🇳🇬 Victor Osimhen now holds the SECOND, SIXTH & EIGHTH highest jump records in football history! This is funny. Also very childish and a lame attempt to call everyone else st*pid. So the video posted of Maduka's blooper against Algeria's Team B after the one vs Tunisia at Afcon 2021 was nothing?? Was that not proof of Maduka's struggles in the role in the GWG? Maduka was rightly criticised as he hardly inspired confidence and composure in the role. It is well documented.

What good looks?? You are stressing it so much as if we have not had guys like Abbey George and Osaze Odemwingie in the Super Eagles. Maduka is not the first light-skinned with good looks to dorn the jersey.
Carl Ikeme the most handsome goalkeeper to ever kept for eagles, also Best Ogedengbe so funny someone telling us cuz of Maduka good look some criticizing him unjustly

He was given a chance vs Russia recently. Also kept goal in our 2-1 home loss vs Rwanda. Fact is Okoye is your pick but it is clearly a dishonest one based on the question asked and the flimsy points you are making.

Point of Okoye shaking like a leaf in Super Eagles Colors are well documented. He has to convince us he is no longer that person. Remember he was shining bright in Eredivisie as one of the best GKs while he had constant shaky moments in the Super Eagles so be not deceived. We need to know for sure else na another bad de ja vu.
Okoye never had any solid performance for eagles, possibly due to the way he made it to eagles, from regional league to national team but Okoye has improved tremendously

Stanley Nwabali got his opportunity after Maduka Okoye and Francis Uzoho and with two Afcon so far,any keeper that will benches Nwabali will work his socks off.....South Africa league made some to underate him but talking keeping Nwabali is better than Okoye.

He was not the biggest or the tallest but he was a mega presence at the back for his excellent game reading, anticipation and man marking. Fabio Cannavaro locked up top guns like Thierry Henry and more... His FIFA World Player of the Year win in 2006 was no joke even though he was gonna be originally second to Zidane if not for the headbutt.

In the Super Eagles today, I can confidently point to 2 lads who come close to the defensive masterclass of Cannavaro, especially in scenarios where Fabio stopped an attack and still ran forward to cut out the very next attack at where the ball landed next... and they are Bassey and Frederick.
Game reading, 1v1 marking... anticipation... Bassey and Frederick are fantastic.

But then, because there is a but in all things footballers except you are Pele, Maradona, Messi and CR7....

...as good as Cannavaro dey, na one African player get him mumu button and that player was Ikechukwu Uche then at Recreativo De Huelva.

In Decemeber 2006, weeks after Cannavaro has been doubly crowned as FIFA World Player of the Year 2006 and Ballon D'or Winner 2006, an innocent looking yet "fearless" Uche dribbled, dismantled and bamboozled Fabio Cannavarro not once ooo... TWICE and led Huelva to a famous 3-0 La Liga win vs Real madrid. grin grin Uche bagged a brace.

'Will never forget it because na flex that time say we get IK Uche who destroyed reigning world best defender and player, Cannavaro. cheesy
...Oh yes IK Uche

For Madrid the plan is to offload Vini to Saudi. So Mbappe will now operate from his preferred left side with Osimhen being the point man.

Simeone to Lookman: We acknowledge your goals, however we are more concerned about your overall performance.

You are the one blind to facts.
It is quite unreasonable of you to hint at disrespect.
Only if you have known the praises I have showered on Lookman in the past and my praises of him even now.

Any one that has known Lookman will record tards of selfishness in his play.
And if such a deficiency is touted even by his new coach,, then men like you will cry disrespect.
How long have you known Ademola Lookman and his past troubles, and how he has evolved.
He can't improve anymore?

Diego Simeone acknowledged Ademola Lookman's goals (his stats) but still wants him to improve in his overall play.
What has Diego comment got to do with Osimhen/Lookman Mozambique drama, did you ever see Chelle complaining about Lookman overall display...a player just joined a team and his coach made honest opinion about him but to you Osimhen a teammate was right just cuz of Diego comment...I repeat it una too dey disrespect the boy

Osihmen made the best of decisions then and people continue to bash him for playing in the same Turkey. This is why I don’t blame players for decisions joining certain clubs or remaining in some clubs or countries, retirement is a big deal and you need to take care of yourself. I remember then the way Mikel was being bashed then for remaining in Chelsea and even chopping bench at a particular time. Dude was only bidding his time to remain in uk to get his British passport and we can now see how that choice had paid off in his retirement, same reason I think Frank the tank is remaining in the uk too even heard he just had a baby. Decisions and choices matter in the long run no matter how unpopular they may seem at the moment cos at the end of the day na you go face your life alone. Imagine those ex players in ilorin you talked about don’t have awoniyi taking care of them but hope awoniyi would have someone too just in case in his retirement life.

The national team truly is helping our players a lot despite all the bonus wahala by nff!
Osimhen Turkey moved was well detailed, not cuz of finance but Napoli poor treatment of a super star....Yes Awoniyi finances is well managed by his role model Seyi Olofinjana and good parents... present day eagles players are into real estates, they are learning from the mistakes of ex players.... Bright Omokaro had it all in NPFL but I can tell you he is a big man in Ibadan,Felix Owolabi a PHD holder is doing well.I think is all about mindset and discipline

If this is true then why do most ex players blame Nigeria or the country as a whole for their financial woes both during their playing and post playing career? cos with what you’re saying most made a fortune by playing for the national team.

There was this discussion posted online among some ex players from the the Rohr set, players like ighalo and others I can’t remember where one of them admitted it was from the bonus from an Afcon event he bought land and built his house!
Let me made it clearer....I have a friend who is a real buddy of Jay Jay Okocha,Jay Jay do come to town(Ilorin)with flight we picked him up and do discuss a lot especially on finances of retired players especially Europe based ones.....the big question how do they failed financially. He said some contracts are so good on paper but in reality poor....He said he made nothing much but Turkey moved gave him financial stability.

The educated ex players even in NPFL are doing better than uneducated ones...Check out Segun Odegbami and Adokiye.....my very good friend Seyi Olofinjana is doing pretty well than well know ex eagles players, look at Mike Emenalo

Taiwo Awoniyi is paying monthly stipend to some retired players in Ilorin even buying transport buses for some to make a lving

2x Afcon Team of the tournament.
Europa winner with hat trick in the finals.
Currently in the biggest club by any SE player.
I hate it when man go dey hide to throw shade instead of coming out straight that I don't rate this player.

Some comments that came out after that misunderstanding between Osimhen and Lookman are dam too disgusting.... reason why always responding on such comments cuz I know why...

I will always picking Osimhen over Lookman or any eagles players but disrespecting one to justify infamous action of other,NO NO for me.....

Osimhen yelled at his mate, shoved his captain aside, Mozambique players were like what, strolling on the field, asked to be subbed out, left his team mates behind and went straight to the dressing room but to some that actions can be justified cuz it's Osimhen, would they have done the same if it wasn't Osimhen?NO...reason why I thumb up Chriskels for saying Osimhen was wrong but to some oh Lookman was selfish,he was destroying eagles transition play, sabotaging team play but the same Lookman was named playmaker of the tournament.

Imagine using Diego comment to justify Osimhen action

Super Eagles goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabali, just did what many Africans and Europeans would never do — and it even prompted a U.S. man to swear he would carry all Nigerians free of charge.

While on vacation in the U.S., he met a taxi driver who had once picked him up from the airport, now homeless and now living in the street after losing everything to a robbery and eventually lead to eviction.

Touched by his story, Stanley asked him to wait, then went to a dealership, bought him a brand-new taxi, and also got him an apartment.

The man was overwhelmed by the unexpected kindness and, in his excitement, vowed to carry all Nigerians free of charge, but Stanley humbly told him not to.

A good gesture from Nwabali.. More open doors for you goalie....

And he said Kay baba if not for eagles money I will not achieve anything financially,Samson Siasia shared the same thing with me cuz he was joking with Patrick Paschal that he is richer than him and said not possible...he said Paschal Turkish contract alone was more than what he earned in his entire career in Europe..
