
