I'm assuming tis the above Scripture that provoked your question, well, as etolaiya said, a christian may sin since you are not human, but you will not commit to sin means you are not continually falling in the same circumstances all the time, as you Grow closer to God, there are things that naturally drop from you, e.g tendency to sin reduces and gradually u actually sin less cos all your actions begin to get guided by the Holy Spirit and even when u do sin, you are quick to recognise that and repent and seek forgiveness, thats why a person like King David can be referred to as the apple of God's eye.

Do you know how my hundreds of years the bible has been existing, in its present form? Do you know that according to history, that is the most persecuted book ever, most destroyed ever? Do you know that it is the singular most studied item by the widest range of intellectuals ever?
My friend, the bible has not survived all these years because it is believed in by fanatics or that some group have stubbornly refused to let it die out, it's because every single jot written therein is Infallible!!! By anyone under any logical circumstances!

So you want all the 'big' pastors to criticise govt, when y'all have agreed that most of their followers follow the pastor before the bible, what u'll see in such a case is a major uproar and probably crisis.
When u are in a position of power and influence, you always have to balance your personal opinions and whats good for the people at large. While i am not exactly impressed by their silence, i can't place blame at their feet cos they also have to be careful not to instigate the people against the government (no matter how bad it is)
