His point is Griezmann still puts in defensive shifts better than Lookman and he is not lying.
Doc,when you dropped your post on Lookman performance against Barcelona, did you talked about his defending display?NO but you singled out his goal and you praised him for job well done.

My point,Lookman defending shouldn't been focal point after his performance against Barcelona, his goal should be the koko.

Kog45 and TheLoneCitizen sabi wetin we dey talk,my good man Ibrichman and Goke7 know the koko.....and I know you sabi just dey look us to dey drag the thing go

Lol
But I said these exact things last time
lOh you think I agreed,I dey pull lonecitizen leg ni baba.

Lookman scored a goal that put ATM through instead of praising him for job well done na his defending display be the issue...

My question that you guys never answered me...how many Nigeria top players una dey review their overall inputs like Lookman?

Haba, champions league quarter final match against Barcelona and our boy made the difference but here we're talking about his defending ability...Why he is not having 90 minutes on the field?bla bla.

Una no dey gree something until another person talk am
Reason why we dey here dey discuss till we agreed and move on...why making his defending more focal than his overall performance with a goal against Barcelona in champions league quarter final, abi the two goals conceded were Lookman poor defending.

Iwobi is the only player I like more than Lookman.

The more I like you, the more I critique you.

There's a reason, an old man like Griezmann who's leaving at the end of the season finishes games but Lookman doesn't.
Oh old Griezmann having more minutes is the issue you're having with Lookman😎

Lookman is doing the least defensive work in this game. He has show for it offensively.

He begged for many years till people just gradually forgot about it. Onyeka was here as well. Daniel Kanu went on exile after this rally and never returned till date
Una don started una theoretically analysis...the rally ended Shina Peters career and the same rally never ended Wasiu Ayinde career

Money for India league?make he no enter drug cartel, well Emeka Ezeugo played in India and funny he made US 94 team, his game was just to kick, run and jam body....worst ever profile player to make stars studded eagles....

We won't be left behind because of foreign born.

I don't understand you guys with all these foreign born talk all the time.

Just look at it,
Even with the little the NFF have done with the foreign born acquisition, compare them with the DR Congo's or Morocco, do you think they are of better quality than ours?
I mean we've managed to recruit Lookman, one time Afriica's best and still one of the best wing forwards in Africa, only Mahrez and Kanoute have managed to do so for all the African foreign born.
We've got Aina, one of the best right backs in Africa.
There is Iwobi, one of the best midfielders.
Ekong was once AFCON's MVP.

Foreign born acquisition is not our problem, it's just a fraction of it,we need a working system and every other things will fall in place.

As far as I'm concerned, the players we have missed to recruit since all these foreign born thing started are:
Alaba
Dele Ali
Eze
Olise
Saka
Tomori
And maybe Madueke, the rest are just there.

But I agre the NFF need to work harder and make the super eagles more attractive to make it easier to attract the very best of the best foreign Borns, not just every up and coming foreign born players, because the super is a brand to be competing for the world cup trophy.
But still, we will never going to get them all.
Also Manuel Akanji but did we approached all these guys?NO,only Eze I can really recollected and red carpet rolling for Tamny Abraham by Pinnick

It’s criminal we missed out on an olise that was a standby player just in 2022 haba!
Michael Olise refused our invitation, his name on the list was just to cover our poor administration, nothing more...pls tell me who approached Olise...only Eberechi Eze pained me,he came to eagles camp in London, meaning he was willing but at the end we missed him

That's the fact.I watched Wrexham pre season match live cuz of Okonkwo Arthur and was disappointed he messed up with two goals, purely his errors, always eager to watch him this season and yesterday again not happy about his performance...what is giving me hope is just his age and Maduka Okoye transformation, nothing more....big question can Arthur Okonkwo put up that Uzoho performance against Man Utd?NO...I don't rate Uzoho but I will not allow sentiment to judge my opinion on Okonkwo Arthur.

Noah Atubolu should be the man and I can bet it he will walk straight into eagles XI.

And it was indeed tough. Okonkwo let in 5 goals as Wrexham fell 1-5 vs Southampton. He also committed an error that led to a goal. He had 4 saves though but a really bad day at the office for Arthur Okonkwo.
Doc,good that we have Nwabali and Okoye,I don't see Okonkwo giving them tough fight for number one position...fact Okonkwo have been watching is not better than Uzoho and Adeleye, the only minus in Adeleye is his height....as I said in one of my comment you quoted I just hope he improve like Okoye

True. Amas Obasogie is already forgotten so very likely these 2 will follow suit.

The New Super Eagles GK 3 is going to be Nwabali, Okoye, Okonkwo.
I'm not really sure of Okonkwo, well with his age,he can be another Okoye,so I will not rules him out

⁶Super Eagles’ 🦅🇳🇬 FIFA World Cup qualifying run: 🥺

🧑🏻‍🏫 Jose Peseiro:
Nigeria 🇳🇬 1-1 Lesotho 🇱🇸
Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 1-1 Nigeria 🇳🇬

• 2 games
• 2 points

🧑🏻‍🏫 Finidi George:
Nigeria 🇳🇬 1-1 South Africa 🇿🇦
Benin Republic 🇧🇯 2-1 Nigeria 🇳🇬

• 2 games
• 1 point

🧑🏻‍🏫 Eric Chelle:
Rwanda 🇷🇼 0-2 Nigeria 🇳🇬
Nigeria 🇳🇬 1-1 Zimbabwe 🇿🇼
Nigeria 🇳🇬1-0 Rwanda 🇷🇼
South Africa 🇿🇦 1-1 Nigeria 🇳🇬
Lesotho 🇱🇸 1-2 Nigeria 🇳🇬
Nigeria 🇳🇬 4-0 Benin Republic 🇧🇯

• 6 games
• 14 points

3 consecutive draws and 1 loss at the start… d@mn it!! 😱

Our foundation was terribly poor, and horrible home and away draws against Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 only made things worse for Nigeria.

Missing consecutive FIFA World Cups is a pain Nigerians 🇳🇬 won’t forget anytime soon.
Lesotho come draw Naija for home and they tell me Peseiro no messed up...Finidi even had strong oppositions South Africa and I will rate Benin over Zimbabwe... Peseiro and Finidi messed things up
