Politics › Re: Atiku Will Support Peter Obi In 2027 If The Party Decides by komzy589(m): 3:29pm On May 18, 2024 |
emkz: This is vague.
Atiku's support for Obi is conditional on if the new party nominates Obi. He also cited how he won the PDP ticket after an open contest.
Atiku did not say "if the new party zones the ticket to the southeast".
Atiku invariably wants Obi to join the alliance. Atiku did not say he would let Obi win the nomination. If Obi loses the nomination, he'd lose face and must support Atiku. If he leaves to another party after realizing the game, it would be too late.
Instead of forming a new party, let the opposition elements rally round Peter Obi in Labour Party. That’s a terrible and selfish choice. Labour Party doesn’t have the name and the political weight in the geopolitical regions of the nation. It’s a no brainer. Whatever decision they will come to must be propelled by PDP. Any other party will give APC another easy victory. |

2. Nonsense! I can say the fk what I want when I want and it ain't none of your business or right to tell me how to converse with whom I chose to converse. You don't get to define in my case what constitutes polite language, ok? You can easily waka pass me if you cannot stomach my tone. Which tone? You’re only loud when you’re typing words to an anonymous person😁 It is pointless to be displaying strength when the obstacle is not even facing you. One can even insult the most powerful person in the world here and still go unscathed. What you’re doing is weak. |

Kobojunkie: LOL.. but all I did in my response was stress the exact same points you had made earlier....🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I am glad you at least note for yourself how completely void of anything, in reality, your own words truly are.
2. Not as complicated yet you have yourself tried several attempts to make it exactly that by pretending OP's actions need be based on what other women in the reason have done in their own marriages. You are not the brightest cookie over there, are you?
3. Up until this point in this entire conversation, I have not used the word Divorce or even hinted at it. OP asked how to cope and I have been careful to explain to her the how and the implications of such an action.
4. Yes, @OP, so long as he does not physically or verbally abuse you, the emotional and psychological trauma that has resulted from his lack of respect for you and cheating on you is your worth in marriage in the Nigerian context. However, if you dare to cheat on your husband, that man will unleash hell on you for daring to emotionally and psychologically traumatize him in such a manner. Unfortunately the implications are different for men. It is not the only one though; responsibilities and so many other things are not the same as it is with women. Many will imply that society made it so, but is it really society! The reality is that one stands a good chance of missing out if one goes against the norm. I know of men that believe they will only get married when they find a woman who’s ready to share equal marital responsibilities. They are still waiting. That’s what happens when one goes against the tide. Society didn’t make it so. It is just the model. |
Romance › Re: How Do I Cope With Cheating Husband? by komzy589(m): 4:16pm On May 17, 2024 |
Kobojunkie: So, this ideal world does not exist yet here you are pretending to know and tell me about it?
2. What you are then is that, even now, OP is unable to work out her survival by her own hands. According to some, only a minority of women in Nigeria can escape the life of marriage to a cheating, disrespectful husband and this has to do with most women being unable to feed and fend for themselves outside of marriage — women are handicapped. OP who was alive and well before this marriage is now worth nothing more or better than this marriage; her survival now depends on the marriage as she cannot work to feed and fend for herself when marriage is no longer in the picture.
@OP, I hope you are paying attention. That marriage to a disrespectful cheating man is said to now define your existence as a human being. Your words are sweet and sound like they are logical but are completely void of anything in reality. I don’t want to say much because issues like this are not as complicated as you’re making it seem. Divorcing her husband is not an option for her and most sensible women. Otherwise she will not be here to ask questions. She made it very clear that her husband provides and doesn’t abuse her. |
Romance › Re: How Do I Cope With Cheating Husband? by komzy589(m): 3:28pm On May 17, 2024 |
Kobojunkie: OP, here again, he reiterates the same point from earlier which is that your lot in life should be coping with a cheating husband who does not respect or value you as a human being because your very own friends may just be in the same boat as you.
Here's the kicker! If you dare to cheat on that same cheating guy you have there, he is likely to abandon your arse like a dirty rag and move on to marry another woman. And if one of his side chicks decides to elevate herself to wife status, that same cheating husband of yours might also abandon your arse like a dirty rag even then. If you think your stance is a righteous one, keep thinking!
Living with a man who does not regard you at all but maybe pays the bills and maybe throws money your way now and then when he is not thinking about his side chicks is better than living with disrespect and daily humiliation; that is the coping wife's motto, right? So hold fast to it, and continue...coping! You are still not getting it. In an ideal world, your suggestion may be right, but is that the reality? I don’t think it is. Most women in these parts are married for survival. You’re married to a cheating husband who’s taking care of you financially and doesn’t physically abuse you. Think rationally and stop dolling out unrealistic solutions. I don’t think this woman will accept your advice of leaving because she wouldn’t come here to ask questions at all. |

These men are resigning because they believe in Wike. He is not a saint, but he has the capacity to deliver and he has done so over and over again. It was this same capacity that made Atiku, Tinubu, Kwankwaso, and Obi visit him to leverage his structure in Rivers State. The facts are there!
Wike is a big fish in Nigerian politics and today in Rivers state, he controls 90% of those at the grassroots. You are the most naive person in the whole world right now. These people are honorably being sacked by the Governor. I still dey shock for your sense of reasoning 😳 |

I know he will promise Obi his support after serving only one term as President. But I know Obi will not accept that yeye talk.
