Ejaria was recalled by Arsenal.

He wasn't available for selection and was neglected by the team handlers at the time.
He was released by Arsenal at U16 level and not given a contract he went straight to Liverpool who were waiting patiently in the background.

Thanks for being the only one to take a stab on the question. Now please can you list thhe players that have been begged so far based on your definition, the number of times, the emissaries sent etc.
That's a very relevant and pertinent question ❓ So we can actually disect this whole notion of begging.

If Indeed it is just one persons self birthed notion.

For instance l would never say to the most junior member of staff go and do this or that, I absolutely must say PLEASE.

In Nigeria when l say to my gateman good morning oga, can you please open the gate. Some have thought "foolish man" imagine begging your gate man to open the gate are you not paying his salary.

So I want to see what people mean by begging.

Seriously, if you were at Balogun market yesterday, you would understand the fact that the partial lockdown is meaningless. Absolutely meaningless!

Left that market at 3:30pm. Got to my destination (in the same Lagos state) at exactly 8:45pm. The traffic was crazy.

If the church can enforce the use of face masks, hand sanitizers and temperature check, then the government should simply go ahead and lift the lockdown. It is absolutely meaningless keeping some industries and sectors inactive.
So the Church is an active positive contributory business concern and part of industry.

Can l ask what I industry is that and what do they produce.

Football is crazy.

You absolutely must take your opportunities and make the best use of them.

At one stage Tega Onomah waa knocking on the first team door for Tottenham. Was considered the numero one in the English U21 team.

Football is very impatient and very few managers will give you too much time particularly in teams that are fighting for Champion league football.

It is so important for a young player to look at progression and development and not just money.

Begging is when you approach a player multiple times to rep his own country and even send emissaries. When Nigerian players begin to reach out to that player and explain in painstaking terms why you should play for your country.

That, my dear Sir is begging.
And abuse, disrespect, dishonourable conduct and maltreatment.

Is when a Nigerian origin player accepts and agrees to play for a Nigeria after being convinced. Expects an invitation by virtue of the gentleman agreement and promises made. But nothing happens.

Finally he gets to play for his country and after performing he is told to continue playing for the SE. He will need to come to an arrangement with particular NFF officials that will benefit them not neccesarily himself financially.

The player has integrity and is not desperate so he declines. The consequences he is no longer called up or he agrees and continous to play for the SE.

That my honourable is the price many have paid to play for the SE.

Turkish Super Lig outfit Besiktas will look to sign Ademola Lookman from Bundesliga club RB Leipzig this summer.
Lookman linked up with Leipzig last summer from Premier League club Everton but failed to earn a regular playing berth at the German side.

The 22-year-old had a successful loan spell at Leipzig before the club decided to acquire him permanently.

According to reports emanating from Turkey, Besiktas representatives are already in talks with Leipzig officials over the transfer.

Lookman has featured in just six league games this season.
See how the mighty have fallen.

After that huge transfer fee he never really was able to get a run of games. He was not given much opportunity at Everton and now Liepzig not sure why.

His first season at Leipzig was very good but second season nothing, very strange.

He has gone to Turkey that's a real step down to the abyss.

This is football always about the hear and now.

It is either you are averse to knowledge or u tend to often feign ignorance of the truth to back up ur narrative. Bros u talking in the nonsense because we all know English players especially those from elite clubs are over priced. Lol just after having fairly above average half a season in the championship, Adara is now worth a whooping 20m? Bros for once, be logical

Below are pictorial evidence of the attention he got after his ligue1 exploits and first season in the laliga
With regard to Liverpool that's just paper nonsense. He was never in consideration.

And if he was so good in French league one why did he go to Turkey. You are being sentiment led and not rationally objective.

Adarabioyo who l actually have never really rated highly. But thats not the issue he is wanted by a plethora of top clubs, with that many clubs after him. He will either stay at City and play first team or go to another EPL club on loan.

Sevilla want him and who else ❓ At this time there will be lots of speculation with regards to players. That in most cases will come to nothing.

A good indication of market interest is the number of club you get associated with. For instance Osimhen is literally associated with every top club in Europe.

Why because he has proven himself to be exceptional talent. It is not because he is Nigerian, nationality has nothing to do with it.

But the case of Awaziem is very different at best he is average thus the level of interest.

Adarabioyo is now above average in the eyes of the football market which is reflected in the level of interest.

There is no biased preference for English Nigerian origin players as you probably will like to allege but just the very fluid reality on the ground.

How many minutes did he play for Liverpool and was he eligible for the eagles when the so called Nwakalis were invited? Before his Liverpool debut, was he still eligible for Nigeria without the mandatory clearance?
It is exercise in administration to change allegiance with FIFA it is not complicated and or contentious in the first instance.

The point l was making is that which you gave completely deviated from is that he had expressed a willingness and commitment to play for Nigeria from age 16. That's the pertinent over riding position.

It was after Nigeria rejected him that he played for England youth teams.

He has been consistent in his commitment Nigeria has not been to him.

Well done for bringing out the detail.

This is what we are getting for $600 million in my opinion not the best use if our very limited resources and way over priced.

There are far too many other alternative options that will give us much more for far less. And the very erroneous claim that this is the best COIN aircraft in the world that's simply Balderdash. It's a very limited air craft that can do one role only.

In addition this war will be won with boots on the ground there is limit to what you can do from the air.

Chad's airforce is very limited but they were able to uproot Boko in a week from thier territory. They did they same when invited in 2015 by us to the NE.

Comparative to Adarabioyo, u suggest I put Awaziem to the championship to ascertain how good he is? lol who does that? How about I put Adarabioyo in an elite league to ascertain how good he truly is compared to Awaziem?

Van Dijk should also be made to go test his abilities in the so called blood and gut for us to certify him a good center back.
That's not what l said, let me explain it in more simplistic terms for you to understand.

The subject is comparison of player attributes and the transfer of those attributes to the SE. In particular Awaziem and Adarabioyo.

Underpinning my view is my never ending proposition. That my preference is for an outstanding Lion in a lower league and club than an anonymous mouse in a top club and league.

Although La Liga is an outstanding league Leganese is a poor club in that league with a stadium that has a capacity of 12k.

Just like the EPL there is a big gulf between the top clubs and the lower clubs and even the 2nd tier of the leagues.

Adarabioyo is just finding his feet as he had had limited chances in City for obvious reasons. As a consequence he is on loan. Nonetheless, he has been outstanding in the Championship much to my surprise, l watched him bully Dominic Iorfa.

I do not think Awaziem is an outstanding player in his league, he was not outstanding in France and he was OK in Turkey. Because you have leveraged his club perfomances as the basis for him being better than Adarabioyo.

I simply do not know. That's why l said if Adarabioyo was playing in Leganese would he be able to stand out. On the other hand consider the intensity of the Championship will Awaziem be outstanding. But you took it another way in the negative.

People often say, " Put your money where your mouth is"

Awaziem did not attract any better clubhuh ❓ Why he is too good. Leganese is a not a rich club they buy budget priced players. In reality they are not able to afford a player like Adarabioyo.

But back to the question who is better ❓ l listed the players individual attributes and said the only area Awaziem may exceed him is in football intelligence and Technicality. The word l used was MAY it's not absolutely definite.

If you are talking about somebody playing as a CB, my preference would be for Adarabioyo because he is faster, taller ( aerial dominance) physically stronger, and to be in City is a given you absolutely must have a good degree of technical ability.

Finally, how does the football market see both players. Not much happening for Awaziem from what l have noticed in the past 7 days. But look how much interest Adarabioyo is generating.

So it's not today he expressed his interest.

He has been perfoming for a long time at a high level at the age of 18 was playing in Liverpool first team.

Culture norms and values birth perceptions and mannerisms that people presume have universal acceptance and practice. When they simply do not.

Because this whole idea of "begging" is in all honesty crass degenerative ignorance.

It reminds me of this practice in our Nigerian universities where innovation, new ideas and concepts are supposed to be birthed. But are effectively murdered at inception.

When a student present a different notion or approach to a Professor or lecturer. He will be dismissed with " who are you, what do you know" continued persistence and you have caused yourself to fail. And students will justify it, " imagine he is questioning a Lecturer.

Off topic because it's a vitally important one.

Very early on in April l commended Nigeria for thier response to the Corina virus. At that stage the UK had not recorded any significant number of deaths.

At the time the Nigerian response was better than the UK one even with limited resources and the usual corruption manipulation issues.

A month plus later the very thing l dreaded has been exceeded. We have over 32,000 Covid 19 deaths highest in Europe and they are still manipulating the figures to hide the truth.

The same time period Nigeria has only recorded near 100. Is this exceptional efficiency or is it that God has just been merciful to us.

How perversely absurd is it then that we forgot about him for 2+ years, when he started to perform outstandingly we still did not invite him.

All I could see were whining on why we need Eze. Bla bla bla.

Someone was even accusing another that he's pained cos Eze rejected, and the analogy,

"na una type dey gossip when woman rejects you" or something thereof.

Like seriously?

This is a NATIONAL TEAM for crying out loud. Is it that we don't have dignity again? Because I'm at loss.

I asked a question sometimes ago.

Osimhen is playing for Lille, now top clubs over Europe are looking for him
Chukwueze is playing for Villareal and top clubs have enquired about his availability

You want England?
Iwobi was playing for Arsenal and to Everton he went
Ndidi from Genk to Leicester
Ajayi went from Rotherham in League One to West Brom in Championship, and now unarguably, to EPL.

Look around our squad for crying out loud. All these players did this climb while wearing Nigerian jersey. They did it while playing for the Super Eagles.

It's such a shame that we can't even pride ourselves of dignity if we're still crawling to beg a player who is toying with us, under the guise of he wants to land an EPL team.

Is he scared he's not good enough? If he really wanted to play, he'd have played. If he did.

FFS, is Ovie not in the same championship? Why didn't Ovie play Eze's card of wanting to land an EPL team before committing?

I'm passionate about the team. Eze is a good player, no doubt. But I won't trade my dignity in begging a player to play for us, when if England comes calling, they wouldn't think twice before committing to them.

We all have our opinions, yes. We can want Eze(frankly speaking, I don't. He's bruised my ego already), but we shouldn't lose our dignity in calling for him by begging and begging.

There's no FB in the team at this moment that was "begged" before committing. Every player already knows who s/he wants to play for. The moment you start begging, for years, s/he never wanted you.

I hope Eze would put me to shame one day by playing for us, but frankly speaking, I don't see that day coming.
So you want players to beg to play in the SEhuh ❓ l am not sure l even know what you mean by beg.

Ovie asked to join Eagles over 5 years ago, we have been playing Maradona with him. Finally Ovie is a Liverpool player on loan at Reading Fc.

Eze committed to the SE at 18 bit Niger did not commit to him. And yes you will be put to shame Eze will play for Nigeria.

I like the two and they are in my fantasy eagles line up come AFCON and Qatar, ceteris paribus
Until Adarabioyo starts to play in a good footballing team l simply can not use past glory years to assess him.

When l watched Fikayo Tomori at Hull playing with Aina in all honesty l wrote him off completely as not good enough for the SE.

A year later playing in footballing team with Frank Lampard at Derby he looked totally different. The rest is history.

These situations can work both ways for better or worse.

How good is Awaziem comparative to Adarabioyo, put him in Blackburn and let's see how he will manage blood and guts, kick and rush football. I remember when Omeruo was in Middlesbrough he struggled.

The most shocking for me was Etebo gra gra Warri boy. I really expected him to dominate the league and with his diesel engine, he never gets tired. My expectation were for him to be the next Ngolo Kante. But he just couldn't really do much.

So it's not a hasty question to conclude.

It like you have not been following the posts here. The Tucano will be mainly using its bombs and missiles and these are American made and expensive as sin. For the price of one of these missiles I could build several estates and have enough left over to make Shakira divorce her hubby and marry me. wink
On the other hand, its hourly running cost and ease of maintenance is great. I hope you know that a Tucano using its machine guns will place it in range of enemy return fire. It only has .50 cal machine guns, while ISWAP has access to 20-23mm auto cannons on its gun trucks. They might even have MANPADS, but no one is in a hurry to find out. If a pilot gets shot down over there na big trouble he go fall into, cos I don't really see the NAF dispatching a search and rescue chopper to bail him out.

As regards loiter time, I am really afraid you don't know what you are talking about. The Tucano can at best stay in the air for maybe 5 hours. Most combat drones on the market can stay aloft for 24 hours and there are even some that can stay up there for almost a week. Algeria has some of these if I remember correctly.

I am not much an expert in the air, but I believe pilots get most of their training on jet-propelled trainer aircraft, like the Alpha jet, L-39 or the YAK-130. If you think prop aircrafts are good for this, we have Mushaks from Pakistan for that. Or all on this forum can make a contribution and buy Piper Cubs from the abroad. cool

You said drones don't have the speed to make kinetically accurate hits? Do you think they are firing anti-tank sabot rounds?

As for remote targeting and control, the best thing by far would have been for the NAF to pay for a military satellite or buy space on same and be free to control their drones at any range.

As for this war not ending anytime soon, all of us here know why, but few will admit it publicly.
Agreed without reservation or question ❓
