On Sadiq Umar's time at Rangers FC and his relationship with Steven Gerrard.
Speaking to The Sunday Post, he said: “All of a sudden, I was told that I could not use the first-team dressing-room any more. Instead I had to go change with the kids. Then, after a few days, I was also forbidden to park my car inside the training centre.
“I felt humiliated and kept asking what was the reason for the change of attitude. But I never received any answers. Gerrard wouldn’t give any explanation about it, neither to me nor my representatives.
“I believe absolutely that I was not given a fair chance to show what I can do. They made me feel like a stranger. I started only once (in the League Cup semi-final against Aberdeen) and that was when there were no other strikers available.
“As I say, for me everything went wrong after they brought in another striker (Lafferty). Once I put a ‘like’ on Instagram to a post from a fan – and I was fined £20,000, which was absurd.
“And Rangers didn’t even pay me up everything I was due. They still have to give me my salary for December.”
If we talk about a certain player at wolves, someone will tell us he was frozen out of the team because of Jorge Mendez involvement with the club but he's always too quick to pass a judgment on Sadiq Umar.
Sadiq was froze out of the team too without any explanation, not like he played 25 games without scoring.
If you can make excuses for someone because he didn't get to play then think twice before you pass such judgement on Sadiq. |

Tega Abrahams, Fikayo Tomori, Eberechi Eze, Seyi Ojo , Oviemuno Ejaria, Dominic Iorfa, etc, etc please tell us.
Oh my goodness Paderborn have confirmed thier carpenter status
It is now 3-3
How can you loose a 3-0 lead no wonder they are bottom of the BUNDESLIGA. Why you no add Jordan Ibe and Dominic Solanke to the list. Are they not English players of Nigerian origin again? |

Eartquake1: As we wind up 2019 let us rewind the gaffes of the year:
1) Onyekuru is more intelligent than Mahrez
2) Azubuike Okechukwu is better than Ndidi
3) Onyekuru has agreed personal terms with Bayern Munich
4)Percy Tau and Lorch will destroy Nigeria(mine) *facepalm*
Add yours Iwobi is an important player for Arsenal. He will not sit on the bench even with the signing of Pepe. Pepe will play on the right while iwobi will play on the left. ; |

TheSuperNerd: Umar Sadiq on another brace again!!!! FK Partizan leads 3-1 vs Javor Ivanjica in the Serb top flight and it is still first half.
They added another one and now Lead 4-1.
Umar now on 9 goals and 4 assts in the Serbian Top-flight in 12 league starts (15 league games overall). He has completed his hat trick. He now has 10 goals and I think he currently top of the goal chart in Serbia |

IronGalaxy: of all the things you can do, you compile a list of players from far away South Africa and call them carpenters. Who does that? MC Galaxy abi paper galaxy... Relax man, they are not players, they are carpenters wearing jerseys and parading themselves as players. We are only trying to help you identy them....you're welcome. We have a list for the Nigerian, CIV and Ghana branch of carpenters but you didn't see that I guess. You've become the ultimate defender and watchman for South Africa on nairaland and believe me you suck at it. We have your watchman cousin from UK here on this thread. You urgently need to contact him on tips to be an effective watchman and defender of the southies. Udo!!! |

Because it's not me on fire here.
You jumped in but didn't even consider the context and the discussion prior.
You are not wise. See who is talking about wisdom. Oga Solomon. How come you can not overlook anyone here who calls Tammy Abraham? Are you his father or his attorney? Anytime someone mentions his name, you jump down to clamp on the person. Ultimate defender aka Sergio Ramos I stand by my words, he is not our striker, he's an English striker!!!! Mind you, I don't hate him and also I don't give two bleeps about his career. I know you don't like the boy and you are super pissed his career is in the rise but guess what...... You and that your juju man that helped you and your ex boss bury the goat at mid night during your corrupt case cannot spoil Osimhen's shine. |

komekn: You don't like Tega because he is not born in Nigeria by the substance of your comments.
I like all our strikers but that doesn't mean they are competing against each other.
And l am very objective about appraisal based on objectivity not sentiment of l like one more than the other because according to you he is more Nigerian.
That's effectively the substance of your submission. Which is really prejudice. Tega is not our striker, he's an English striker. Anytime you hear that boy's name you put on your wig and storm this thread like charge and bail lawyer. Oga calm down before you get bp for Tega matter. |

Eartquake1: He threatened Valbuena with his sex videos That's not true. A childhood friend of Benzema was trying to blackmail Valbuena with his sex tape. So he spoke with Benzema to convince Valbuena to negotiate with him exclusively and pay the ransom. Benzema met Valbuena and trying talking to him about the sex tape and the payment to be made to his (Benzema) childhood friend. Benzema wasn't the one doing the blackmail. |

Osimhen is good no doubt but the unreasonable hype and comparisons is why I don't follow proceedings here. Naso una hype Iheanacho sotey he no see call up again. Osimhen is not Iheanacho. We are not hyping him. The boy is good and we are confirming it. He's a product of your youth system and he's doing well, we are happy and we have have high hopes in him.If he was European you'll see him on the front pages of papers tomorrow. |
