Guy u no dey tire for this your double starndard ranting here and there. Lookmas change of federation was officially activated in January 2020. https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/10823062/england-ademola-lookman-nigeria-swap-fifa/
This has been explained to you over and over again. In the British Nationality within FiFA nationalities there are 4 main Nations. England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. How they handle the issue of Nationality switch within them is well explained. But how they deal with Nationality switch to outside the 4 Nations i cannot lay my fingers on. Please i think its high time you stop this your, They applied for Nationality switch 2 years ago. Showing interest is one. Applying for a switch is another. Officially Lookman started his this year.
Absolutely NOTHING HAS BEEN EXPLAINED or any substantive explanation given. Beyond " beer parlour" assumptive notions with zero validity.

What is the CORE SUBSTANCE of this particular discussion. The TIME sequence to complete a simple non contentious FIFA switch of allegiance.

Your reference to 4 nation consent is TOTAL RUBBISH. Where are you getting these NONSENSICAL Notions from.

The onus is on the NFF to make an official applications for change of allegiance to the English FA, there is a procedure.

There is no basis for any contention or refusal particularly with no objections from the English FA.. Then it's essentially rubber stamp process and should not take more than 14 days.

The question is, has the NFF completed all due diligence. Because there is absolutely no reason why a non contentious switch should take more than 28 days.

I just read that English fans are clamouring for Lookman to be called up to the three lions after his scintillating game for Fulham at the weekend wowed English fans. Southgate has been told to go for him. Let's get ready for another England - Nigeria tussle.

Tosin Adarabioyo switch too should quickly be done.
I doubt he will change.

However, if he did, will you blame him, the double-standard standard within the NFF is nauseating.

Kevin Akpoguma who has openly and publicly said I only want to play for Germany. Changes his allegiance to Nigeria within weeks he is on the team.

Meanwhile Ovie and lookman have committed to Nigeria for over two years and a year respectively. But NOTHING done.

For those who put their education to good use will know that FIFA operates to regulation and a clear cut process management.

And will not give credence to those nonsensical excuses of its taking time.

Good u acknowledge some aks do have sights eh.
The effective range of a quality AK is 350 metres
But the realistic and commonly accepted is 300
U enjoy complicating fact to prove points.
Unfortunately for ur line of argument, with enhaced sights, good wind (of course) marksman can accurately hit targets between 280-300 metres away, all things been equal...
That's entirely under a controlled environment, such as a shooting range. If you add ammunition quality then those figures can have huge variations.

If you consider a change of environment i.e. ambush, fire fight, etc. Where you may get half a second to zero into you target and you are fighting for your life, then you are taking effective range of 100-150 metres maybe less. It really depends on training and mental composure of the combatants.

I have watched Nigerian security forces personal engaging with armed robbers. They didn't even flick up the steel sights on the AK47, shooting wildly. There effective range was less than 100 metres.

However, put on an optic sight and you can talk of effective range in a fire fight environment of 300 metres. But not neccesarily with an AK47 the recoil is too much.

But a definitely with an AK74, or a number of other modern assault rifles.

But all these permutations can be completely mitigated be exceptional combatants. You will be shocked what a Russian Spetsnaz can do in a fire fight with a rudimentary AK47.

the dude is spewing trash I was laffing when he was talking about article 8.1 he has no fucking idea about it I have the full documents with me and it online sef if you wanna have it

Article 8.1. explains that such individuals may "only once" request to change their national team association, subject to the following conditions:
"a) He has not played a match (either in full or in part) in an official competition at “A” international level for his current association, and at the time of his first full or partial appearance in an international match in an official competition for his current association, he already had the nationality of the representative team for which he wishes to play.
b) He is not permitted to play for his new association in any competition in which he has already played for his previous association."
In short, that means a change cannot occur if a player has been capped at senior international level in a competitive international match, such as a World Cup qualifier. Senior friendlies, therefore, are not deemed sufficient to tie a player to an association.
In order to make a change of association, a player must "submit a written, substantiated request" to the FIFA general secretariat and the governing body's Players Status Committee make a decision on that request. Once a request has been filed, a player is not eligible to play for any national team until all the paperwork has been processed

so my brother this is everything bout article 8.1

For someone who lives in the UK and claims to understand British football you are completely ignorant about nationality switch amongst UK nations, you are searching for FIFA regulation. Let me give you a few instances-The same FIFA regulation that prevented Mikel Arteta and Carlo Cudicini from playing for England didn't stop Loic Nego from representing Hungary having reprented France at youth level and Zeca for Greece having played for Portugal at youth level. Nacho Novo was prevented from playing for Scotland despite meeting the residency and eligibility requirements whereas Deco and Pepe didn't have any issue with Portugal. Troy Deeney couldn't play for Northern Ireland having qualified through his great-grandfather, but Mauro Camoranesi played for Italy because his great-grandfather was from there, for the last time stop disgracing yourself, eligibility requirements for UK teams are different from other nations the same way switching from England or from UK teams takes time, Ghana had similar issues with Emmanuel Frimpong, James McClean had similar issues when switching from Northern Ireland to Republic of Ireland.
All this is hearsay with ZERO substance.

State facts look at the FIFA regulatory framework and stop talking balderdash.

Why will the NFF be running around to get the players to switch allegiance and then delay it? What's the sense in that??

You are not being objective but emotive.

First of all he was far from the England U20.

Look at the England midfielders that he has to compete with to get in like Foden, Sancho, Jack Grealish, Maddison, Mount, Barkley or Dele Alli and finally Rueben.

Although l do think currently Iwobi would get into the Fulham team since his resurgence and improvement at Everton. But not the Chelsea team.

But the reality of comparison of Chelsea is that Iwobi will not make the Chelsea first team.

I will rather have ndidi in my barca than Frenkie De Jong

Shebi ndidi no sabi pass ball according to some people, Wetin frenkie de jong dey pass for barca since him 75 million euros move and my guy na sure starter for club and national team grin
Unfortunately our preferences are not reflected in the football market.

Ndidi for reasons unknown has not been able to generate interest in his outstanding talent by big clubs, WHY ❓

It's not about price alone.

Arsenal went to go and get Athletico Madrid DM Partey, Everton decided to go for Dacour from relegated Watford. Going back in time even PSG preferred a much older Gueye and paid £30 million for him, than go for a supposed much better Ndidi.

So step back, put aside your emotive preferences and there has to be a reason.

When Cardiff was in the EPL Sol Bamba had better stats than Virgil Van Dyke. But nobody came in for him Bamba he is back in the Championship with Cardiff. The question is Why❓

The decision to buy a player will not test entirely on statistics. Because statistics are indicative and not conclusive, there are many things that are not captured by stats.

With regards to Ndidi, he will not make the England team. His passing range is very limited and his ability to change the game offensively limited. There are other DM who do this much better than him.

Again putting emotive sentiment and national preference aside. However, if he adds s better passing range and tactical game management that they noise game, then he could see himself in a much bigger team.
