It MUST NOT be a Visitor visa then. You can stay longer if you obtain a business, family reunion or any other kind of visa. But once your visa says 'Visitor'. you will get 30 days at the point of entry.

If you like obtain 10 years visitors visa at the Embassy in Europe or anywhere else, once you land MMA the immigration would stamp 30 days on your passport. You will be advised to go for an extension at the expiry of the 30 days.
