Jude billingham,Jude billingham,Jude billingham everytime,
All these guys u keep using all d time to counter arguments don't play 4 Nigeria.
It would be better if u talk more about Nigerian players than all those guys who may never have anything to do with us.

U have turn this thread between you and English players vs we and Nigerian players.

This thread is supposed to be all about Nigerian players.
Everything is in context.

Tomori, Aina , Tega Abraham, Eze, Olise, Tosin Adarabioyo, are from Ukraine abe

I rate chukwueze highly, the way he runs with the ball is magical... Just that he holds on to the ball for long when his playing for S.E.

Osimhen also gets offside a lot for S.E..

I have issues with players who seem to intentionally not play well for the S.E.

The players in that quote fall under the they don't play well for the S.E tag so they should be benched.

I rate Osimhen but I believe he should be benched when playing for the S.E and come on in 2nd half or be subbed off in the 60-65th minute of the 2nd hakf . His offsides for the S.E is too much.
There was a time when I used to be overly impressed with dribbling, skill, show boating, swag on the ball, etc

However, not anymore because without END PRODUCT it amounts to wind and fresh air .

Unfortunately, clubs are looking for end product not the promise of end product and flattery.

Look 👀 at Allan Saint-Maximin, he looks absolutely unstoppable in his day but his end product is abysmal.

yaya toure once’s played in ukraine and Greece before making it to bigger European leagues and clubs first with Monaco in ligue 1 before joining barca

The Bulgarian league also produced greats like Berbetov and ex Barca star Stoichkov who left the league and played for Europe’s finest teams
On the 20th of July 2020 a 17 year old left Birmingham City in the Championship straight into the Borussia Dortmund first team. For the sum of £25 million pounds.

Almost 3 years later after multiple accolades he is now gone to Real Madrid for what could rise to £115 million pounds.

Jude Billingham did not do any stop 🛑 overs or route transfer over several years. Just straight to greatness and near now World 🌎 class from the Championship. Shockingly he is still only 19 years old.

There is a big difference between Jude Billingham and the examples you have made. He went to the top 🔝 no DELAY.

The ones who are worth celebrating over here are those sweating for us, not some English boys with African heritage.
I don deh warn you since.

It is causing you to have continuous bad belle, acid reflux, rancour with green eyes envy. Please it's affecting you badly.

When people are joyous with celebration you are filled with animosity, hostility and deep seated hate, it's seems your heart ♠️♠️♠️is very black.

The Santander MVP AWARD is a popularity award in which sport's journalists and Football fans from across the African continent cast their vote in the popular LaLiga Santander African MVP Award.

Inaki Williams Ghanaian played 36 games and almost doubled Chukwueze goal 🥅 tally with 10 goals.

Considering the population of Nigeria Chukwueze was always going to have the advantage.

Essentially It's not performance related.

There is nothing difficult about the championship ,even Chuba akpom found life easier there than Greece

Laliga is harder to score than the epl ,onuachu would have done better in a team like Fulham or palace
You can say that to Benteke .

Tell me one stiker that came from La Liga to the EPL and had immediate domination in the past decade just one not two.

Then let's see how many left the EPL and immediately had dominance in La Liga or Seria A. Too many players who struggled in the EPL become General and Chairmen on arrival in Seria A or La Liga.

Arnaut Danjuma a winger left Bournemouth in the Championship to VillaReal and became the highest goal scorer in the Club with 10 goals. Chukwueze has never scored double figures in La Liga.

Lacazette left Arsenal struggling to score goals as well as Balogun struggling to even get game time. Lacazette is just behind Mbappe with 27 goals and Balogun is joint number 4.

My former best Midfielder for Nigeria Etebo, went into the Championship and after two seasons was far from oustanding that accolade went to Eze and Olise. Even Mikel Obi did not dominate in the Championship either.

A 17 year old boy left Birmingham city in the Championship and immediately had domination in the Bundisliga he is now the most sought after and arguably best Midfielder in the world at 19 🌍. I'm talking about Jude Billingham.

There is NOTHING difficult about the Championship but Isaac Success was essentially woeful there. Omeruo was so good after two seasons with Middlesbrough in the Championship nobody wanted him. Jamilu Collins has got lost completely in the Championship although injury has not helped him.

Yet you jwnr the audacity to say there is NOTHING DIFFICULT about the Championship.🤔🤔

KC. has been RELEGATED to the Championship he will be starter because all the players who can move have left . That being the case KC should at least be the third highest goal 🥅 scorer for Leicester City in 2023/24 season in the Championship. Same follows for Paul Onuachu too.

Because according to you Football analyst supremo, the Championsip is easy . Go and look at Ismaila Sarr 39 games in the Championship and 10 goals. Do you think KC and Onuachu are better than him ❓

Nuff said.

After his £18 million move to the English Premier League in January failed to work out, Southampton forward Paul Onuachu might be loaned back to his former club, KRC Genk.
I think he should go to La Liga , any mid table club and a bit higher will suit his particular skill set.

If he goes down to the Championship he may find it difficult, the intensity and physicality plus he lacks speed .

Alright...so In conclusion a club's player of the year award is nothing but a popularity contest, which is dependent solely on the mood of the fans and wether or not they like a player's face at that time or not, and it has nothing, absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the winner right?
Thats what you are saying.

I've said repeatedly I really don't know.

Performance is not the overiding factor but w one of them.

In terms of performance Harvey Barnes almost has three times the goals that KC has scored with 13, and he is a winger.

Maddison has 10 goals that's double KC goals and he is a Midfielder.

You are trying to explain what cannot be explained.

No I cannot.... Let's go back to the begining.
First I wrongly assumed that winning the player of the year award means you're the best in your club.....
You corrected me by pointing out it is just a measure of "popularity" not performance .... I agreed....
I asked again how someone as poor a player as Iheanacho got so popular with the fans and coaches, you said it was "emotive preference and prejudice "...... I agreed.
Now the question is ... How can we logically explain Iheanacho winning a sentimental and prejudiced contest at Leicester city with a super legend like Jamie Vardy still actively playing?

You've been my teacher since the begining... Don't push me away at this juncture.
Very simple Vardy had been the club favourite for a decade now he is 37 and expired, they need a new talisman, and unfortunately they don't have many.

If I am to use a Machiavellian approach, "When the desirable is not available the available becomes desirable"

Statistically Harvey wide player has 13 goals, Maddison has 10. But the fans chose KC who has 5 and Daka who has 4 all in the EPL.

Some view Maddison as a traitor for expressing a desire to leave.

Otherwise I really don't know .

Fans are a funny lot one day they love you another they hate you, very fickle.
