The verse insists that you let the children — not force or indoctrinate them against their very own will/volition— to come to Jesus Christ of Israel. And given that Jesus Christ of Israel equally said He was sent only to those of the bloodline of Jacob, then it is only children who are of that bloodline that would and should think to come to him. So, when you think to force your children who are not of the bloodline of Jacob to begin with by feeding them ideas that you pretend are of Jesus Christ, you instead violate/mentally assault them.

2. The verse clearly says the choice is for the children to make of their own will and is only open to those who are of the right bloodline... that of Jacob.
