SUDDEN SUCCESS SUDDEN DOOM

We live in a world where sudden success is the order of the day. Everyone wants to achieve something without following the due process.
Sadly, hard work is hardly celebrated, commended or encouraged. The spirit of "sharp sharp result" syndrome has taken over the heart of youths so much that ritual killing has become a norm.

When I was young, ritual money was very strange to us and most culprits are mostly family men who have responsibilities to cater for. This however, doesn't justify killing but the point is, I wonder why teenagers and youths are so engrossed with love of money to the point of shedding human blood to make it. Ipso facto, sudden glory, sudden grave has been the calamitous end of many of them.

°MOTIVE WELL DEFINED
Your motive to get money must be well defined in the original plan of God, otherwise you will follow crooked means to get it.
Wanting to show off, comparison, impatience, inordinate ambition, covetousness, competition, forceful poverty alleviation, vain impression and many more are invariably the motive behind pursuing quick success.
Granted that the economy downturn and social upheavals are integral factors fuelling this decadence but should that be an excuse to lose sanity for lives? NO!

°WORLD VIEW OF SUCCESS
The world view of success is having fleet of cars with nicely structured edifice. Popularity, affluence and wealth are indices of world definition of success and because this lies have been sold to many people, these consequently have fostered the rat race in this generation cuz it is believed hook, line and sinker. The bible talks about the GOOD SUCCESS and the TRUE RICHES meaning that there is BAD SUCCESS and there FALSE RICHES.
The means by which you get your success justifies to a great magnitude whether you are really successful or not. The biblical measure of Success is how far God has taking you through the process, blessed you and you being a blessing to everyone around you that is, extending your riches to the downtrodden (see Mathew 24:30-47)

°SUDDEN SUCCESS WITHOUT PROCESS.
Process is a journey of making, molding and breaking. The reason why God will not entrust that money or position in your hand today is because He wants to deal with that pride in you so you won't fall in a premature rising and eventually kill yourself before your time. The reason he won't give you a car now is so you won't drive yourself to death. Many things God want to deal with before blessing us but we are too much in a hurry to get the Gold without breaking the Stronghold. Or sometimes people get easily discouraged and seek for illicit means to meet thier needs.


°DON'T JUMP THE PROCESS
Never you try to jump the process. The cost of jumping the process is very much damaging and regretful compare to following the due process.
The implication is that It will waste your time and take you another mileage to recover.
The essential need of the process is to train you how to manage wealth, fame and affluence when it comes. Before a tree can bear fruit, it goes through the rooting process whereby it drills deep into the ground. It goes through the growing, leafing and budding process before it bears fruit. In fact after bearing fruits, the fruits stays with the stem so as to attain ripen stage for consumption. All of these are attained through Patience which many have lost these days. We want overnight success. We want to despise the process for the reward. The equation is always the process before the proceeds. Don't throw caution to the wind.. whatever God is not giving you now is because you don't need it now. Don't cut corners. Cutting corners is like creating your own crash-land.

In conclusion, this goes to the parents. Stop the pressure on your part that your children must make it. Many parents have fair share of the reason why young boys and girls want to make it at all cost. Teach them the process. Don't add to the pressure the society already is giving them. Lastly, don't joke with their needs. Teach them in the way of the Lord and one day, you will be proud of them.
