89green: ... This happened during the Iran-Iraq war, mind you. An Iranian commercial jet supposedly filled with passengers entered an active war zone. Seeing that on TV, the first thought was, how the f-ck could that happen? Did the Pilot not see or hear the bombs going off in that zone at the time for it to decide that the best route to proceed towards? Why? Not only that, reports had it that even with all the bombing going on, the plane was on a descending path towards the U.S Navy Ship, as if a kamikaze mission, like what we saw happen on 9/11. Why? https://www.history.com/this-day-in-history/July-3/u-s-warship-downs-iranian-passenger-jetI am shocked that Iran has not employed the same barbaric tactic against the U.S. during this war. Last week alone, it had women and children form a chain around facilities that it anticipated the U.S. had plans to target. That is the real face of the IRGC that the world has known for almost 50 years. 😒😒 |

SpyMaster1: ✓ If you're looking for feel-good verses about divine purpose and eternal reward, skip the Book of Ecclesiastes. It's one of the most unusual and uncomfortable books in the entire Bible—and for many non-believers, it's the one they actually connect with. The main voice in the book (called Qoheleth or "the Teacher" looks at life "under the sun" and delivers a relentless, unflinching verdict: "Vanity of vanities! All is vanity." Everything is meaningless, like chasing after wind. He observes: . The book instead reads more like an ode to major depression. I hope you are not under some notion that those who are don't believe in a god --- not the religious atheists out there who seem instead certain of the existence of no god in their delusion --- all struggle with major depression? 🥱🥱 |

How come America did not seize any of the many Venezuelan oil ships that brought oil to Cuba regularly for many decades ? 🥱🥱 Venezuela has for decades supplied subsidized oil to Cuba, forming a crucial energy lifeline under agreements dating back to 2000. omikel: Good day Nairalander, I will be brief with my story of how I conquered one of the cats that have been terrorizing us for years in our compound. If you like, call it ANIMAL CRUELTY, but if you read to the end, you will know what I have endured for long. On this beautiful but hot evening, I wanted to go have my shower at the tap outside with the hope to cool my body temperature. I felt something moved fast towards one edge of the boys quarter, my instinct doesn't deceive me, IT IS ONE OF THOSE UNCULTURED CAT that used to make irritating noise while mating behind our fence. I wouldn't know if they usually come from different places to have their usual DO THE DO at our backyard. I took no offence for them doing that because nature can not be cheated. But the problem is the noise at the wee hour of the night when one is supposed to be deep in sleep. They will make different kind of Moaning like human and at times cry like a toddler whose biscuit was snatched by his elderly one, I don't know if anyone has had the kind of experience I am trying to narrate here. But one of them ran into the hands of an angry man who the current situation on ground has made more angrier, like the yoruba will say "Ajá tó yó, kìí bá aiyo seré" Na so I retreived back to my room to pick up my self defense tool any day (a matchet). I tip-toed back and lay still in the dark with my touch light on the left hand and my thumb on its switch. Cats are very sensitive and can see in the dark like tomorrow no dey, but na luck help me kill am this day "Oluwa lo funmi pa* 😁😁😁 Immediately I felt some movement again, my thumb was the first action taker on the switch of my Torchlight, gboa! Light everywhere, the cat's eye self is another version of Torchlight on me. But I summoned courage, it is either you die today or you escape and never come back to this vicinity. We entered battle, I pursued the 'were' to one end where where it believe is an hiding place but there is no escape route except through where I was standing with my Torchlight beaming at it and it was gazing at me also. Who will make the first move? I tricked it into believing I am tired, within a twinkle of an eye, I blinked the light by tapping the switch pim pim the mad cat want to run out of its enclave na so I matchetted it like a criminal who is about to steal phone through the window. But to be sincere, the thing get power, with that one hit, I thought it will be dead, rather it make one hunch back style of defense, and began to make some buzz sound with its mouth and all its claws were sharply released out, na so I woos am the second time before it succumb to weakness and finally third hit made it surrender to alumuntu.

Christianity Etc › Re: Four Reasons Christians Support Israel Even When They Aren't Christians by Kobojunkie: 9:28pm On Apr 12 |
grandiose4ever: 1. Israel is under approved disobedience to God. Many people who criticise Christians for supporting Israel quickly point out that Israel is not a Christian country, as though that information is meant to jolt Christians into the reality that Israel isn't worthy of the support. In reality, what they are trying to do is to leave the Jewish nation isolated of any support so that it'd be easy for Islamic nations in the middle East to finish Israel off. Now, the Bible teaches that Israel’s current spiritual blindness is not permanent but part of God’s redemptive plan. According to the Apostle Paul, a “hardening” has come upon Israel so that the message of salvation would spread to the Gentiles. This does not mean God has rejected the Jewish people; rather, their present unbelief allows the gospel to reach the nations, and ultimately God intends to show mercy to both Jews and Gentiles. 2. Israel's Disobedience Benefits The Gentiles First, the 'disobedience' of Israel led to the death of Jesus, which was the best thing that could have happened to mankind. The Bible explains that Israel’s disobedience or spiritual hardening temporarily opened the door for God’s mercy to reach the rest of the world. Through their rejection of Jesus, the message of salvation spread beyond Israel to the Gentiles, allowing all nations to receive the gospel. As Christians, we understand that if Jews had accepted Jesus completely, we will never have had the opportunity to receive Christ ourselves. Therefore, in the Wisdom of God, Christ made it so that the gentiles will come in first before the jew. 3. Israel is critical to end times. There are seven key prophecies that must be achieved before Christ returns to Earth. A. The regathering of Israel to their Land. Ezekiel 26:4, (Fulfilled in 1948) B. The Valley of Dry Bones (National Restoration) . Ezekiel 37:1-14 (Arguably Fulfilled.) C. Nations gathering against Israel. Ez: 38-39 D. Jerusalem at the center of global conflict Zech 14:7 E. Israel recognising the Messiah. Zech 12 F. Fullness of Gentiles and Israel Salvation Rom11:35-36 G. Messiah returning to Jerusalem Zech 14:4 4. Christians Are Spiritual Jews. Many Christians support Israel because the Bible teaches that believers in Christ become spiritually connected to the people and promises of Israel. Through faith, Gentile believers are considered part of God’s covenant family and share in the spiritual heritage that begins with Israel. The Bible explained that believers are “grafted in” to the spiritual olive tree of Israel (Romans 11:17–18). This means believers in christ also share in the same heritage with the descendants of Abraham. Selah. So, the support is not based on common sense but on cobbled up logic that falls apart easily when you consider not all Christian denominations( the over 46000 of them) agree on even that which is stated above? Yikes! 😒😒 |

Jesus clearly said in the Bible that there will be no marriage in heaven, Luke 20 vs 34-36, Mark 12 vs 25. Please phrasing questions to Mohammed's followers in that way. There are no similarities to be found between between the many books of slam - Sirah aka the Life of Muhammed by Ibn ishaq, the Quran and the Hadiths(of Israelite Scripture. For one the Quran, the Hadiths(Sahih Al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim)--- and the books of the Bible. Even the isa character mentioned as part of Islam does not in anyway compare to the Jesus Christ of Israel mentioned in Israelite traditions. (Yes, the names may seem similar and tiny elements of the story may seem alike, the fact is they are complete opposites.) In the same way, the Islamic notion of paradise, hell and heaven are ultimately very much different too from Israelite ideas. 🥱🥱 To this, it is of utmost essence for you to properly educate yourself on the content of the religio-political system that is Islam before attempting to engage anyone of Islamic meaning in discourse. They are prone to prevaricating and belief that doing so is in the best interest of their Mohammed, who also commanded them that they bare false witness -- Taquiyah-- whenever it is for the glory of their Allah, which could be at all times. 🥱🥱 If you have ever argued a liar without solid evidence before, you would note how utterly exhausting and unproductive it can be. 🥱🥱 |

No religion is good. However, unlike other religions, Islam is more a olitical system than a religion . Islam imposes an Arabized way of life and living -- language, culture, slavery, etc.,-- on its colonized population, essentially damaging their ability to havs and maintain an identity separate from Islam. We see this every where Islam is in power. Islam's 7th century political ideology is pushed even in our 21st century. On March 25, 2026, the UN General Assembly adopted a Ghana-led resolution declaring the trafficking of enslaved Africans and racialized chattel enslavement as "the gravest crime against humanity".
Ashley the narrator is very popular all across Black Africa. As we listen to her tell us what was done to enslaved Africans, let us remind Yahuwah God that His Chosen People are still waiting for the promised justice for the horrific CRUELTY of Transatlantic slavery. (Video length: 12 minutes). Imagine a people still colonized by the very same colonial masters from about 1400 years, who still deal daily with the impact of their enslavement seeking reparation from those to whom they sold their own brothers and sisters o -- the slaves were not freely given away. Because our churches are all children of the White man. Every church in Africa was invented by a White man of either Europe or America. They will give us a God who does not care about Blacks just about money or about sin. We need our own interpretation of the Bible. What about the 100s of Millions of black slaves( majority of whom were castrated by the way since the Arabs did not and still do not like black skinned people) that were taken by the colonizing Arabs who came and colonized much of Africa from over 1400 years ago? ( Yes, the Islamic colonial masters never left and their impact on Africa and the slave trade continues to this day is see all over the continent.)🥱🥱 The UN is clearly compromised if it refuses to address the fact that the Islamic colonization of Africa was the much worse. 🥱🥱 |

Islam(by way of the Arabs) has enslaved much of Africa for almost 1400 years. In all of that period, what benefit did Africa gain? Nothing of value. However, when the white man came to Africa, despite Islam retaining its choke hold on much of Africa, the white mann brought education, science and, yes, Christianity that began in Africa all those many 100s of years before. Sadly, the corruption that is Islam continues to plague much of Africa the same as iit continues to plague most of the Islamic countries around the world, one of the major reasons why African nations with a significant Islamic population today look like 7th century paradise than 21st century developing countries 🥱🥱 |
