Look at Lagos State's solution to the shortage of police. What has so far stopped these other states plagued with insecurity from coming up with similar solutions to their lack of local hands even up till now? Many unemployed men in the state, even LGAS in need, could be provided with the necessary training and tools and deputized by these governors. There is a reason why these governors refuse to be proactive.

Since then again, there has been no real news that Nigeria along with the Nigerian people came out of that particular recession. So what makes you think that at this point Nigeria is still in or just entering a recession?
