AsarI Dokubo your man is sinking fast, u need to do some attacking for oga at the top. |
If this story is true I have said 2015 would be the " mother of all rigging " if Jonathan wins. |
Are we experience the night of the long knives? !!!! 14 PDP Governors throwing in the towel. ![]() |
If the news 14 PDP Governors have thrown in d towel on behalf of Amechi is true then it looks like we would have a " lame duck president for 2 years! !!!!!! ![]() |
There is a popular saying in Britan that a " week is too long in politics " I now know the saying is true & on that note I will like to remind Mr President rule number 2 of politics is " there are no permanent friends in politics only permanent interest ". |
Nyako don vez " to sue FG " ![]() |
Jonathan's enclave is reducing every seconds reminscent to d fall of Biafra. From having d whole Southern Nigeria to been reduced to East central states after d fall of PH to Amechi. Already He has lost imo too. So he is holding on to Anambra, Enugu & Eboyin States. |
Thread is not close oh, where did u people get that yeye stamp from? |
ONE week ago, most Nigerian's from d various diffrent aisle, the party aisle, the religious aisle, the southern aisle & the northern aisle were praising Mr President for the SOE declaration but instead of him to respect his office and steer clear off that Gentleman's club called NGF he got enmeshed in d dirty murky waters of local political bickerings in Rivers State thus bringing disrepute to his office and to his person. Now Mr President is back to ground-zero, after his group lost d elections in d NGF, It took him almost 3 years to climb to this lofty height only to throw all away for a pot of porridge promised to him by no other person than d psychic from Akwa Ibom State. Climbing out of this borehole might proof more difficult than meets d eye, anyways, I wish d President all d luck in d world afterall his name is Jonathan Goodluck. |
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ The President is the one alienating himself by switching candidates 3 times. |
The bottom line is the eggons are christians and Jonathan's constituent for d elections in 2015 do alienate your constituent in d face of Hausa / fulani hegemony, NO. I don't see a revenge happening in dis case. |
From the looks of it 2015 would be the " mother of all rigging " |
Sounds like a mild stroke from what he described. |
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I want to see how Mr President would win in d Muslim north in 2015 when he is already creating enemies within. Choosing a Christian Governor to run for NGF is a no brainer. |
A good poker player wait for the right time b4 showing his hand. Jonathan Goodluck d once quiet easy going President has started showing his true self. How do u go from supporting Sherma, to supporting Yuguda then within seconds to go switch to Jang and expect to triumph in the election. Even a kindergarten kid would know once u snatch d sweet from 1 kid, 2 kid and give d sweet to d 3rd kid you have not only created discontent in d classroom you have also inadventedly created enemies within. To add salt to injury the PDP chairman who has a running battle with d pdp Governor in Adamawa state, solicited Mr President's help in declaring SOE in d State thereby creating another enemy within as the now disgruntled Governor would not be able to lay his hands on his state resources. Obviously bringing to 3 d number of disgruntled Governors against d President. Then there is d Chief servant of neigbouring Niger state who accused d president from renegading from a gentleman's agreement of running for just one term. Obviously we know d Chief servant is only loyal to his name sake who pulls d string behind d scene. Not contented with d enemies created so far Mr President unleashed his mad dog in person of Asari who has gone on a verbal assult on any Nigerian Who disagrees with his boss no matter how highly placed they are , he even boast about his tirades challenging d law enforcement agency to arrest him if they have d ba-lls. A word of advice to Mr President people who show their cards early should have made sure they have secured a second term. As braggadocious as baba iyabo was there is a story he begged Atiku to allow him to run in 2003. HE did everything to pacify Atiku but once he got his mandate he showed his true color. Mr president u are sbowing your hand a bit too early, caution, yoruba's say surulere small- small. Take am easy. |
Point number 23 Where is this so called phantoum road? ![]() |
D so called BRIC nations have an unenviable business ethics. Do u people think china would buy your oil for $100 dollars per barrel. China wants to take your oil for next to nothing. They build roads and other infrastrure in exchange of oil. That has been China's trade pattern in Africa. |
@poster Thanks for d message always get some uplifting message anytime i am down from d religious section. |
Those that voted Amaechi are :Kwara is a snitch state. Jonathan had better watch out for kwara during the general elections. |
It is quite obvious that boko Haram insurgent are predominatly muslims.,.you dont use a fellow muslim to fight his his brother...they are more loyal to their religion than their country.....when an igbo man became the army chief,we saw appreciable progress in the fight against terrorism...withoxt mincing word,Dasuki will definetly mislead the government in this war.Agreed!! This is one of GEJ's failed appointments, hopefully now that the President has grown some ba-lls with SOE, he can correct all his wrong by quietly and systematically replacing those who are not pulling their weights in his regime regardless of which region the person belongs to or come from. ![]() |
These days everyone wants derivatives, Lagos State once asked for 13% derivatives of all incomes accrued from both the sea port and the Airports, i.e International Airport and the Local one. Lagos State also wanted derivatives on all Federal workers salaries who were based in Lagos State plus any VAT receipts, but like anything else it died a natural death, probably because of the foresight of the Government of Lagos State, who then embarked on a robust internal revenue execise, the state Government chose and decided to think outside the box(generating enough internal revenue) rather than wait for some unforseen largesse from the centre. The chief Servant of Niger State, reckons Nigerians should be paying his state 13% derivatives on all incomes accrued from power generation in the country(being the state with 4 Hydro-electricity power dams), unfortunately our supplies of electricity has been epileptic to warrant any effective application of this policy, otherwise Niger State would have been enjoying the largesse associated with derivation. I see this Derivative wahala developing into a 2 headed hydrant monster once the Presidency goes back to the North, all sort of derivatives initiative would come out of the wood-work and lay claims to one income or the other. I hope my Hypothesis are wrong but my gut feeling tells me this fairly accepted South-South derivative policy that has being in existence close 14 years by virtue of the fact that a Southern President has been at the helms of affairs may be brought into the fore once again. This issue might be the next big battle ground once the boko-haram issues were over.!!!! It was major issue a few years back when Yardua just became the President, unfortunately he fell sick and eventually died. But Sanusi Lamido like a man on a mission still felt that the well crafted and oiled script that has been produced, still had to come out to the wider world for a debate, obviously without letting the dead body of his boss get cold. Sanusi Lamido the then new CBN Governor chose to announce to an astounded audience thereby embarrassing the new Southern President Goodluck as to what to do or say, Sanusi argued that the money accrued to Rivers State alone was more than the funds allocated to the 6 NEastern states, but for the rise of Boko-Haram in the NE made the debate die a natural and an untimely death. I see a re-surgence of this debate once things get quieter again, I might be wrong.!!! Let us wait and see. ![]() |
Dasuki has been sidelined he is just holding that post for political exigencies. That is where GEJ fails as a Executive President in a Presidential System d commander-in-chief should put people in positions where he as d president is comfortable not letting some people dictate to him who should be where. |
Uhmmmnnn!!!! Just some thought that got me slightly overwhelmed recently. The 13% Derivatives which started during OBJ'S time from 1999 with the advent of democracy, has produced its or her own fair share of 'Tin Gods' from the self exiled now Abuja-based ex-governor of Rivers State in person of Odili, to the present Junketing Governor in Person of Amechi who for the love of his new toy,(his grounded aircraft) sees no reason why he should be based in Port Harcourt when the world can be his oyster, and he has yet to conquer half of the world. What of those chasing the coveted crown of who is going to be the next new "Buffon in Africa" Akpabio in his usual lackadaisical attitude has thrown his cap in the ring without worrying whose ox is gored, least I forgot the short, Dr. Governor of Delta state who has ran out of ideas of how to run a state, despite the huge allocation accrued to him every month. Just recently he approved N88 million for the renovation of his Speakers quarters. I bet more than anything else he is still in a state of shock, since the last "Tin-God" from the state, and a cousin of his, is still wallowing, locked up, and sectioned, in a cold British jail for money laundering, among-st other misdemeanor which included tussling power with Mr President. ![]() What of the new attack-dog, in Bayelsa State, who out to prove his modest attributes and outlay, reckons the Governor's lodge built by his predecessor is too grand for him, would instead be converted into a six star hotel.!!!! The 13% derivatives rather than achieve what the founding fathers desired which is accelerated and complimentary development in the Niger Delta, an El-dorado so to speak, has more than created new war lords who due to intoxication of sudden monetary wealth has made some of our shy brothers from the creek suddenly become outspoken. Words AND innuendos "like no tribe has got the monopoly of violence" is frequent genre today from the over-pampered rascals from the creeks, some of the outlandish ones event went one step further declaring that if push comes to shove, they would match the IBB's, the Adusalam's and any would be war-lord from the North, a bullet for a bullet and a scalp for a scalp. I am impressed at least they are given the Northerners a taste of their own medicine and they are doing so on behalf of all Southerners. Understandably It is a fair game, and checks and balances always tend to curb the excesses of one human over the other(reminiscent of the cold-war years bw USA and Russia, both nations knew a nuclear war would be an over-kill and not one or the other nation would live to tell the tales)same can be applied here too, the South-South by virtue of being at the helms of affairs has reversed the trend in favor of Southern Nigeria in her entirety, but my fear is what is the motivation behind the obsession of the North grasping power back , knowing that they had being the one steering the ship for 36 years, why the sudden desperation, are the North sinisterly planning to reverse a trend that has become the norm or what!!!!! Left for me derivatives has come to stay, some may beg to differ though, the only reservation I have is rather than achieve the initial objectives of comprehensive and qualitative development it has created more "Tin-Gods" than development, I hope the trend changes has our democratic credentials mature.People like Asari who was until recently an area boy operating in the riverine areas of Rivers State(not even operating in PH) has suddenly discovered his voice and has since became the un-official spokesman for Jonathan and the South-South in general, flamboyantly, without a care in the world, bragging to whom it may concern about the virtues of a South-South President whilst at the same time, making us realize that the die is cast that subject to the status quo, all hell would be let loose. Northerners what are your plans on derivatives, I hope you are not planning to reverse a commendable programme for some sinister back-door policy that would favor the North. I hope I am wrong, the North should see a good President as a President for all, and not a Southern President. ![]() |
Someone once told me too much money makes one go ga-ga if care is not taken. I am more than convinced and satisfied as a grieving wife that " our husband 'Akpabio' has gone mad again. Just last month he told Nigerians how he rigged d Senatorial Primaries in his state, b4 he was openly & quietly cautioned by one of his aides who whispered into his ears d enormity of such a gaff. Messers Akpabio has done it yet again by crying blue murder in an election conducted by d creme- de la-cream of our society. If Akpabio can believe an election conducted by 36 adults can be rigged then what hope do Nigerians have from his mentorer Mr President, Akpabio is not only embarrassing Mr President he is also embarrassing Nigerians. One is tempted to think if a 36 man election can be rigged what hope does d nation have when over 90 million goes to d polls in 2015. I would want to believe Mr President's demeanour & conduct is completely different from Mr Akpabio, my mind tells me that both men are pieces of meat cut from d same rump & d wheat unfortunately cannot be seperated from d chaff on d this occasion. But my body that is my physical view of both men tells me they are different only to d world, one would have to look at them with a microscope & and with a spiritual eye, and from what i can see in my crystal ball is unfortnately Mr President might be a wolf in sheep skin and a clone of Mr Akpabio, do not say I told u ![]() |
FFK, has been watching too many star wars lately. The man needs a proper job. |
knowAll: if the so called Nigerian elites and leaders, the "cream-dela-cream" of our society can rig a simple election involving 36 individuals then we have some serious issues in that country , how then can we ever conduct a free and fair elections involving millions of people?I am actually in support of Amechi, I cannot understand how lackeys like Akpabio and Obi got that weird idea the election was rigged from. Even Mimiko sef, has lost his mind, to even think an election involving 36 people can be rigged is not only debasing the proponents of such whack idea needs their heads examined thoroughly. ![]() |

Secondly, fear no go gree person enter cable car wey go carry you cross river Niger for this obodo Nigeria.Haba, Ogbeni yi or Mr man, we have had Cable car in Obudu ranch going to almost 8 years now and no fatality or accident. ![]() |
http://ts1.mm.bing.net/th?id=H.4743405855048600&pid=1.7&w=255&h=153&c=7&rs=1 cable car between South(prounced "Saouf" London in London Cockney dialect) London and East London. ![]() |
How come Igbo Business men and women or even the Governors have not thought of building a cable car between Asaba and Onitsha, the 2 cities are just separated by River Niger, A cable car would be the ideal alternative transport between the two cities. If the Delta State Speaker can renovate his official quarters with 88 million Naira, why not put some down payment towards a cable car, a cable car would go a long way of solving the almost perennial crossing wahala between Asaba and Onitsha. Abi wetin una think !!! ![]() Anyways over to you Anambra Business men and women, something for you guys to ponder about? ![]() |
They do, but it is easy to identify them as just "white men" not necessarily Americans or Europeans, it might be anybody. But the fact that they are not seen dressed as Arabs no one can say if they are Arabs unless they were heard talking in Arabic.since they were not speaking Arabic were they then speaking your so called "white language" if there is anything like that, having said that every one knows Shekarau can only speak Hausa, Arabic and maybe Kanuri would it not be more plausible that he was with white men he understands their languages which again points to Arabians not necessary Europeans or Americans.!!! ![]() |
