yemmit90:A decent company will not have these issues because everyone is given a target and goal. This topic is about delay of salary payments. It is despicable. Most businesses where you see employees misbehaving, check very well, you will see that the employers are not fulfilling their agreements. When you fulfill your part as the employer, it will be very easy to dismiss a poor mannered staff. 2 Likes |

VULCAN:Some employees are bad and thereās nothing one can do about it than pray one doesnāt cross paths with them. But this topic is about constant delay in salary payment. It is despicable and employers should stop doing it. The worst part is they donāt even notify their workers about the delay. They just constantly do it as if it is normal. No business will ever make progress with this attitude. 1 Like |

Pecoleee345:Governors have their roles too. But they can only do so much when the Presidency is failing. Look at Governor Sanwo Olu, does he have the power to influence minimum wage. A working president will make sure its citizens are fortified enough to withstand his policies. But the current president doesnāt care about that. Everyone knows that removing fuel subsidy and floating the Naira is the way to go, but just saying it and putting your foot down is not the hard part. The hard part is doing it without suffering the people. Obi said it, Atiku said it too, but did they tell you how? No one said the job was going to be easy but I always believed that Tinubu doesnāt have the expertise and experience to handle this. The fact that Iām even trying to explain the reality to you is baffling me. 1 Like |

Pecoleee345:So youāre saying that even though everyone is hailing the Lagos State Governor, everything economically is well over there! Is it the Governors that removed subsidy without creating an enabling environment to withstand its effects? Is it the Governors that floated the Naira knowing fully well that it cannot sustain itself? If you get those two right, country will normalize and those are not under the Governors control. Iāve never in my life seen a group of people defending a failing president as we see today. Even Buhari didnāt get this kind of support from the North. But Iām happy weāre all suffering the effects. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Vello:The fact that you rated APC Government better than PDPs 16 years is worrying. Even staunch APC supporters didnāt use that as an excuse to vote for Tinubu. Compare the standard of living in PDPs time and now. I didnāt ask you to trust Obi and Atiku to change things, but try to say the truth and be realistically objective in your defense next time abegš. So that it wonāt feel like Iām wasting my time arguing. How can you say that life is better now than it was under PDP? š³ |

Vello:Tinubu didnāt commit any sin at all. The difficulty in the job is not to do what Atiku and Obi said. The hard part is doing it without putting the nation into suffering. So far, Tinubu has not been able to do so and it is no surprise. Anyone whoās surprised at Tinubuās failure now is not smart. The fact that Buhari failed is already more than 70% indication that Tinubu will fail. This is why Iām surprised at people rooting for him before the election. Iām even more shocked at people still defending him now. Before you mention tribalistism, Iām not Yoruba nor Ibo. You two can whine later, but if we donāt fix Nigeria now, we will all suffer the brut. After all, there are other tribes in Nigeria too. |

Sometimes issues happen in marriages. Husbands feel used, wives feel cheated. He simply isnāt planning to get married because he doesnāt want to deal with women crap, not because he doesnāt want to have sex with women. FYI, study have showed that most unmarried men have sex more than married men. 3 Likes |
