The dome is a naturally carved rock formation in the form of an arena, covering a large dry and sandy area which forms a natural beach around the Ogba waterfall.
Next to this dome is the Ogba Ukwu cave considered the largest cave in West Africa, which will take upwards to two hours to explore. It forms a deep and complex rock formation with roomy compartments large enough to take in an entire village. The cave consists of tunnels, heading off in different directions; however, there are two noticeable entrances to the cave. One tunnel in particular is regarded as an escape route which is about two kilometers long, from which one will eventually emerge in Oji River Local Government Area of Enugu State
At the centre of Ogba Ukwu, is one large area said to have been the living room of the ‘god’ of Owerre-Ezukala. His throne and other compartments within his household. His sentries were always mounted at the two entrances to the cave watching out for visitors and intruders. There revices in the rock depicting his wardrobe and store rooms. There is one particular compartment, accessed by the aid of stone steps where an old elephant’s foot still stands, long dead and dry. In another crevice, there is a natural spanner of rock, and in yet another is a gun of stone, as old as the cave. There is the ‘Ogba Ekezu’, a bottomless well within the cave that no one who ever falls into it is seen again. In the past, natives came to the cave once every year, in the month of March to perform the ‘Aja Ala Onwa Ito’ festival. Visitors were invited for parties and picnics inside the cave. It is alleged that natives in the past communed physically with the god of Ogba Ukwu who appeared on his throne in the form of a man, holding a broom in his hand.
He answered the people’s questions, gave judgment to their cases and made predictions about the future. Time and encroachment however must have caused his relocation to an unknown destination. Guided tours in and around it is a wonder, and leaves a visitor dumbfounded to this wonderful work of nature.

I KNEW I WAS ON POINT WHEN MY CHILDREN ASKED FOR 2ND HELPINGS. Amoyinoluwa24: A Nigerian man, Paulinus Okpere has called out for help for four children from the same parents born blind in Uromi, Edo state.
According to him, doctors conducted all tests on the children but were unable to diagnose the cause of their blindness, thereby advised them to seek the traditional means.
He said the Children were unable to cope in school as it was not designed for the visually impaired ones.
He wrote:
As promised, I travelled to Uromi this morning to see the children and their parents. I discovered that it was really true that they were born blind. According to the parents, they took the children to Otibhorkhai Hospital and Irrua Specialist where all test were concluded and nothing could be traced to the blindness.
The doctors later gave up on them and told them to resort to divine healing. The children were in Okpujie Primary school but could not cope due to their disability and again the school was not designed for the physically challenged. There are also no single school for the physically challenged in Uromi or environs.
The Children named Mercy 9, Meshach 16, Faith 18 and Grace 22 are the blind out of the six children Mr and Mrs Odion Peter have.
I presented to them the sum of N20,000 for family support and with a promise to come back after good Samaritans must have keyed into the mission to help these children and see that despite their disability, they can be educated and given an equal opportunity with their fellow youngsters out there.
Please feel free to support this heavily burdened family and join the #iCareFoundation mission to bring them succour and help.
ebusfav: The happiness of a mother of triplets have been cut short, after she was reportedly detained in a General hopsital in Benue State, over her unpaid medical bills two weeks after the children were delivered.
Facebook user Ukan Kurugh, disclosed that the couple Mr and Mrs Dennis Anongo need the sum of N77,600 to pay the medical bills, so they can take their children home. Here’s what he wrote about the incident;
“MR. & MRS. ANONGO RECEIVES A GIFT OF TRIPLETS FROM GOD BUT CANNOT GO HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL DUE TO INABILITY TO PAY THE BILL OF N77,600: A PASSIONATE APPEAL FOR EMERGENCY AID. By: Ukan Kurugh Successful delivery of children calls for celebration among parents, the story of Mr. & Mrs. Dennis Anongo comes with mixed feelings as his wife, Mrs. Kwaghaondo was delivered of triplets (2 boys and 1 girl) at the General Hospital, North-Bank, Makurdi. Amidst this joy, they have been unable to foot the hospital bill of Seventy Seven Thousand, Six Hundred Naira (N77,600), a reason for which the hospital has refused them departure. While I was at the hospital this afternoon, one of the nurses, Sewuese who called my attention told me in confidence that, since birth, the children have not added in weight hence they were malnourished due to the mother’s poor feeding, which in turn has also affected them. It is incontestible that, at this time, enhanced feeding is deserved for a mother who has just put to bed and the nature of her feeding has overriding effects on the newborn. The father of the children, Mr. Dennis Anongo is a peasant farmer who is resident at Atsom Village in Gwande District of Makurdi Local Government Area, a place located before Daudu on the Makurdi-Lafia road. The mother is but only a house wife who accompanies her husband to the farm. The children which I gathered were delivered through cesarean session, which was done on the 10th of May, 2017 which means that they have been stayed at the hospital for more than 2 weeks now. Feeding is equally a challenge, hence they are of rural domicile and all the visitors from the village only come along with either pounded yam, akpu or other forms of carbohydrate foods. This has equally affected the new born babies who have not added in size since over the 2 weeks of their birth.
I sincerely wish to use this medium to reach out to the government, humanitarian organizations, spirited individuals and all members of the public to add value to the lives of these new children who are for now been starved and suffered. It’s indeed an uncommon thing of joy that the children have come, but this challenge has countered the smooth happiness the family would have celebrated. The father Mr. Dennis Anongo can be reached on mobile: 09096571784.
God bless us as we once again, touch lives, amen.”

[quote author=olarababi post=56871231]These type of apps were useful 4-5 years before when Android had Kitkat running as its latest OS. At that time, Android wasn’t good at managing its system efficiently. But now as of today, the devices are running Marshmallow and Nougat. The apps mentioned below will only cause trouble and make the system unstable. They were sure helpful in the past but now they are nothing but history.
5 Types Of App You Should Stop Using Now
1. Battery Saver Apps
None of the battery saver apps available in the Google Play Store are any good for our devices. Why? Well, the main reason they don’t do what they say. Battery saver apps will only drain your phone’s battery more by running in the background. Moreover, they will consume RAM and make the system a whole lot slower especially if you are running a low-end processor under the hood. Let me actually tell you what battery saver apps do to boost our device’s battery life. The answer is nothing. The reason is simple they start to kill apps running in the background to prevent battery consumption. However, the point is useless because the apps will automatically reopen anyway. See that is how the Android system works. The only way to increase battery life is to decrease the demand for energy by the Android OS and all the apps and services running in the background. This is impossible especially if you have no technical knowledge on how the Android system functions. Plus it will require root access. So here is the question, is there any way to increase battery life? Well, possible solutions include removing battery savers and keeping the apps that you really use. Uninstall the apps that you don’t need, this will surely spare you some extra battery life.

2. RAM Clearing Apps
Like battery savers, these apps are useless too. They not only consume RAM by running in the background but they also impact the battery life. This leads to slower performance and frustration. RAM clearing apps Force Stop the apps and services running in the background which again will reopen. This consumes RAM as well as battery and makes the OS unstable. If you are a user who loves to do multitasking then you should uninstall these types of apps right away. Android is efficient in managing itself and knows what apps and services to run in the background.
