I need help on how to avoid this please.

I have applied to a particular coy more than 10 times now but all my Applications have been regret responses. I have not been called for interview for once. I always ensure that I meet all the requirements before submitting my application. What do you think its wrong with this issue and what should I do differently?
This is definitely General Electric. I have also experienced the same thing.

for proof of work experience, if your case is as straight as the crow flies, a reference letter that stated your annual pay is enough. but if you hve your payslips, you could include it. to do this, scan the pay slips for say the last 6months at that job, then merge it in a single pdf with your reference letter and upload to the work experience placeholder.
Thanks for the advice

okay, i am not offended ooohhhh. wait till my madam @Hephgirl comes. she no just like name calling o. not even her own name.
But seriously i undadtand your anxiety and approve of your questions. Just ask specifically which documents u are confused about.
I can work directly with u by pm if u prefer but we can all collectively help you here once you post your questions.
I cant clearly remember but here are some documents i merged.

Education =>IELTS + ECA + DEGREE

POF =>Bank letter + Tbill certificates+ 6mnths SOA + OANDA currency converter page + Cover letter for d pof + my hubbys LOE ( explaining a bulk transfer frm him)

LOE => LOE + birth cert + marriage registration ( n.b the was an age disparity on my marriage cert.)

Job => Two paged reference letter from my employer ONLY

Cheers.
Thank you for the detailed explanation, you have actually solved my problem.
Do I need to include scanned pages of my passport or just the biodate page.

I am just being proactive as I am planning to submit next week. I want to get everything prepared well in Advance. Thank you very much

Thank you very much
Abby2017:
Click on the "i" or "?" (Information button) by each item on your document checklist, it contains what needs to be uploaded.
What I can remember below (it is a personalized checklist, so you may not have some of this):

Work experience: merge reference letter(s) (and other document you have as proof) for the job(s) you claimed point for.

Travel document: upload your international passport

Proof of marital status: merge marriage ceritificate, affidavit/change of name document (if any)

Medicals- upload medical information sheet

Police certificate- merge the PCC itself and the other 2pages containing your fingerprint. Include PCC for other countries you have stayed for a cummulative of 6months or longer since you are 18years of age

Proof of funds: merge your bank letter+ SOA/fixed deposit certificate/treasury bills + gift deed/proof of sales of property (this largely depends on what you are using as POF)

Etc...I believe you get the gist now. Check page 0 for more.
This is it, thanks. Do I need to scan scanned pages of my passport?

Case 4---="Sorry for mentioning specific names but they have been helping me from the beginning".
Lol, I get you now. What I meant was that from the very beginning I had some issues and was warned to be careful when I get to this stage of uploading documents. Now that I am close to doing that I mentioned their names because they would easily remember my case and help me as appropriate and that was the reason I stated the line you quoted.

It wasn't intentional, just explaining that those guys are familiar wit my situation. I'm sorry if I have offended anyone. I hope @ ugoiyke79e understands

I still need help on what documents I need to merge together. I already read above that payslips should be attached to reference letters, I am so confused.

Boss13:
I don’t know what you mean by record time. If you have gotten PPR; good for you. Not all program assistants and Visa officers are that lenient. A11.8 Eligibility is very key, reference letter is not sufficient enough. Reference can be issue on a plain sheet of paper and my grandmother can sign, but to authenticate the reference letter you need other supporting documents. Most people who just provide reference letter end up getting ADRs and then comes the complicated part of tax clearance, 6 months payslips and even CAC business registration, maybe your company website is not functional.

I will also not rule out the fact that your application will first be delayed at CIO - 2 or 3 months before being sent to London instead of Ottawa. London don’t joke. Go and ask people whose files are in London and the emotional trauma they experience daily.

Save yourself that time delay and troubles. Over gather your documents and get your PPR within a short period of time.

My 2cent is for those who are yet to submit. For those who have submitted only reference letter. Go and hold your God and begin to fire prayer for your file not to be delayed.
What if I only have payslips available to me. should I attach for the whole duration of my employment in addition to the reference letter? I am using past experience and I already got my reference letter

I will try not to react like hephmama a.k.a. headgirl because you ve committed two crimes on her list
1) u specifically mentioned names.....so d rest of us can actually choose not to volunteer response.
2) you typed in bolded letters.....eeerrmmmmm @ hephmama why is he "nagging"??

Ok back to your questions.
1) scan and merge documents in their respective groups (using online tools eg ilovepdf.com) & save on your system and plzzz name them accordingly
for e.g scan and then merge your Degree certificate + IELTS TRF + ECA....save & name it as "kissoflife education" then upload it into d education placeholder on your profile...do same for all other places u need merged documents...
Remember that d document size limit is 4MB...u can first compress and then merge using the same online tools

2) For your medicals...take along your intl PP, ITA letter, 2 passport fotos, & of course d money you will use to pay for it. You can call d hospital ahead and clear all doubts.
For your PCC, take along your intl PP and cash. u will need to thumbprint there.

3) I live in PH. sorry. but u basically need to go to any good digital photo studio.
Take along a copy of d eapr photo dimensions requirements...

Happy uploading and pls be careful.
Thank you for your response and Sorry for mentioning specific names but they have been helping me from the beginning.

I am confused on what documents to merge together. i want to avoid errors as much as possible.

Abby2017:
1. Not so clear, let me try
Use a scanner smiley :Pscan to pdf/print to pdf, merge pdf using free online sites (google). Try to name your pdf files using each checklist title so you don't mix things up, dont forget to include your ECA report and TRF under the education merge.
If there is any part of your application that requires further clarification, make use of your LOE placeholder or merge LOE with the section that needs clarification.

2. Medicals- yourself grin your international passport, proof of payment
PCC- international passport, passport photograph, your money and your fingers cheesy

3. Any standard photostudio can do it, go with the cic specification sheet and compare details of outcome before leaving the studio.
Thank you for your response. I know how to scan but i want to be clear on what documents to merge together. i want to avoid errors as much as possible.

Please I need help, I am planning to finally submit my application next week. How do i go about the following?

1. How do I scan my documents to the different placeholders (I mean the documents I should be merging)

2. What documents should I take along for Medicals and police reports?

3. Should the police reports be addressed to IRCC?

3. Where can I take the Photo specification demanded in Lagos?

Thank you in advance!

Forum GamesRe: As A Detective, How Do You Solve These? by kissoflife: 9:18am On Sep 26, 2017
Explorers:
A dead body is found at the bottom of a multistory building.

It looks quite clear that the person has committed suicide by jumping off from one of the floors.

A detective comes, goes to the first floor and walks in the room facing the direction in which the body was found.

He opens the closed window of that room and flips a coin towards the floor.

He goes to the second floor and does the exact same thing till the last floor.

Then, when he climbs down, he tells the team that it is a murder, not suicide.

How did he know?
If it was a suicide, then at least the windows at any of the floors must have been left open by the person who jumped off.

So someone must have pushed him off and then closed the window again.

The work experience is in one organisation(banking) till present. NOC 6314
what was your IELTS score? did u score at least 8777?

and was your work experience from start to finish equal to three yrs without approximation?

also when selecting ur certificate, did u chose the BSc or three yr bla bla bla?

Lastly did you select the right amount of funds for yourself and those accompanying u?

Hello Sir, please confirm you've successfully created your profile. If not, have you tried what GlitteringStar advised here;

Above all, please use a new email address as advised.

Kissoflife was in this fix recently, please assist with what you did @kissoflife.

Modified. Just saw your response. Let's wait on kissoflife, she might be of help.
I just saw this, sorry for the late reply.

@ the guy that asked

First try to make sure you meet the eligibility points of at least 67.

From my experience, I did not enter my OND +HND details correctly. I used a new email to open another account and corrected that and also increased my funds a little bit. Then my profile was accepted and I returned to reduce my POF back to CAD12300. I strongly think mine was caused by the HND/ OND issue though.

Just go through every detail you entered what you filled during eligibility might have been slightly different from what u stated when creating your profile.
