Buhari was incoherent in that brief interview to the extent that Garba Shehu was screaming cut, cut, off the Mic. Later he and Femi Adeshina will issue a well written statement and claim it was from Buhari.
That's why we hardly hear him talk to the citizens, he can't do live interviews like Trump or Boris Johnson or Paul Kagame where journalists throw questions from all corners because he will simply embarass himself.

Buhari will not punish his appointees because he doesn't seem to understand the extent of looting going on under him, he was asked about NDDC and he was talking about TSA and directing EFCC to sell properties and putting into TSA, he didn't even remember that EFCC leadership is under probe for selling properties to their cronies and not remitting same to the Fed account.

In a sane environment Buhari should be sitting at home playing and playing with his grandchildren and allowing his Vice to run things, then he will be consulted time to time for his opinion on certain issues and not overburdening him with the onerous task of running a nation where a lot has gone BAD.
