Confusion? See this is why I hate religion. When caught in a lie, they resort to more lies and contradictions. 🙄🙄🙄🤒

The end of Jerusalem was prophesied from about 500 years before the fact. And throughout that period, literally prophet that was sent provided more and more details of what was to come, down to the battle at Megiddo to take place when all the nations would go to war only to lose. In Joel 2, they were prepared for the fact that the people in the land would see visions and prophecy as well. And that also happened. 🙄🙄

The Judaens new what was coming that is why they took to killing the prophets hoping to silence the voices of doom. And they knew they did not succeed at all when Jesus Christ of Israel showed up. 🙄🙄🙄

Christianity EtcRe: Is Israel Antichrist ? by Kobojunkie:
I love the way the content of this book continues to deceive and delude the religion, even almost 2 millennia later. 🥱🥱

Again, Jesus Christ of Israel never condemned the Jews for killing him. And no, He never disavowed the Jews. Nor did he suggest that the YHWH of Israel was intending to go against His plan to restore the Judeans and all of Israel when He finally brings His Israel back to the Land which He gave to them. 🥱🥱

33 “Listen to this story: There was a man who owned a vineyard. He put a wall around the field and dug a hole for a winepress. Then he built a tower. He leased the land to some farmers and then left on a trip.
34 Later, it was time for the grapes to be picked. So the man sent his servants to the farmers to get his share of the grapes.
35 “But the farmers grabbed the servants and beat one. They killed another one and then stoned to death a third servant.
36 So the man sent some other servants to the farmers. He sent more servants than he sent the first time. But the farmers did the same thing to them that they did the first time.
37 So the man decided to send his son to the farmers. He said, ‘The farmers will respect my son.’
38 “But when the farmers saw the son, they said to each other, ‘This is the owner’s son. This vineyard will be his. If we kill him, it will be ours.’
39 So the farmers took the son, threw him out of the vineyard, and killed him.
40 “So what will the owner of the vineyard do to these farmers when he comes?”
41 The Jewish priests and leaders said, “He will surely kill those evil men. Then he will lease the land to other farmers, who will give him his share of the crop at harvest time.”
42 Jesus said to them, “Surely you have read this in the Scriptures: ‘The stone that the builders refused to accept became the cornerstone. The Lord did this, and it is wonderful to us.’
43 “So I tell you that God’s kingdom will be taken away from you. It will be given to people who do what God wants in his kingdom.
44 Whoever falls on this stone will be broken. And it will crush anyone it falls on.”[f]
45 When the leading priests and the Pharisees heard these stories, they knew that Jesus was talking about them.
46 They wanted to find a way to arrest Jesus. But they were afraid to do anything, because the people believed that Jesus was a prophet. - Matthew 21 vs 33 vs 46
The Pharisees and priests of the time knew from 2000 years ago, that Jesus Christ of Israel, in this context, was specifically referring to them— not the entire Jewish nation. They saw with their own eyes that Jesus Christ of Israel took His message, not to the priests, Pharisees, and Sadducees— those who assumed themselves righteous among the Jews — but rather to the Jews and the Israelite diaspora (those referred to as Gentiles even in His time) of His time. Yes, Jesus Christ of Israel was reported to have eaten and drunk with the sinners... the laymen who were not connected. 🥱🥱🥱

A similar message as that found in Matthew 21 had been announced by Isaiah about the Judeans back before they were first taken into captivity by the Babylonians in Isaiah 5. And both times, it was not to signal an abandonment of the Judeans but rather the punishment that was to be inflicted on them by the YHWH of Israel for their sins against Him. The second time, of course, was the last of its kind, the final curse which is, again, not an abandonment.🥱🥱

⚉ As for Matthew 23, the entire Chapter focus on addressing the unrighteous acts of the teachers of the Law, aka the Pharisees, Sadducees, and Priests in the land of Judea. The entire chapter is filled with admonitions and curses on those who teach the Law, a title that not all of the population of Judea held. It also included warnings directed at His followers who were continually warned to be nothing like the Teachers of the Law of old. 🥱🥱
1 Then Jesus spoke to the people and to his followers. He said,
2 The teachers of the law and the Pharisees have the authority to tell you what the Law of Moses says.
3 So you should obey them. Do everything they tell you to do. But their lives are not good examples for you to follow. They tell you to do things, but they don’t do those things themselves.
4 They make strict rules that are hard for people to obey. They try to force others to obey all their rules. But they themselves will not try to follow any of those rules. - Matthew 23 vs 1 - 4
This continues on till verses 37 - 38 that were quoted.
25 “It will be bad for you teachers of the law and you Pharisees! You are hypocrites! You wash clean the outside of your cups and dishes. But inside they are full of what you got by cheating others and pleasing yourselves.
26 Pharisees, you are blind! First make the inside of the cup clean and good. Then the outside of the cup will also be clean.
27 “It will be bad for you teachers of the law and you Pharisees! You are hypocrites! You are like tombs that are painted white. Outside they look fine, but inside they are full of dead people’s bones and all kinds of filth.
28 It is the same with you. People look at you and think you are godly. But on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and evil.
29 “It will be bad for you teachers of the law and you Pharisees! You are hypocrites! You build tombs for the prophets. And you show honor to the graves of the godly people who were killed.
30 And you say, ‘If we had lived during the time of our ancestors, we would not have helped them kill these prophets.’
31 So you give proof that you are descendants of those who killed the prophets.
32 And you will finish the sin that your ancestors started!
33 “You are snakes! You are from a family of poisonous snakes! You will not escape God. You will all be judged guilty and go to hell!
34 So I tell you this: I send to you prophets and teachers who are wise and know the Scriptures. You will kill some of them. You will hang some of them on crosses. You will beat some of them in your synagogues. You will chase them from town to town.
35 “So you will be guilty for the death of all the good people who have been killed on earth. You will be guilty for the killing of that godly man Abel. And you will be guilty for the killing of Zechariah[f] son of Berachiah. He was killed between the Temple and the altar. You will be guilty for the killing of all the good people who lived between the time of Abel and the time of Zechariah.
36 Believe me when I say that all these things will happen to you people who are living now.
37 “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem! You kill the prophets. You stone to death those that God has sent to you. Many, many times I wanted to help your people. I wanted to gather them together as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings. But you did not let me.
38 Now your house will be left completely empty.
39 I tell you, you will not see me again until that time when you will say, ‘Welcome! God bless the one who comes in the name of the Lord.’[g]” - Matthew 23 vs 25 - 39
The context above is clear on who the killers of the Prophets are. It is not the nation of Judea, but the ones that are metonymously considered Jerusalem in the context...teachers of the law and you Pharisees who operated the temple in Jerusalem at the time, those whom Jesus Christ of Israel addressed his disdain for in the entire chapter. 🥱🥱

Matthew 24, Luke 21, and Mark 13, instead, focuses on the events thar began began the final wrath of YHWH of Israel on the children of Judea(and all of Israel). it all started with the destruction of the temple, the seat of office in the nation of Judeah, just as it did back the first time in Isaiah 5. Additional details of events that took place can be gleaned from Joel chapter 1 through 3. It details how there will always be Judeans living in the land, and that the Judeans will be restored back when the Lord's time arrives. 🥱🥱

Ayomivic:
➜QURAN'S UNCOMPLETED MESSAGE
The sustainer said to the angels "Behold I am about to establish on earth THE ONE WHO WILL INHERIT IT " Quran 2:30
Quran failed to tell us whom that person that would inherit the earth is.
We are telling you that Jesus Christ is the one to inherit the kingdom of God
The above Quran verses,is enough to tell the people who really wanted to know the truth about whom Jesus is.
I had told us that Adam was whom Muslims believed the verse refered to as the heir of God on earth because it was him God created after he had told the Angel and he was the one God asked angels to bow down to . But that was pure wrong notion from those that thought that because Adam failed and was sent out of paradise to earth. He was no longer guided by God. He did not complete his training before he was sent out. Adam died because his sin triggered deaths. He failed to eat the tree of life that was also in the center of the garden that would have made him to live forever. The land was cursed because of him read Genesis 1,2,
...
1. Aren't you mixing things up here? What Mohammedans believe is not what is contained in the Book of Genesis. If we are clear, their version of the story instead has it that Adam was forgiven of his sins by Allah, and that Death came into the world by the sin of Adam. Rather, in Islam, death is considered a natural part of Allah's created order for all beings, including humans. Islam's teaching is that every person is born sinless and that Adam's (and Eve's) were personal sins against Allah. Basically, the Quran's story removes the need for Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, the Prophets, and Jesus entirely. But it still goes on to argue for a Moses and a Jesus just for the heck of it. 😫😫😫
RomanceRe: Is Love unreal Once You Cross The Age Of 25? by Kobojunkie: 9:12pm On Mar 10
BItt:
➜Is Love Real once you cross the Age of 25?
➜ Of you are just looking for sex or financial and material benefit?
Sometimes it's good to ask ourselves sincere questions. This will give us a heads up of the reality we are faced with.
➜ Deep down the female folk just want someone to shoulder their responsibilities and they try to interpret it as love. But once the man is unable to meet up with those Responsiblites or be adequate, they run to the next man. Perhaps, the society we live in determines what is love.
For the men, love is so attached to sex and often her physical features. Or maybe they do not know what love is other than giving their earnings, time, support and security to a woman they are attracted to sexually.
All these facts starts to surface in your mid 20s and you realize people are just opportunist and not as if they love. They are just after an advantage to gain.
Love, the chemical driven delusion that you can experience before or after age 25, has always been a fantasy. 🥱

2. Everybody, regardless of gender, is looking for something. Some want sex, some want financial or material benefit... they are all in search or in need of something which some feel will complete or plug up that whole inside of themselves. undecided

3. Here's a shocker! For the most part, there is no Universal idea of what love is when it comes to relationships. 🥱🥱

There are rights that people are meant to have on the individual level, and those who violate the rights of others are considered by most societies today as not meeting up to the UN's idea of love, as defined by the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights. And then you also have the individual interpretations of love, which generally differ from relationship to relationship and tend to be impacted by the maturity levels, age, and environment of each couple. The latter does not have a universal sense to it and so has to be negotiated. Unfortunately, most couples leave it up to chance, turning one partner into a laborer for the other.🥱

4. Facts are not influenced by your age. That you mature to realize their existence only after turning 20-something does not mean they suddenly materialized. You were simply not paying attention to them — they had always been right before your eyes from the day you opened them in this world.🥱🥱
Christianity EtcRe: Is Israel Antichrist ? by Kobojunkie: 7:17pm On Mar 10
BlackAdam65:
➜The Jews (Israel) say the real CHRIST, the real MESSIAH has never come yet. They say the Christ who came was fake, and so they killed him while they continue awaiting their so called "true" Messiah. Now, the Bible is so clear that anyone who claims that Jesus Christ (the Messiah) never came is an Antichrist. The Bible is again so clear that anyone who denies Jesus Christ is, in fact, an Antichrist.
~ John G. Henry
Correction.... Jews are Israelites, but not all Israelites are Jews. Also, Jesus Christ of Israel, who Himself happened to be a Jew, the same one you lot pretend to speak for, never once condemned the Jews for killing him. As a matter of fact, according to the Gospels and the Book of Acts, after His resurrection, Jesus Christ of Israel went around preaching and teaching His disciples (aside from the initial 11 disciples, famously known) for a period of about 40 days, preaching in the land to the Jews. 🥱🥱

So, why do you folks make it your place to condemn the Jews, pretending you do so on behalf of the same Jesus Christ of Israel? 🥱🥱

NB. Before you delve deep into this, I want you to understand that this thread and the subsequent threads aim to enlighten you on the Jewish community in Iran.
Yes! You might not know, but Iran has the largest Jewish population in the Middle East (West Asia), second only to Israel itself.
The Jewish community of Persia, modern-day Iran, is one of the oldest in the Diaspora, and its historical roots reach back to the 6th century B.C.E., the time of the First Temple. Their history in the pre-Islamic period is intertwined with that of the Jews of neighbouring Babylon. Cyrus, the first of the Archemid dynasty, conquered Babylon in 539 B.C.E. and permitted the Jewish exiles to return to the Land of Israel, bringing the First Exile to an end.
That is Cyrus, the prince of Persia, whom Daniel had made mention of in his dream/vision. He is better known to those in religious circles as a demon, or was it satan abi na Lucifer dem dey call am? Yeah, the same Cyrus who is known to have drafted the agreement that allowed the Jewish diaspora freedom to reinhabit their land, is regarded in religious circles as the Satan against their gods. 🥱🥱

Christianity EtcRe: Tctrills: On The Repugnant Aspects Of Christian Doctrine by Kobojunkie: 4:53pm On Mar 10
DeepSight:
Following from your comments here -
I would like to address the aspects of Christian doctrine which I say are absurd and even repugnant.
Let me start with your last comments -
+My position is that the death of Jesus of Nazareth can by no means serve as a propitiatory sacrifice for anyone's sins under divine justice. Scripture itself is clear when it says that God is not mocked, for whatsoever a man sows the same shall he reap - Galatians 6:7.
This is a clear enunciation of the principle of Karma. And so long as this principle holds true it will remain absurd and contradictory for one person to bear the sins of another. Such a scenario would refute the justice of God.
✓ This is upside down. I do not adopt the opinion because I dislike the religion. I dislike the religion because of teachings like that within it.
✓ This is highly contestable because in Gethsemane, Jesus ardently prayed for the cup to pass over his head if it were possible.
✓ Of course, but this is entirely different from the matter of spiritual consequences for individual actions. Only you can bear the spiritual consequences of your actions.
✓ Why then did he plead with the father for the cup to pass over his head, saying "nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt." ✓ I contest the virgin birth, the idea of the propitiatory sacrifice for remission of sins, the deity of Christ and the doctrine of the Trinity. I accept the elevated teachings of Christ on love, growth, detachment from the world and forgiveness.
✓ How come animals die. Have they also sinned.
1. Not trying to hold brief for the other side of this. I noticed several problems with your claims and felt to pose a correction before this goes on further.

1. Galatians, a letter that is attributed to the man Paul, is not Scripture. Rather, what Jesus Christ of Israel Himself pointed out that His Word is in support of are the books of the Law and the Prophets. Paul, as we all know was not a prophet as explained in Deuteronomy and Jesus Christ of Israel never asserted that His followers were by any means Prophets according to the old tradition. 🥱🥱

2. This supposition that Karma is biblical is wrong given that the Jesus Christ of Israel, whose Law and the Kingdom of God seem to establish the general context of the statement you quote made abundantly clear that to be reaped would not take place in this life but in the here after. Karma, on the other hand is said to impact future in the current life or subsequent rebirths into life on earth. 🥱🥱
Karma, originating as an ancient Indian concept meaning "action" or "deed," is the universal law of cause and effect, where intentional actions (thoughts, words, deeds) influence a being's future and subsequent rebirths. Good intentions/acts yield positive outcomes (good karma), while bad ones yield negative, impacting one's current or future
3. You dislike the religion yet what you post are essentially doctrines taken from the same religion? How come? Seems more like you prefer some doctrines/denominations over others. 😏😏

4. Again , this isn't an attempt to hold brief for Christianity or any of its over 46000 delusions regarding the content of the book. But, according to the story, the cup of God's wrath which he ardently prayed for was allowed to come upon him still as he died a cursed death for sins he did not commit. And there is no record of him being reborn after that. How is any of that Karmic? 🥱🥱

Anyways, Jesus Christ of Israel is actually recorded to have said in the Gospels that He willing laid down His life in order to gain Glory for Himself - John 10 and John 17. So, His prayer in Gethsemane was not a cry for Karma to be upheld, but just maybe, a cry for the Will of His Father to be upheld even in that very situation above all else? Just as He is recorded to have prayed. 🥱🥱

5. What spiritual consequences? I won't even bother with such nonsense! 🥱😏

6. Well, the cup of God's wrath meant he was marked as sinful and unholy -- cursed by the Law of Moses, the same Law He spent his entire life abiding by. As a human, surely one could see how undesired such a thought would be. That to me is the simple way to analyze what happened at Gethsemane. 🥱🥱

7. So, much like the numerous other denominations that comprise the religion of Christianity (Islam included) , you cherry pick beliefs, discarding the rest as you see fit? 🥱🥱

8. The first indication that death as the wage of sin upon man and woman is in Genesis 3 vs 14 - 24. Now, prior to this, it is possible that death may have already been a thing for animals though it was not for humans. Why? Well, Man(and woman) had dominion over animals, and in Genesis 3 vs 21 we read that God killed animals and made clothing for man and woman from it, further implying the animals were there to serve the needs of men and death for animals may have been part of the plan. Just the musings of my mind of the issue. 🥱

A man chose to evacuate even after warnings were given. And he even encouraged his parishioners to ignore the warnings given them of imminent treat
Both the government in Lebanon and the one in Israel supposedly gave warnings to people in the area. Yet, this man no only chose to ignore warnings but also put the lives of his parishioners in harms way by telling them to stay since he too would. 🥱🥱🥱

What the heck is wrong with the world and the way humans now think? 🥱😉

Anyways, I sincerely hope this is a fake story because whatever organization backed this man's decision should be held responsible now that he is food for worms and can't answer for his stewpidity. 🥱🥱🥱

What rationale https://www.studentclearinghouse.org/solutions/ed-transcripts/ behind wanting to stay behind in a warzone? Was he under some impression that staying out would keep the church intact or something? Or was he merely trying to make a Marty of himself and all others who would chose to remain behind with him? I really don't get this. 🥱🥱🥱
