If he is no longer focused on the old 6-3-3 model and already moved to reasoning along his 12-year model, what does that imply? That he is still keeping the 6-3-3 system as it is? This is the standard practice. From grade one or basic one to grade 12 or basic 12. There won't be anything like first school leaving certificate and waec. INEC may have to update the minimum educational requirements of some elective positions to basic 12, which is equivalent to WAEC.
