Lol, Government of the north, by the north for the north. 80% of the appointments Buhari has made so far are mostly from the north (core north in most cases). But it's a deep contradiction that when it comes to defending his criminality, about 50% of those hired to do the dirty job are of southern extraction. Here are the list of SAN'S Buhari hired to defend his certificate. 1. Chief Wole Olanipekun (SAN). 2. Mr. Lateef O. SAN'Semi (SAN), 3. Chief Akin Olujinmi (SAN), 4. Oluwarotimi O. Akeredolu (SAN), 5. Kola Awodein (SAN), 6. Prof. Taiwo Osipitan (SAN), 7. Charles Edosomwan (SAN), 8. Emeka Ngige (SAN), 9. Femi Atoyebi (SAN), 10. Femi Falana (SAN), 11. Funke Aboyade (SAN), 12. H.O. Afolabi (SAN), 13. Muiz Banire (SAN) He found them competent, but when it is for federal appointment they aren't competent. And some zombi will come and defend this. |
Goodbye!!! |
The National Assembly is shouting persecution. The Judiciary is shouting harassment. Labour is shouting intimidation. Opposition party is crying persecution. Sitting Governors are shouting impunity and some characters still think we are on the right track. |

amtaken:Don't mind the Zombie. Because of the public outcry they will get a court oder this night and backdate it! GEJ asked us to choose between going forward or moving backwards, the Zombies and their slaves chose moving backwards for us and today one year after we are back to 1984! |
By Olayemi Olowolafe Although there is no immunity against investigation conferred on any governor or the president for that matter. However, the seizure of properties, movable or immovable, in the course of investigation can only be by court orders, obtained by either ex parte or on notice application, depending on the circumstances of the case. The pertinent question now is, on which court order is Governor Fayose's bank account frozen by EFCC? |
BALLOSKI:Pls go back and read again, i just edited the post and copied the entire Sec 308 of the 1999 Constitution verbatim. After reading come back here and tell me if you know anything about the Nigeria constitution. Don't be a zombie. |
You are freezing Fayose's account knowing you cannot bring him to court in any way and manner? To what end then? entire Sec 308 of the 1999 Constitution verbatim. The Section provides: (1) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Constitution, but subject to subsection (2) of this section - (a) No civil or criminal proceedings shall be instituted or continued against a person to whom this section applies during his period of office; (b) A person to whom this section applies shall not be arrested or imprisoned during that period either in pursuance of the process of any court or otherwise; and (c) No process of any court requiring or compelling the appearance of a person to whom this section applies, shall be applied for or issued: Provided that in ascertaining whether any period of limitation has expired for the purposes of any proceedings against a person to whom this section applies, no account shall be taken of his period of office. (2) The provisions of subsection (1) of this section shall not apply to civil proceedings against a person to whom this section applies in his official capacity or to civil or criminal proceedings in which such a person is only a nominal party. (3) This section applies to a person holding the office of President or Vice-President, Governor or Deputy Governor; and the reference in this section to "period of office" is a reference to the period during which the person holding such office is required to perform the functions of the office. |

RZArecta:Just for the records, i'm not Ena,i happened to be one of his friends on Facebook, and most of his analysis on political issues if not all, are in tandem with mine, so i tend to share his post. |
Doesnt say much for a religion who can only keep the faithful by threat of death. This entire religion is based on control, it almost seems like brainwashing an entire society so a few MEN can rule over millions. Keep your women down, forbid them education because they may just figure it out. I mean if a woman is raped, SHE is blamed, you marry who the men tell you to marry, you say you are holy and pure, yet you rape and murder children. You say you are a peaceful religion, but murder anyone who doesnt practice your religion. You murder your own for the smallest infraction. In america we label these as cults. |
They that sow the wind, shall reap the whirlwind. Buhari's days are numbered. |
Sealeddeal:Or Rather if he missed 25% of his life he was suppose to spend on earth how will he feel. Only people suffering from serious cases of cognitive dissonance USE hypothetical situations to defend current failures. Buhari failed even before he started, it was kind of dead on arrival. |
If this info is true, then I'm sorry to say that Nigeria is finished as a united federation. |
This op is an alarmist, maybe he is looking for 'customers', i wonder what he is marketing. |
If proper and meticulous care is not taken by the Buhari's Administration, Nigeria may disintegrate before our very eyes, most probably before 2019. If anyone is in doubt, just bookmarked this post. |
"What Nigeria is doing inadvertently is creating the conditions for a real insurgency, a political insurgency," he said. |
kennygee:Gerrarahia menh!!! Somebody is stranded and trying to see how she can navigate through her conundrum , you dey yarn shît. At least if you can NOT proffer a solution, why not just avoid the tread entirely, instead of making insensitive and callous post. |
tobex23:What's your point you blabbing scrunt? Ok, let's agree he (Jonathan) was weak, so he couldn't do jack. Now that your strong man is there, what is he waiting for to restructure the country? Nigeria as it is today will no longer be business as usual, if the Fulani hegemony with some of their Yoruba slaves thinks it gonna remain like it is, they should think twice. |
Nigeria gradually turning into a lawless entity. May God deliver that country. |
A tale of two Nigerian leaders in London. Nigerians are Corrupt. - President Buhari The Time to invest in Nigeria is now. - Goodluck Jonathan Who is Marketing or De-marketing Nigeria to Foreign Investors? |
HungerBAD:So who are the credible elders that speaks for the Yoruba people? Tinubu i guess, smh. |
kenny987:The hypocrisy of that scrunt, whatever they call him "omedunce" is nauseating. |
