Such rulings or assumptions cannot be done in a unitary state where the central government makes law for the whole country unlike in Nigeria.

So as a parent if u don’t like the laws in the north you move your wards to more tolerable states.

Probably only Egypt. SA has not really fought a war in about 30 years and most of their experience fighters are all retired. What you have is this new aje butter fighters that have not seen a live bullet in operation. Nigeria would easily overrun SA but they may not be able to hold it because of SA arsenals. So yes we can overrun them but in the long run be defeated.

That is because they are battle tested. Being fighting Boko Haram for 20 years now. And With her air components it would be easy for Nigeria to overthrow any government in west Africa.

But the big question would be can they hold down after the deed is done. That I will say No. Even America that quickly subdued Saddam Hussien faced a ferocious battle keeping the peace.
