Akwa Ibom State Governor, Mr. Udom Emmanuel, today visited the St. Gabriel's Coconut Oil Factory at Mkpat Enin to assess the ongoing installation of production lines.

The Governor who was conducted round the facility by the project consultant Engr. Francis Uwah and project supervisors from VKS was assured that the factory, capable of engaging 1300 direct staff would be ready for inauguration before the anniversary of the state's creation in September this year.

Hello, everyone this is happening in my life right now.
To my story now: my boyfriend makes me look like the one with the problem each time he does something wrong to me. Each time I ask my boyfriend to do something for me (maybe ask him to make a payment for something or help me get something) he doesn’t do it and at the end of the day when I complain about it, he makes me look stupid by not accepting his wrong and apologizing for it. What happened today is, he was supposed to pay a fee for me in a group that we both are members but my boyfriend didn’t pay mine even though I had pleaded with him yesterday to assist me make my payment as I will refund him the money after ( I didn’t have physical cash on my yesterday), Only for me to ask him if he paid and he said he wanted to know if I had pay. This may not mean anything to some of you who share the same understanding as him, but it does mean a lot and speaks of the kind of person you are, if you can’t act selflessly. If I can carry out selfless service for him, I feel he should do same for me. They’re numerous but I can’t put all of them down. Trust me I am foolish. I always go back to apologize for him hurting me. This same guy judges me for thinking or acting a certain way, always makes me feel like I have no good in me because of how i relate with people. The British Government has formally paid the £4,214,017.66 looted funds recovered from family members and associates of former Delta State Governor, James Ibori into an account designated for that purpose by the Federal Government.

The Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF) and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, who confirmed this development on Tuesday, said the amount has been credited into the designated Federal Government account with naira equivalent as of 10th May, 2021.

Malami’s spokesman, Dr. Umar Gwandu, in a statement on Tuesday quoted the AGF as confirming the receipt of the recovered loot by the FG.
He added: “Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN signed Memorandum of Understanding for the repatriation of the Ibori loot on behalf of the Federal Government of Nigeria.

“The development, according to Malami, was a demonstration of the recognition of reputation Nigeria earns through records of management of recovered stolen Nigerian stolen in the execution of public oriented projects.”
