bixton:1. It only takes a simple Google search to find reports explaining to you how your government makes over $22 billion in taxes each year. ![]() 2. Wrong! You can ask your government for how it manages its tax revenue... there is an entire government agency responsible for this and FOI allows you to query that agency. Others have already attempted the same before now. ![]() https://thecjid.org/cbn-firs-sgf-shuns-foi-request-over-estimated-n20trn-stamp-duty-revenue/ 3. Wrong! They shouldn't be the ones to determine how Nigerian people desire for their government to be run on their behalf. It should be solely the duty of Nigerian citizens to decide for themselves whether corruption in their government should continue to be the status quo or not. Nigeria is after all a sovereign nation. ![]() 4. More accurately, it is a replay of the old formula that was used by IBB against Nigerians during the period that was 1986-1993. Yes, while funneled billions of dollars worth of loot into his pockets and that is his cohorts, he deceived Nigerians into blaming the IMF-SAP and World Bank for the hardship that came along with his looting them blindly. ![]() 5. My thoughts cannot be said to be as good as yours since yours is taken from a point of ignorance and possible bias. The subsidy has been removed yet to this day there is no evidence that the subsidy has been removed by this same government. So, what reason do you have to believe any thing this same government tells you without verification at least? ![]() |
berepiki:🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Sorry to disappoint you but I am not a divorcee. And no, I don't believe divorce is evil or against some Deity as you pretend as what instead seems to be the case is that it is quite part and parcel of the human plan. ![]() 2. Actually, you do not believe or know Jesus Christ who made it abundantly clear that marriage was not part of the plan in His Kingdom of God. ![]() 3. How can my situation be hopeless when you are instead the one here claiming you believe in a God you know or have nothing to do with and are even against by your own words ? ![]() 4. Eternity of what? According to Jesus Christ, it is only those Israelites who adopt Him as their God that would obtain Eternity — no eternity for those who don't become born again. So how can my eternity be at stake if according to you, I don't believe in Jesus Christ? Are you alright at all? ![]() 5. According to Jesus Christ, only those who are of the bloodline of Jacob are qualified to accept Him as their Savior. So, are you OK at all? ![]() 6. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Let me guess... you are not yourself a mere man yet your existence revolves around and is so much concerned with that which applies only to mere men... sexual pleasures and desires? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 |
berepiki:1. Let me get this straight! This is all about controlling access to your daughter's pussy than anything else? 🤔 2. But where is the dignity —or what is the value to this dignity — you attribute to no sex before marriage? What does one tangibly gain from that practice? ![]() There is sexual knowledge and pleasure to be gained before marriage by engaging in sexual intercourse before marriage. Humans are sensual beings and sexual knowledge and pleasure are ultimately what most gain from sexual intercourse whether in or outside of marriage. So, what is there to gain from foregoing that value until after marriage? ![]() 3. I have no drive or desire to control my daughter's pussy like you would think. I would rather equip such a child with the knowledge and wisdom necessary to decide at the right time for herself— without regret. ![]() 4. That statement makes no sense at all since there is no such thing as an outcome of a marriage. Marriage is a relationship between humans and human relationships can end in so many different ways including in the grave for some. ![]() 5. Premarital sex is immoral to which God? Where did this God say this to you? ![]() 6. You instead mean it is totally disrespectful to parents who view their kids pussies as theirs to monitor, right? By the way, not all parents feel it is their place to control their children's ability to have sex as you do. So, why make such sweeping statements regarding parents? Are you somehow trying to place yourself near to this God where your children are or something? ![]() 7. Sign to which God? The same Deities that allow even the marriages set up on your PURE-Foundation to scatter terribly at the end of the day? I mean what is the purpose of this PURE-Foundation nonsense you keep spewing which clearly serves no value to those who engage in it at the end of the day? It seems this God of yours is only concerned with his ego since the sacrifice you have people making by way of your PURE-Foundation theory amounts to nothing in the end for most— yes, divorce/separation/abandonment rates are higher than 50% even among your godly kind. ![]() |
berepiki:1. How do they correct what and for what purpose? Why is it an error to have sex before marriage when no evidence not having sex before marriage guarantees one a good marriage or anything for that matter? ![]() 2. Does any of these suggestions of yours provide a guarantee that none of the partners will go on to cheat or even abandon the marriage altogether after the wedding night and maybe even after the kids? Come on! ![]() 3. Wait a second... you said these suggestions were of your own opinions.... So, how in the world did you come then to conclude that by following your very own opinion, these people will be justified by God? Are you confessing then to us that you are indeed the God judging these things after all— your own opinions make up the law here for marriage and for all others who heed your words? ![]() |
berepiki:1. But there is no evidence to back up this claim you continue to make though so why push an idea that has no backing in reality? For what particular reason is there for you to do so? ![]() 2. Are you insinuating that a marriage between a former gigolo and a former prostitute survives the test of time, it is all by the mercies of God, and that when a marriage between a virgin and a virgin survives it is also to the mercies of God? ![]() 3. Many of your PURE-foundation Christian marriages also end up in divorce — many others in one spouse battering the other to death, and ending up in jail as a result. So, why attack the building of marriages on what you consider an immoral foundation when even those who supposedly built theirs on your idea of moral foundation are likely to end up no different from those who never did? ![]() |
BadBradley:Several police Stations? Isn't the Police force a National organization meaning that submitting a petition amounts to submitting it to the entire police force? I mean the fact that police officers in one state can be deployed to other states as evidenced by recent events should mean that filing a non-local petition at one place amounts to filing it at pretty much the same police everywhere. ![]() |
Cantonese:What in the world is a "Bailable offense" for Pete's sake? What offense would constitute a non-bailable offense? ![]() |
Maxtipulation:Nigerians already pay over $22 Billion in taxes each year. Where does all that money end up? Why would a nation that generates $22 billion in tax revenue need a $0.75 billion loan? ![]() The borrowing is to keep Nigerians — millions of gullible individuals— focused on blaming the West and all for the effects of all of their plundering of Nigeria's coffers. It is all about keeping the gullible masses distracted from the main issues. ![]() |
Elsueno:Rubbish! ![]() |
Emzedz:That is all they are...looking for ways to further loot the futures of Nigerians while they send the people off on wild goose chases... blaming the west and any other ghost out there for it all. Na format wey IBB play be this. ![]() |
kelvindj98:How can he be a puppet or mannequin of the same west that he is using to scam his own people out of billions of dollars in loot which ends up in his pocket? Does the west, for instance, own OANDO, the Chagoury connection, etc? Make una dey begin to use una brain abeg! ![]() |
omowolewa:Exactly.. just $750 million when the Nigerian Government collects over $22 billion in tax revenue each year, and its intention is to further widen the tax net to bring in so maybe at least double or even triple that amount. By the way, where did all of that money go? Why would that same government do that for a mere $750 million loan if it isn't the case that this is another scam to continue looting Nigerians blind and then make them all blame it all on the World Bank/IMF as IBB was able to back in the 80s/90s? Yes, this is a replay of the IBB-IMF-SAP scam on Nigerians. ![]() |
dominic17:Has your government even removed fuel subsidies at all? Last we checked, it is still supposed to channel all of that subsidy money to Dangote to reduce the cost of fuel but we have yet to hear anything substantial on whether that has happened or not. ![]() |
bixton:Please, lets all engage our brains abeg! ![]() Yes, it is right that every citizen be made to pay taxes— that part is common sense. However, Nigeria currently collects at least $22,000,000,000 in tax revenue each year. Where all that money gone before now? Anyways, this administration claims it is widening the tax net in order to access an ordinary $750,000,000 loan from the IMF. Don't you see that this is merely a new format being played against you by making you think the IMF/World Bank is to blame? ![]() Ask your government what it has done with the at least $22 Billion it collected in taxes in the last 16 months. ![]() |
Ulogwe1: ![]() |
FourQu:Unfortunately! ![]() |
Kennitrust:Nigerians pay over $22,000,000,000(billion) in taxes every year. Where does all of that money disappear each year? ![]() This administration intends to balloon that by causing every Nigerian to pay taxes. The loan IMF is offering is only $750,000,000. The problem isn't about paying off loans but about making sure money goes where it is needed, which rarely happens at this point since the criminals in government don't even want that to happen. ![]() |
PHIPEX:Do you know how much Nigerians currently pay in taxes each year? It is a number far greater than the $0.75 Billion in loans that it claims it wishes to obtain from the IMF — that number was $22 Billion in 2022. This isn't because of the IMF loans but to continue to deflect from the main which is corruption that swallows up much of the revenue generated each year by way of taxation. ![]()
|
FourQu:Widening tax net isn't a problem. The problem is what the revenue generated from taxes is then used for. Since this administration took office, what has it used all the money it has taken in taxes for? What do you think it will continue to use all the money it claims from taxes for? ![]() |
Ulogwe1:Absolutely, all Nigerians ought to pay taxes. That should be common sense. What is not commonsense however is looting Nigerians in the name of paying taxes. ![]() |
Kakamorufu:Stop deluding yourselves... If Nigerians are taxed the way Tinubu desires, this administration would easily make away with more than that $750 million it claims it claims it intends to get from the IMF. Recall that Nigerians abroad already remit more than 17 billion dollars each year. On top of that you have oil money to boot. ![]() This is not about IMF but about opening up more channels by which to further loot Nigerians. ![]() |
richmond500:🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 |
TheTundeMuniru:So, OP equally lied when he claimed that food delivery was to be taken inside of the house by the delivery person as opposed to it being door/gate delivery as it is in most parts of the world today? Interesting! ![]() |
MadPolitician:Bullsheeet reasoning all round! ![]() Bad customer service is not a criminal offense. Instead, criminal offenses are the impersonation of a senator, abuse of power, and physical assault against another citizen. All were committed by your representative there. Your senator is a criminal and ought to be immediately recalled and prosecuted for these crimes committed. It should be that simple! ![]() |
SalamRushdie:Rubbish! ![]() Even your mascot is not above the Law. The law is clear that abuse of power and assault are criminal offenses punishable by fines &/or jail terms. He claims he is a rep meaning he intentionally broke the law. He should be severely punished for it. ![]() |
oluztx:Bad customer service is not a crime. What are criminal offenses in this case are impersonating a senator, abuse or power, and assault against another human being; All these were committed by your representative there. ![]() This argument could have all been nothing if that assault never took place. So, this defense you call it is merely an attempt to justify what is by law a crime. ![]() |
Macphenson:WHAAAATT? The eejit also called the police on the man he assaulted? ![]() |
VillageBus:Actually, they do! Nigeria is a country like every other and the goal is to shift from the failing state status back to at least the developing state status it once had and that can be achieved by way of tried and tested strategies that have worked for most all other countries that used to be in the same situation. ![]() If I were to run as LGA chairman today, in say, Nigeria. I would easily adopt many of the same suggested approaches to running things even at that level because these — see image below — are common sense ideas for development in any society. ![]()

mrvitalis:IMF, like any bank out there, can give conditions for their loans, but IMF has no real power to force the sustained implementation on the conditions. It is up to the individual nations to make that happen for their benefit. ![]() I don't know if you have ever tried to take out a loan for a house or business, it is pretty much the same. The bank can give conditions for the loans but cannot then say that it can only give you the loans when the conditions have been implemented and fully matured. That would take forever and the bank needs to do business. So, it settles for you at least giving it proof that you have started the process even if by simply producing audio policies or plans as proof of intention. If after receiving the loan, you go ahead and waste it on other things, the bank cannot do anything at that point but look for means to ensure it gets its money back no matter what. ![]() Nigeria and Nigerians are fully to blame for all of its corruptuion and waste. ![]() |
Abee79:Lies! ![]() |
santaclaws:Nonsense retort! ![]() |
Resurrection212:This, your father, age wey you no fit convert to commonsense even in the information age is what insults you the most. ![]() IBB, one of the greatest thieves in Nigeria, scammed you and your generation into believing IMF was the cause of the problems that resulted from his pillaging of the Nigerian economy, and you morons believed him even though in 1997 a report came out finally making clear what we have all known that IBB did absolutely nothing of what IMF in fact suggested. ![]() Now Tinubu— another thief who has been stealing in broad daylight — is playing the exact same IBB-first scam on Nigerians yet people like you are still willing to fall for it. They say "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me!" But, I guess people like you can't help but be fools to these thieves you regard as your leaders. ![]() |
