1. There is no problem with my statements but rather with your particular understanding of the words of the Prophet Joel which Peter reiterated at that time.

The verse you quoted instead said the God of Israel— YHWH — would pour out His spirit in The LAST DAYS as the Prophet Joel in Joel 2 vs 28 - 31, said would happen. If you read what Joel wrote, you would note he described the events that took place during the Last Days of God's Judgement against the Nation of Israel(and Judah) in the land of Canaan by way of the Old Law of Moses, an event which took place almost 1900 years ago in the same KIngdom.

2. Wrong! The God of Israel put a seal on Prophets and visions after the Last Days—at the end time. This He revealed when He gave Daniel the vision of 70 weeks of 7s in Daniel 9 vs 24 where He promised this. At the end time which came in at the close of the Last Days, the Harvest of the Kingdom, and the New Law took effect. So, how could the God of Israel — YHWH—be communicating with men through the very same means He said He put a seal on at the end of the Last Days?

3. Your problem is you are trying desperately to win the argument without a clear understanding of Scripture. It will never work that is why the religion of Christian alone boasts of over 47,000 different denominations/cults/sects, all peddling different doctrines and traditions,. none of which comes anywhere close to the Truth of God. We are talking about 47,000 ideas with none of them an exact image of God of Israel or His Son, Jesus Christ.

You do just that when you suggest that which is not contained in the law is included. Jesus Christ said His Word is everlasting —UNCHANGING—, so any reveal that violates that which He stated is not of Him.

The God of Israel had to add a special portion to His Contract specifically indicating the availability of dreams and visions; Jesus Christ did not include that does not mean everything flies in Jesus Christ.

We know that Scripture contains even the words of Satan and all Scripture is inspired by God. We equally know from Scripture that Satan's very actions run contrary to God's Law.

In the same Scripture, we are informed that God's mandate to men is absolute obedience to His Law. Outside of those commandments and statutes— the Law—, men are allowed their freedoms and choices. To argue that those personal freedoms of men, even the righteous amongst them, amongst to God's Law simply on grounds that said freedoms are inspired by Law is to suggest that even the actions of Satan are of God's Law. And if you can see, that is a contradiction right there.

Scripture has always been known to writings that depict the very pronouncements that come directly from God Himself. Paul never said His letters constitute Scripture either; As a matter of fact, Scripture that existed at the time of the writing of his letters was mostly the Old Testament and maybe some of the Gospel writings of Jesus Christ. So, what cherry-picking is there when asserting the Validity of the Truth of God Himself?

1. God's Law is an ironclad contract that He requires men to live by, and this is to the letter, of course. He too is faithful to His contract meaning that He abides by that which He said He would do in the contract with men. In His Old Law, God specified that He would communicate only with His Prophets through visions and dreams.

6 God said, “Listen to me! You will have prophets. I, the Lord, will let them learn about me through visions. I will speak to them in dreams.
7 But Moses is not like that. He is my faithful servant—I trust him with everyone in my house.
8 When I speak to him, I talk face-to-face with him. I don’t use stories with hidden meanings—I show him clearly what I want him to know. And Moses can look at the very image of the Lord. So why were you brave enough to speak against my servant Moses?” - Numbers 12 vs 6 - 8.

He did not say everybody would be communicated with via visions and dreams. Please note this! Only those of them who had the spirit of prophecy on them could be communicated to via dreams and visions. That was how God defined this in His Old Law.

Now when it comes to Jesus Christ, Law and contact are completely different from the Old Law, there is no mention of dreams or visions, and there are no prophets at all in this Law. (Jesus Christ said Himself that He is the Last prophet sent/anointed/chosen from God of Israel.) This leads one to logically conclude the promises that applied only to prophets in the Old should rightly no longer apply as far as the new, unless where stipulated.

If you go back through what Jesus Christ said of the Holy Spirit— the Spirit of Truth— in John 14 vs 15-26 & John 15 vs 26 - 27 & John 16 vs 4 - 16, you would find no mention of communication by way of visions and dreams. By that, it becomes clear that these benefits are not made available by way of this particular spirit. And it is against Jesus Christ to add, remove, or change that which is specified in His Law to His followers.

I don't need to be God's counsel to stipulate that God's Law be respected as is detailed — to the letter. God's only mandate has always been obedience to His Law. And that is what I preach since that is what I live too.
