Romance / Re: How Does One Heal From Rape Trauma? by kkins25(m): 4:48pm On Jun 19
This your post has been on my mind since I saw it. I've been wondering, what would I do, if I were in your shoes?

To be honest, I just shut my brain off. Because, since I cannot relate with her, I can't truly know how she's feeling. Only someone with same experience can.
And considering I've had addiction issues in the past, I know how silly it sounds when someone says "just be disciplined" or "get over it."

Sarassin doesn't really know how he changed me. One time I was meditating, and images of me having a sexual encounter with my uncle flashed in my mind. I can't say, "I was raped," because from the memories, it appeared I was already a pervert. Lol. Atleast, I understood why I was so fvcking hypersexual.

This matter is very touching to me because I have a former student who went through the same ordeal---from an uncle who was supposed to watch over her. She suffered mental breakdown for about two years. To the extent she was collapsing in school.

My mind wants to even believe we're talking of the same girl, but given the location you mentioned, she's probably not.

We were very close pals during my time as her teacher, and she has completely cut me and all her friends off. No male friends, too.

Hurts when I think of it. I have to be clumped into the "all men are scum" slogan because of the actions of another man. From her once in a while social media post, she seems to have healed. But, i don't know.

My own "trauma" didn't involve any pain---so to speak. But, I struggle with a hyper sexuality.. I'm able to keep this in check, but lately feeling like I'm going to give in. The number of times olosho thoughts cross my mind ehn..

So, hmmm.. That's what keeps me bothered at night anytime I put myself in your shoes. As someone else said, the only thing you can do is help her see a skilled therapist who can help (are there even any in the country?) Not those that do one or two courses from cousera oh.. I mean PhD folks.

She can must be willing to accept that memory and over power it.

In my case, the more I learnt about my condition, the more I control I got. I've never spoken about this with anyone. Anyway that's just me, the suffering in silence type.

Knowing how I struggle with mine, could I assume, she also will eternally struggle with hers? Would you be able to cope knowing this? That you would occasionally be seen as "the man" touching her at night, which would trigger her trauma experience all over again...

Bro.... Damn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some students in the picture wear blue and white, the dead lady wears black all through and a white shirt, yet holds a black jacket in her hands. Why would anyone wear a white Jacket and still another black jacket in the hand? What was the dress code for the occasion in that picture? How about her hand sign? If this lady was truly a culti$t, then why should anyone blame those who refuse to m0urn her death? I do n0t have pity 0n culti$t, if you are currently a culti$t, why did you join it and why have you refused to quit it? N0nsense.

The black jacket must have been their graduation attire. I did some during my time. The hand sign is not a hand sign, it means 4 years. I equally did the same to symbolize that I had spent 4 years In school.

However, this isn't a random case of rape, it seems like premeditated murder. given they dropped her body close to her home. Cultist or not, a victim is a victim. American schools have fraternities and other "cult-like societies, too.

Thanks a lot for the warm words. I don't get bothered about comments from anonymous users here.

I'm kinda concerned this issue may lead to her sex starving me if we ever get into this long term.

It feels like I'll be ignoring a vital part of our relationship if I downplay this issue and go into this cos I love sex a lot... ngl

It seems a cunning ploy by the devil to ridicule the teachings of Jesus via which God used jesusjnr to convert NL atheist to Christ. They seem to be causing the devil night and daymares despite NL Christians being ignorant of its unprecedented quality and power, he had no choice but to send one of his own wolf to pose as sheep using the sams teachings of Jesus as a smokescreen.

I'm quoting this so you don't remove the name there.... Couldn't help but praise yourself... ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ Nice one. My G. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚.

Romance / Re: Women Sleep Around More Than Men, Says A Lady (photos & Video) by kkins25(m): 10:34am On Jun 04
The girl child matures faster than the boy child. And that's why she's first exposed to sex. There's a reason why when you see a group of teens interacting together, you hear the females insultingly call the males "small boys".

It's because those girls are no longer virgins. They've eaten the forbidden apple and their eyes are now open. At that age, their brains are not fully developed, but their lust and horniness is at its fullest potential.

The young girls of today sleep with married men without inhibitions. The older girls have slept with the married men of 20 years ago.

That is why you can get the younger girls to do whatever you want in the sexual arena, while the older girls are saving the leftover scraps for her husband.

The depreciation of her body is directly proportional to the maturation of her brain.

The older women (Evening Newspapers) are the wisest sages because they've seen it all and done it all. It's highly difficult to get into their pants without concrete evidence of marriage intentions. They still have their Hot, lustful side, but it's strictly reserved for the men willing to put a ring on her finger.

However, except she fully commits to religion, these older ladies will continue to find the sneakiest and most devious ways to satiate the lust that was unleashed in her youth.

I could go on and on but I will stop by saying one last thing; the cycle of whorishness and promiscuity can only stop through the proper education and empowerment of the girl child.

Everything you said here is nonsense.
Romance / Re: Women Sleep Around More Than Men, Says A Lady (photos & Video) by kkins25(m): 10:28am On Jun 04
@happney65 I have always told you this, and you always refuse to accept it. An average female sleeps around more than an average male in Nigeria. To sleep around as a man, you need money...to sleep around as a woman, you just need a will to do it, and men will be available at your beck and call.

A boy needs money to have sex with multiple girls, a girl just needs to have a great body (which she is born with), or beauty (which she is also born with), and greed for money without the willingness to work for it in the proper way.

A boy needs money, but a girl also needs beauty and other body features to attract boys. A specific demographic of girls are getting the attention of most boys, and vice versa.

GenZ should come to terms with the "money for hand, back for ground" ideology, because na us create am. Rich boys use it to steal women from poor boys.

I hate to view love life as a transaction, but that's just the reality of it. Beauty is to men what money is to women.

Interesting. The writers crafted the story of Jesus to tally with the old testament. Even the statements made by Jesus regarding his death looked like taking actions, and hoping for a reaction.

Romance / Re: What Is Happening To Ladies On Nairaland? by kkins25(m): 10:07pm On Jun 01
Seuns forum is a clear representation of the staring lack of creative minds in Nigeria. It gets boring after a while, reading the same thing over and over again.

Maybe it's just a particular demographic loaded here, however, it's glaring that most of us aren't widely read. So, we keep seeing the same thing over and over again. Political discourse, zero. Philosophical discourse, zero. Open minded discourse self on the number one topic, relationship, zero. Women are slots and men are scum. That's all.

We don't even discuss policies and other stuff related to society that affects all of us. Not that I attacking the Nigerian here. I'm well aware of economic situations and how it cripples the mind.

These days, I spend more time on reddit because, In as much as it has similar themes as nairaland, it's jam packed with creative and intellectual people. The discourse going on dear is mind blowing and a harsh awakening, even for me, of my willful ignorance of so many aspects of life.

One could say, many of us are on the low scale of the Marslows hierachy of needs. Well, that would be true, too. Since inflation hit, I've found it difficult to read anything that isn't "increasing my income" related.

Reddit is my go to place now self. I just realised we no like dey help ourselves for this country. I one time posted on reddit that I was frustrated and didn't know how to navigate my career path. Come and see calculated advice..๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜..Somebody even DM me to send CV. I didn't sha. My skillet never reach that level.

What I love most about Reddit is that you can never tell who is a millionaire and who's not. People talk like people. No classism. You won't hear that nonsense my people do, "I earn bleh bleh and have traveled bleh bleh."

r/povertyfinance, r/finance, r/piracy, r/ask. r/Nigeria ( they are even trying, but na relationship matters they quick trend) Omo!!!!!!!!!!!

And I will follow their way of life. This one here for people living in the jungle.

Mr Butch is older than Tom, but dating this small baby cat grin

Thats normal. No one talks about a wealthy and a small girl. With wealth, a man can almost get away with anything with women.

fifty shades of grey is another example. If the guy was poor, he will be in jail for all the fantasies he tried on the girl, whom he later married.

A man should just have money. This world have no justice, fairness or regards for poor men, and it sucks to be such a man.

Like, do you see the kind of sadistic creature women create in those their "booktok" ๐Ÿคฃ ๐Ÿคฃ ๐Ÿคฃ ๐Ÿคฃ

Abusive rich men! If he is a vampire or werewolf, that's the ultimate MAN. The one who completely dominates her...

I don stop dey chuke mouth for this man vs woman matter... The words coming out their mouth does not correlate with their actions.

Men, this life either have money or pretty privilege. You will escape many things.

Why you always dey laugh? lol

There is this Tom and Jerry Episode titled ''Blue cat blues''.

Jerry was competing with Mr Butch, a billionaire cat who can afford her wildest dream of Jerry's crush.

Jerry bought everything within his power, from perfumes to diamonds, and even sold himself to slavery just to purchase a car to flex his cat chick. grin

But every time he shows up with a gift to impress, the cat babe just depresses his effort by showing him an equivalent of what Mr Butch got for her.

If Jerry bring Diamond ring as a gift, she shows him diamond collection that you need mask to wear because its so shiny and can blind your eyes.

Until one day, Jerry came to face with Mr Butch, then it became clear that he was in competition with other billionaire men, and his effort are meaningless. He would have committed suicide if not for Tom the mouse that saved him.

So lots of times, men are sad that they have tried their best and the lady just does not appreciate it, when in reality, he is competing with other men, and surely she will go for the best.

Tom and Jerry stylishly dey teach something back then lol, but few have the knowledge to spot the knowledge. You can watch the episode below, its just 2 mins.

If Tom had decided to go for younger "cat" (pun intended), they'd have called him a predator(pun intended). How ironic! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Women logic: I'm too pretty to date a broke guy.

Man logic: I'm too rich to date my class mate.

To me, equation balanced.

She seems very educated in the way she speaks. That's not the kind of accent you pick from growing up in the slumps.

I think this is a case of "this one will pay more" and not one of "I don't have a way out" situation.

Trust me, she will get that 20 million now that she has blown. One guy out there is probably thinking how he can bag the babe to brag to his guys that he bagged the babe.

I don't know what's going on in this society of ours. I decided to great an old female student who I taught in pri 4 during my Jambite era..

We aren't friends, nor have we been in touch, so, it surprised me that after my "how's life going with you question" a build up to a billing audio message followed. Of course, then came the billing. ๐Ÿ˜. She's probably in her early.

But paternity fraud exist irrespective of goodness of the husband, country, or income level.

It's how you guys paint women as saints for me. People are just bad abeg. We are only sensitive to when a woman is a victim of a man but not when a woman is a victim to another woman.

Romance / Re: These Fears Are Real At 33 by kkins25(m): 11:53am On May 28
Seeing the number 33 sends shivers down my spine again. I lost my wife hours after childbirth some 33 days ago. She was 33 when she passed. Big dreams, big things we both planned all seem like they're over, right? But really, they are not. She lived a purposeful life. I'm mourning, ignoring the many "if" and "what if" scenariosโ€”the thoughts won't stop coming if you allow themโ€”and finding the courage to take care of two newborn babies. My point? Don't be too hard on yourself. Embrace the challenges and learn to recognise the blessings. All will be well and, more importantly, remember that good or bad, fast or slow, everything will come to an end someday. Make that a reality check.

Oh! Really sorry for your lost, sir. May her soul rest in Piece and may your heart be comforted.
