You are using the wrong AC, I got an Inverter AC today 1,5hp, it cost 500K buying and installing, Hisense its called, It works with very low current and requires no Stablizer, this one works well with Solar,Its just more expenssive.

Always saying it as it is sir. I can tell you for free that not a few of the contractors has contacted me when I comment on such issues to tell their own side of the story to dissuade further or influence my understanding and comment on the issue. Some veiled warning.
I can only imagine what some others may experience.
It just annoys me some take the easy opportunities here for granted. The information the op posted is out, the accused can clear himself and the members would form their opinion from the outcome.
I hope adedward would sort it out with the client. We aren't in the same line of business and I don't wish you or anyone bad. I'm not even judging but series of complains create doubt and affects business for all and if that affects me, I would take it personal.

Go to Kano if you wana build a race course you can get cheap horses there, cheap labor to maintain the horses and course and you will be loved by the people there. Can you see they charged dangote $100m for a land that is not worth 50m naira?

My brother, most house owners are lazy when it comes to material procurement. This is where they loose nearly half of whatever they spend on a project.
There are projects we are handling right now by ourselves here, as per material procurement. Trust me; we are saving tons of thousands of Naira without compromising quality at all.

It’s good the OP goes out firstly and do price and quality survey.
Those people we contract to buy most building materials for us are crooks and greedy.

For instance, many people don’t know that Tower aluminum that we tout as the best in Nigeria even has grades. Once they say this material is Tower, we just fall for it.

I still maintain it: let him go and check. Investing a few bucks of Naira and a day or two in price and quality verification won’t be a bad one.

After buying the material, he could try and persuade the fabricator to come and fabricate on site.

I asked him what is your username here” he claimed he is just a visitor non registered member. Lies 1.

I asked him again what is your name he gave me name wrong name .. lies 2
NOT knowing to him that I have his contact since 4years ago. Then he claimed he is into digester work that he needs my help In that aspect of work. The name he gave then was totally diff to this new name again.

Lies 3 he changed location.

I now asked him why all these lies you called your self a digester contractor and now you claimed you are house owner and again you said you are into building construction ,which one should we believed now.
You called your self all these name and you can’t prepare plumbing quotation you want someone that will Labour in vain/ scam

If you are reading this I know your username ooo if you talk cheat I will expose you.

When he later discovered that I got all his trick he now said that doesn’t mean anything naa

This happened because I wasn’t available to ascertained the gauge myself. I actually paid for 5mm my brother but he chooses to use 4mm so as to maximise enough gains ni oo…. This is someone I trusted with my money for months … My advice for people on here is to not trust anyone on here ..
