Exactly šŸ’Æ, an average Nigerian employee only focus on his/her pay check and not your business or company.

Only few employers are wicked to workers that help them improve their income or sales, compare to employees that majority of them are only after their salaries and your downfalls.
A decent company will not have these issues because everyone is given a target and goal.
This topic is about delay of salary payments. It is despicable. Most businesses where you see employees misbehaving, check very well, you will see that the employers are not fulfilling their agreements.
When you fulfill your part as the employer, it will be very easy to dismiss a poor mannered staff.

This is a lie and you know it.

And by the way, run a survey with who? The employees who steal and gossip or the employers who keep sacking bad staff continuously.

Some employees are bad and thereā€™s nothing one can do about it than pray one doesnā€™t cross paths with them.
But this topic is about constant delay in salary payment. It is despicable and employers should stop doing it. The worst part is they donā€™t even notify their workers about the delay. They just constantly do it as if it is normal.
No business will ever make progress with this attitude.

Then we should stop electing governors then.

If the president is responsible all you mentioned so what do we need governors for??
Governors have their roles too. But they can only do so much when the Presidency is failing.
Look at Governor Sanwo Olu, does he have the power to influence minimum wage.

A working president will make sure its citizens are fortified enough to withstand his policies. But the current president doesnā€™t care about that.
Everyone knows that removing fuel subsidy and floating the Naira is the way to go, but just saying it and putting your foot down is not the hard part. The hard part is doing it without suffering the people.
Obi said it, Atiku said it too, but did they tell you how?
No one said the job was going to be easy but I always believed that Tinubu doesnā€™t have the expertise and experience to handle this.
The fact that Iā€™m even trying to explain the reality to you is baffling me.

You are very funny.............you think a president can arrest or punish a sitting governor??

Try and Google what your governor get a month and you will surprised (i mean minus the security vote).

Governors are the real thieves but a lot of you are so blind to that cos they cleverly direct everything to the presidency.

So youā€™re saying that even though everyone is hailing the Lagos State Governor, everything economically is well over there!
Is it the Governors that removed subsidy without creating an enabling environment to withstand its effects?
Is it the Governors that floated the Naira knowing fully well that it cannot sustain itself?
If you get those two right, country will normalize and those are not under the Governors control.
Iā€™ve never in my life seen a group of people defending a failing president as we see today. Even Buhari didnā€™t get this kind of support from the North.
But Iā€™m happy weā€™re all suffering the effects.

Mr shocker.
May u ask you, what are the plans you would have put on ground before removing Subsidy if you were the President? Don't mention working refineries because you and I know it won't work because same beneficiaries of the Subsidy that never allowed the refineries work in decades are stull very much at work.
Few people looted the commonwealth so bad through Subsidy and forex scam yet, someone came on board to destroy their stronghold yet, the long term beneficiaries of the policy which are the people are condemning the person.

You said Buhari failed. How do you justify that statement against the catastrophic 16 years of PDP in power. Let's compare and contrast. PDP from Obj through Jonathan failed woefully and ruined the country. APC came and began fixing heavy infrastructures that PDP through Okupe said was impossible. Yes, Buhari made mistakes but, no leader worldwide is perfect.
Tinubu is not perfect and 7months is too little to judge an administration. Buhari's budget just got retired and he's now working with his own. Give him time.
The Igbos lampoobed the Fulanis for 8years, started with Yorubas and it's ongoing. How's that not tribalism and stupidity of the highest order?

Problem with most Nigerian is that rather than seem knowledge, they rely on sentiment and tribal leanings to justify or condemn a system. I'm a seasoned administrator and I make my assessment objectively. Tinubu is doing fine and if I'm to rate him, I'll give him 99% pass in administrative duty
The fact that you rated APC Government better than PDPs 16 years is worrying.
Even staunch APC supporters didnā€™t use that as an excuse to vote for Tinubu.
Compare the standard of living in PDPs time and now.
I didnā€™t ask you to trust Obi and Atiku to change things, but try to say the truth and be realistically objective in your defense next time abegšŸ™. So that it wonā€™t feel like Iā€™m wasting my time arguing. How can you say that life is better now than it was under PDP? šŸ˜³

My Pre-wedding shoot, main photography (Engagement and church), Photobook, 2 picture frames plus video coverage cost N70k just 10 years ago.

But things have changed now. Wifey took my son for birthday shoot few days ago. N40k for just 8 pictures. E-copies ooo shocked

No wonder our young men are no longer getting married.

I feel for guys of nowadays.
Guys of nowadays are actually feeling for the married ones šŸ˜.
Unmarried guys are actually living their lives while the married ones are wasting it on children that will not give a crap about them.

Have you considered that tribalism is the only reason virtually all of you nyamirri are condemning Tinubu?
What exactly did Tinubu do against you or your generation?
You complain of hunger because of increase in petrol price and naira floating but your hypocrisy did not make you admit that's what Atiku and even your ethno-religious bigot called Obi all campaigned with.

What exactly is Tinubu's sin?
Tinubu didnā€™t commit any sin at all.
The difficulty in the job is not to do what Atiku and Obi said. The hard part is doing it without putting the nation into suffering.

So far, Tinubu has not been able to do so and it is no surprise. Anyone whoā€™s surprised at Tinubuā€™s failure now is not smart.
The fact that Buhari failed is already more than 70% indication that Tinubu will fail.
This is why Iā€™m surprised at people rooting for him before the election. Iā€™m even more shocked at people still defending him now.

Before you mention tribalistism, Iā€™m not Yoruba nor Ibo. You two can whine later, but if we donā€™t fix Nigeria now, we will all suffer the brut. After all, there are other tribes in Nigeria too.

Sometimes issues happen in marriages. Husbands feel used, wives feel cheated. But if you are sane enough to remain in the marriage and wish death upon one another because of past deeds, you and devil na correspondence.

Atiku is just out to totally destroy the PDP because of his selfish ambition. Power isn't going to the north. The earlier Atiku realises this, the better for him. Instead of Atiku being the president, Tinubu should continue.

Yes everyone is craving for companion. But nowadays, most men donā€™t trust the company of a wife because it can end up being a disaster.

I'm not saying the idea of adopting a child is bad or terrible but, since when has impregnating a woman become so hard??

do you have a medical history that suggests you cannot recreate?? Why not make your own baby and let he/she grow with your mother since you claim you're not family oriented
.

You can even impregnate a woman, make your own baby and still adopt a child if you so wish or crave to adopt. But the idea of not having a child to carry your own blood doesn't sound right to me. If there's a medical history that's hindering you from making your own child, it's better you say it for clarity sake

Look at the picture attached below,šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡ Don't you crave moments like that in your life?? undecided
One of the problems with Africans is failing to understand that people are different. Variety is the spice of life and frankly, for some, thereā€™s no moment to crave in that picture.

You are supporting the man, and you are angry with me because you think I am supporting the woman.

You are only looking at one side of my response because the man is a hero to most of you on this site. Well, he had a child with a hoe.

I am someone who believes that both men and women should be virgins when they marry. I am that conservative. I do not believe in sleeping before marriage.

Some of my comments here are in response to people who are blaming the woman. As if she got herself pregnant. With some even insuinating that the man was not responsible for the pregnancy. Ok o. It takes two to tango.

Anyway, for me, both are wrong. I pity their child. I have known too many children from single parent homes that came about under similar circumstances (I exclude houses where a parent died). At the end, many of them weep, and some of them wish they knew their fathers better. That is why I am pissed at both the man and the woman, and pissed at those who hail the man.

If you truly did not support both sides, you won';t be quoting me up and down asking me to read it again. Oga, in my life work, I have seen this kind case so many times, e dey piss me off well well.
I will keep quoting you until you understand that Iā€™m only advising the loser here.
