overall90: But Ambazonians are almost similar to our Efiks. They have nothing in common with those people in the heart of Cameroon around Doula and Yahounde. Something must made them choose some distant tribe in d middle of Cameroon instead of the kith and kin in cross river State. The only plausible reason was d dominance of d Igbo. 3 Likes |

mrvitalis: I am remember when the the Northern party won the 1963 elections with Zik, the Sarduna turned down being the prime minister but instead chose Tarawa Balewa to represent him. The regions had clout then. It is like Atiku turning down opportunity to be VP rather choosing to be the Governor of Adamawa state. 5 Likes 1 Share |

I think because in the olden days of Regionalism. The regions were more powerful than the centre. The centre only dealt with foreign affairs, the military and currency. The regions control the resources. Having said that how come the Eastern Region which was controlling the oil in Nigeria did not make Eastern region the Dubai of Africa. At least they were controlling the resources in Eastern region. 14 Likes 2 Shares |

izonborn098: Let us put this initiative in place in Africa and that would be the ends of coup in Africa. Nigeria can lead from the front. If we can use our phones to transfer thousands, millions and billions what is so difficult in performing a civic duty like voting. Haba!! 1 Like |

MTNnews: A pedestrianised street is a street cars are not allowed to go into. It is wide enough to take cars on both sides of the street but it is normally a street full of bars, restaurants and clubs plus hotels. A proper red light zone. No Nigeria city has such a place. But small Kigali has it. |

How do u develop a new city. Activities develop a city, activities like marathon, car racing, concerts, hotels and bars. Look at Dubai. Do you know Lagos the most commercial city in Nigeria does not have a pedestrianised street. Kigali has it, which is commendable. 1 Like |

I don’t get it, why is Headies Musical award held in Atlanta USA. How do we promote tourism in Nigeria by doing that. We should have a beautiful convention centre built in Eko Atlantic City, build hotels around it with full pedestrianised roads full of bars to brighten the whole atmosphere. I am sure our multi billion companies can sponsor it if comes to sponsors. But having it outside Nigeria is a No-No |
