It's a good idea though expensive except we do away with most of these useless ministries and agencies all over the place. We don't need ministry of culture and tourism at federal level, it should be the responsibility of the states, ministry of women affairs is also useless at federal level, state governments should handle that while the federal government supports by way of funding, police affair is another useless ministry, there is a police service commission, Niger Delta ministry is useless, we have NDDC already, etc
