Do you recall the recent call by protestors during the #EndBadGovernance protest for a complete overhauling of the Constitution? Well, Nigeria could benefit a tremendous lot from that at this point. Almost every policy and law signed in the last 9 years basically, should all be thrown out into the trash. I can go on and on but the long and short is Nigeria does not need someone to come to patch up the current system— put more bandage or plaster over the problem. Instead, what the country needs... if it is to begin to move in the right direction... is someone to come in and throw out the trash, overhaul, and give Nigerians a chance to start over on a new slate driven by the people and not those you refer to as your leaders.

1. His record in public office does not back up this claim of yours.

2. If you are speaking of the last election, all 4 of the top candidates were not qualified and this was based on their records in public office at the time. So, and this idea of limiting access to cheap dollars... are you insinuating that Obi would have equally devalued the Naira as Tinubu did? Or are you stating that if elected in the future, Obi would proceed according to this idea of borrowing billions on top of Nigeria as e dey so?

3. I don't believe in the "will" of leaders but rather in the will of the people. Any person coming next who is not ready to sit back, and do nothing else but supervise the complete overhauling of the System that has existed for the last 25 years, will only be there to pour more money down the corruption drain and balloon Nigeria's debt with nothing to show.

What good is this plan if it does not deal— first and in totality— with the underlying problem that has brought Nigeria to its knees in less than 25 years of its democracy and left the future of over 200 million Nigerians up in the air? How does pouring more money down the same black hole that has consumed everything else that has been directed at it with nothing to show in the end amount to having a plan given all we know at this point?

His plan, which could have worked back maybe during the Jonathan years, sucks! Coming in to throw money at the problem is only going to deepen the people's debt status while achieving nearly nothing in the end. Nigeria is already crippled and the systems in place today need to be completely overhauled before Nigeria and Nigerians can move forward.
