According to their own constitution, the speaker should be the head of government, not his son or the military, and the only instance where the military takes over, suspends the constitution and democratic rules for 18 months is when there's a coup.

If this is not a coup, the speaker should be in charge.

The son has no choice but to go along with the military arrangement.





Makes me wonder, how come there haven't even been a coup in the US what's the contributing factor and how can African leaders emulate that?

Afrobeats or afropop is mainstream in Nigeria and most of the west african continent. Anything other than that is regarded as alternative and that's not a bad thing.

Read a book, there's systematic racism, try getting promoted, try do somethings and watch how they'll give you a thousand reasons other than why you're black but you'll see a man of another color w the same situation get the opportunity of getting that thing, racism didn't end, it only changed it's form

These artist have a talent which is the ability to supply the rhythmic demands of their millions of consumers. I bet you, if the tides were changed and you got hold of the lyrics of Zlatan's next hit song and sing it very few people will key into it. There's a reason dammy krane is no where to be found, there's a reason lil xan is not as famous as xxxtentacion, a reason why few people know jme. Think about it.

It is not rant. These people didn't sell records or headline mega shows like majek fashek, king sunny ade or daddy showkey. Those folks can't even claim to buy range rover every week.


We live in a different time fam, we have royalties now, streaming and endorsements even if na the least ₦ ​500,000 per show and he does 3 a week that's ₦ ​1.5mil which is 6mil per month let's say he Davido takes 4mil and he is left w only 2mil and he 1mil per month and saves 1 guy in 1 year he will buy that car and this scenario is soo much of an outlier because there b list artists that earn more than ₦ ​500, 000. My friend is an event manager and well, she talks a lot.
