Hanibal:The same factors here sentiment and emotive preference. It didn't help the popularity of Maddison when he was already alluding to leaving Leicester City in public. Otherwise I don't know. |
Curiosity 🤔 What's happened to the midfield maestro Nwakali the only long ball specialist in Nigeria football ⚽. Now that Ponferradina has been relegated to the obscurity of semi professional football. Will.nr leaving with his exceptional talent to Napoli or Dortmund ❓ It's quite remarkable that several players previously forgotten about by me as SE quality are now in the EPL. Elijah and Fred Onyedinma, yes are now EPL players, there has been no mention of them just deathly silence. But we never stop talking about Nwakali the midfield maestro. Although I have not felt Fred Onyedinma is SE Quality I've believed without any hesitation he is way better than Nwakali. Now let's see his progression in the EPL. What happened to Jamilu Collins he left Bundisliga to Championsip side Cardiff but became anonymous albeit injury did not help. |
Hanibal:Essentially it's an accolade thats more about popularity than measured performance |
Nice2023:Birds 🐦 of the same feathers flock together. Two convicted criminals and a bunch of liars thieves and corruption personified. Nigeria behold your LEADERS. Nothing more to say 😑 |
BascoVanVeli:There are some things you should not joke about or even mock. I know him personally believe it or not. Mental health is not a joke. STOP IT. |
Hanibal:Unfortunately their best player KC according to you is also a forward player. He this season played 28 games and scored 5 goals, if that's a measurement of oustanding quality what then is average or poor or excellent ❓ Harvey Barns is not as good as KC according to you but played 34 games and scored 13 goals. He has now got several bids from Newcastle, Tottenham and Villa and counting but he is not so good as KC. Maddison,Castagne, Tielemans, are generating all kinds of interest from premier league clubs but they are not the best player in Leicester City, according to you. So how many clubs in the EPL are fighting for the clinical marksman and striker KC, 🤔❓ |
Joebie:Sadly sadly guy had some serious mental health issues from when he left Liverpool donkeys ago. Didn't really settle in Bournemouth. He may even be in Turkey but it's more about his state of mental health don't know how it happened but it did . I remember when he crashed his Bentley Bentayga another low on his life. |
Kog45:Parent's clubs, coaches and agent's will always pursue interests that suit them it's very normal. I don't understand what you mean by Italy stuff. The club networks associated with scouting players are vast and very wide spread across Europe. Within that isvajso corruption by various football ⚽ club gate keepers ( recruitment heads, scouts and agents) where there is a quest for the best deal not best players. Putting all that to one side , players have to be of good quality otherwise your reputation as a scout agent etc will be in the dustbin. Bring quality players and your reputation will precede you. When it comes to players clubs will have a dossier of information on players from age 12 onwards sometimes even earlier. I was talking to Borussia Dortmund and AC Milan I was shocked at the amount of substantiated players performance data they had on players from age 12 detailed and comprehensive. That's why they could buy a 16 year old Jude Billingham for £25 million pounds playing in the Championship. Well they got it right because they are selling him to the highest bidder for crazy money. He is effectively the most in demand player in the world at the moment. |
andrew444:Fabulous |
Kog45:Can you shed some more light on this please. Are you talking about the relationships between parents and coaches in Nigeria or in Italy please |
Kog45:At youth level winning is great development, learning and progression much better. Arsenal may not win all the youth cups and tournaments but they are producing the top players of tomorrow. |
Kog45:At 18 you should be showing it should no longer be wishful thinking 🤔 but more or less establishing high level quality potential. So who are the individual players please |
M7even:In did not introduce the word generational talent somebody else did. I challenged that claim placed on a 18 year old youth player for inter Milan as grossly misguided. I am taking about Ebenezer Akinsanmiro. I made comparison with his peer group playing first team football ⚽ but not called generational talent. When asked how many games he has played for Inter Milan first team I got silence to date. |
MetaBroadband:No Matter how gloom a story is, there are always two sides to a story. Without the Father's consent there is no marriage. I don't know about Akwa Ibom, but bride price is NEVER EVER paid to the mother. I have a cousin, who did what you are doing,he is painfully divorced within two years. In a nut shell there was a huge can of worms that was hidden by not contacting the Father side of his then bride. Ignorance is not wisdom but KNOWLEDGE is . |
Kog45:Yes I know. But what we do is sweep over all these issues in a wave of sentiment based bias and pretend these issues don't exist. And begin to declare our players as world class and the next best thing and call them generational talent. We have a Nigerian playing youth football ⚽ in inter Milan and we are claiming generational talent at 18 (and if you want to go further that age could be easily disputed) |
TheGoodJoe:Agreed In addition the key 🗝️ component is progression in your football ⚽ career. How many of the Argentine players will we see in the top leagues and clubs in the next few years . And how many Nigerian will we see in top clubs and league that is the pertinent issue. |
TheGoodJoe:You are being way too ASSUMPTIVE, you are making a sweeping statement on your self birthed notions. Anchored on nothing but thin air. l would not conclude that at that time lsmaila would not be able to start in 2016/17, Inter Milan team. There is a consistent and continueys history of French league one players walking straight into the top teams in Seria A. That being the case why would you dismiss the Ismaila so quickly as not good enough, AT THAT TIME ❓ Lets go back right back to 2016/17 and look at some of the right sided forward players, who played for Inter at that time, see below ; Jonathan Biabiany Antonio Candreva Andrea Pinamonti In my opinion Ismaila will leave these players in the dark . A note of caution there are several young players who got into the squad of inter but never played one game. Back to my response proposition, of you are a generational talent at 18 then your should be playing first team football ⚽. And not playing youth football. |
TheGoodJoe:What's leaving Nigeria got to do with anything, is that a unit of measurement for player quality. Somebody said he is a generational talent that is a humongous declaration of oustanding quality. We have boys at 15/16 playing first team football ⚽ but not called generational Talent. He is 18 if he is a generational Talent he should be playing regular first team football. This is a boy who started playing in the NPFL at 15 , don't you think he should be playing first team football at inter if he is a generational talent ❓ I compared him to Tim Iroegbunam who is not considered generational talent. How many games has he played for inter Milan first team please 🥺❓ Ismaila Sarr left Generation Foot in Senegal in July 2016 signed a 5 year in August 2016 he was playing first team for Metz and played 31 games for them that 2016/17 season. |
Danielnino00:The problem is you think 🤔 you know what I am thinking 🤔 that's the PROBLEM. When a player is playing in the EPL the first point of recognition and appreciation is his immediate peers the EPL. That's where the first assessment of quality will be made. If Ndidi is so exceptional and oustandingly consistently excellent. Then there should be a host of clubs fighting to get his signature in the EPL. |
semid4lyfe:This is being objective and a matter of fact without sentiment based preference. At his age even younger Academy boys have already learned these very basic required football ⚽ management and intelligence skills. That's why a dropped a YouTube video of Tim Iroegbunam so an objective comparison can be made. |
chrisooblog:I was intrinsically clear in my inference and not obtuse as you put it. You are changing the goal 🥅 posts in the middle of the game. You said " generational Talent" You didn't Just Say POTENTIAL , by saying " generational Talent" you have disqualified the word potential. It's like saying a potential Messi, that immediately creates a exceptional expectation for oustanding excellence. When an 18 year old is compared to Messi he should be playing in regular first team football ⚽. But you have EVADED my question ❓ how many games has Ebenezer A played for Inter Milan first team PLEASE ❓❓ |
chrisooblog:Did you say ANYTHING about him Akinsanmiro being called up to the inter squad ❓so then how did I ignore what you have not written anything about. Anyways Wow !!! How many games has he played for the first Team please ❓ As a generational Talent at 18 he is not too young to be EXCEPTIONAL. |
Meliforme:Football ⚽ analyst can you explain why no EPL team has shown any interest in him 😕 please. Since he is so good. |
chrisooblog:Curiosity made me watch the video clip and the huge claim, " generational Talent" that's a massive statement to make At best short clip videos are indicative not conclusive. But with regards to youth football videos even more so. He is playing in the U21 or 18's and from that you make that very generous deduction. According to his bio Akinsanmiro started playing for Remo stats in 2020 , helping them to qualify for the NPFL in season,2020/21 We are in 2023 he is still only 18 so he started playing first team at 15 it seems, that's remarkable if not questionable. Is he one for the future SE only time will tell. I expect a so called " Generational Talent" to be playing at 18 with men not his teenage mates . Then you can see the real potential, to make such a HUGE CLAIM. Let me compare him to Tim Iroegbunam who is 19 without question and started playing at 17 for Aston villa and is now on loan at QPR. Has played 32 games in the Championship before injury this season. Below a YouTube clip look of Time Iroegbunam playing with men and dominating with skill, anticipation, athletic ability , and precision passing in the championship. But nobody calls him generational Talent. That is even with multiple clubs seeking to sign him . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-TacZx6xF50

AndSunGorilla:He left Liverpool on a very good contract with Lazio got loaned out and just essentially faded out. Currently in the Eredivise with Go Ahead Eagles. He was at PSV then Barcelona and then Liverpool. I have said here that I thought he was ok but not exceptional donkeys ago. |
mank1234:Lost for words 😔 I quote you again verbatim; Morale? I dey vex. I like Nwakali. He plays well. Luck is not just on his side. They are players in better clubs that he is better than Now tell me three players that Nwakali is better than in better clubs preferably of Nigerian origin. Because the context is Nigerian football ⚽ please. Don't go round the houses 🏘️ or the bush , give us 3 players Nwakali is better than in better clubs and leagues PLEASE |
mank1234:It seems you have forgotten the proposition that you birthed that prompted my response. I will quote you verbatim ; Morale? I dey vex. I like Nwakali. He plays well. Luck is not just on his side. They are players in better clubs that he is better than I asked you to name just three players and of African origin that he Nwakali is better than. Look At what you Have Presented ❓❓❓ |
lbrichman2:No new players and current players like Vardy almost expired with just two real quality players Maddison, Tielemans and maybe Barnes. It is more like a Championship team squad and you say Rogers did abysmally I disagree. Probably the worst striking force in the EPL |
Nomyth:Myopic reasoning, when did Richarlison become Nigerian and therefore pertinent to any discussion about Nigerian players. Essentially we should justify mediocrity with abject mediocrity, na wah 😯 Did Essien leave Liberty club Ghana straight to the EPL ❓And start to ascendency No, he learned , developed and progressed his game at Bastia and Lyon over five years before coming to the EPL. Unfortunately by age 31 he was literally finished and a mere shadow of his former self for obvious reasons ( football ⚽ age) he is currently 40. Mikel Obi is a oustanding performing top world class football ⚽ player. He left Nigeria to Lyn Oslo where I am right now for the moment coincidentally. Although he was in Lyn Oslo for a year or so it was more about legal maneuvering to get round requirements for the EPL work permit. I don't understand how he retired at barely 32 and was no longer able to perform at a high level he just dropped by age 30 he is only 36 now. |
Papi85:He actually no longer a Sheffield Wednesday player, he refused to renew his contract and he is a free agent. This was in the midst of several top clubs interested in him including a formal bid by AC Milan. I watched him in 2019 in an U21 game for Liverpool that included Harvey Elliott, he was considerably better than Elliott but he was not preferred by the powers that be. |
jihday:Failed to buy new players, Rodgers did miracles with the very weak squad. |
Nomyth:What does pass thru Nigeria youth rank mean please i❓ |
